GO TO SAINT ALBANS or ASHLAND TOYOTA!!! NOT HERE!I m honestly still stunned by this experience I had over the phone with the Parts Department. I began my inquiry for service for my vehicle and was told the specific fluid needed had to be checked that it was in stock with the parts department. So I was then forwarded from service to parts with about a 5-10 min wait time which is bearable. Finally after the long wait (oh I wish he said his name) answered the phone and asked if I would be getting serviced today. I answered possibly if the fluid I need is in stock he mocked and mimicked my use of possibly as if he was offended by this comment and he set a tone of anger for the rest of this call. He immediately demanded the last 8 digits of my vehicles VIN number which is not in my head or written down at the exact moment of request. After I said I don t know at this moment he laughed and said call back when you have more information . I immediately tried to explain the situation as he obviously didn t care or know why I called. I was hung up on in the middle of my sentence! Straight hung up on! Never have I ever had a vehicle service/parts experience so bad I literally was hung up on because they were so impatient and down right lazy!
