I didn't know much about glass, but I have no complaints with how they added it to my frames. What I do know a lot about is customer service and these folks are number one in my book. They're more than just professional here, they're friendly and kind. I bring them picture frames that need glass every few months and I always walk out smiling because of how nice it is to be treated so well.

I called Yelm Glass and asked for an estimate to replace 1 small window. A week later someone came out ND measured. Then 2 weeks later I get a call saying he needs to get more measurements and will call on a certain date before he comes over. No call. I called again and they sent someone else out and I never heard from them again. This was for 1 small window! And all this was over 2 month period. I called another place and all was done within 2 weeks. Not very professional business at all.

I had my windshield replaced some time ago and I am glad to have a local business to support that has great service, quality work, and competitive pricing. Since then, I have referred family members and they have also received the same treatment. Thank You and keep up the great work!

I'm actually sad to post this but feel like I should for our locals. I really like to keep my business close to home. My first call to Yelm Glass was great. Talked to a person he said Jennifer would call and schedule an appointment. I waited a week for the call. When i called back to (kinda complain) Jennifer was rude and certainly a local i don't want to deal with!

I had three windows in my home that needed to be replaced and I had multiple bids. Yelm glass had by far the best price and the quality and care of work was top notch. I would recommend Yelm glass for anyone looking for windows!

I highly recommend this business! I am so grateful that this business was referred to me by another in Yelm. I ve been waiting and have been rejected twice from Safelite auto glass, and I was pretty discouraged .. so I drove over to Yelm glass and they had my stuff ordered and ready , today it s installed (within four days) after all this trouble I had with Safelight auto glass just blowing me off twice!!! I m so happy that I am able to support a locally owned business as well, and they were so nice to me! The best thing to report is that YELM Glass price was $200 less than Safelite, so I am very very blessed! thank you Jennifer and Dan and staff for having a great business.

This is the best place ever. I have a friend that has all of my late husband's military medals In it and the glass broke. I took it into yelm Glass and they fixed it for me free said it was an honor to my husband. I just stood there and cried . They Awesome awesome people there. THANK YOU YELM GLASS CO.

I would highly recommend this company. We brought our van in for the front windshield to be replaced. Unfortunately, during removal, part of the metal brackets were damaged. Yelm glass handled everything. They were honest, helpful and very accommodating. Mistakes happen. I know I've made some. For a business to admit their mistake and correct it in a quick and highly professional manner was refreshing. They not only fixed the window and metal they also kept me up to date on all progress, got us a vehicle to use, and made my van better than before. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Jennifer and Dan are what I love about small businesses.

Don t let the building being older fool ya, they do an outstanding job, and research your parts needed. The Lexus, looks like a Lexus again!

A great small business. They replaced all or great room windows with glad that had dropped our interior temps 7 to 10 degrees on hot days. The work was done beauty and efficiently. They were able to beat all of the other bids we got with a higher reflective glass. We're looking at having them replace a few more windows. Highly recommend.

I was happy to get an appointment so quickly. That s the reason for 2 stars. I was shocked that after fixing it still looks the same. Still looks like a chip. I have never had this happen. Lots of fixed chips fixed by other companies and always looked brand new. I was told when I asked. It never makes the chip go away. Then when I went to pay was told he couldn t find my insurance co. And that I would have to call them myself. Also a first. But if I paid cash, I got a $7.50 discount. Totally disappointed. Will not recommend or go back. Paid $60.00 cash so I can use my insurance to get the job done right.

These guys are fast, efficient, and the office lady is super friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with our car windshield she told us right away exactly what happened and how it was being fixed. She was super helpful and the problem was fixed in no time.

I left this business in tears, all I wanted was my pellet stove glass repaired, and I even brought the door of the pellet stove, and my new replacement glass to be cut, and the lady working in the front office looked at me like I was an ancient reptilian from another world. Then watched me struggle on the floor trying as hard as I could to get a couple screws out of the glass and door , never offered any help or suggestions, and the man who worked there was no help at all either, so I never could get the screws out, and they just made me feel like a worthless steaming pile of cow dung. I really felt like driving off the road that day, how depressing. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
