I have been working on my vehicle all day. I like to disperse my business between this location and the Autozone. But, unfortunately, I will continue more with Autozone merely because the customer service there is Way better. I don't feel rushed, or made to feel stupid for having a question... hate to say it, but Willy, your customer service sucks and strongly recommend going elsewhere!

I came in the yelm store and Joey helped me and explain to me about a blinker that I thought I could change myself he explained it to Mickey mouse and assisted me and I really appreciated that and I now know how to do this on my own but a lot of stores don't come out and help people that's super important because we need to know this ourselves so I appreciate him and the kindness that he gave to me thank you Claire Vera

I've shopped at this store for years but I can't bring myself to do it anymore. The only reason I have continued to be a patron despite the consistently bad customer service is because I have always tried to support locally owned businesses in my community. There's been times I've walked in and had decent interactions with the employees, but those instances are far and few between. It shouldn't seem like a huge hassle to ask them to look up what kind of bulb I need for my brake light, yet the guy behind the counter couldn't have seemed anymore annoyed that I didn't already have this information before I walked into the store. This has happened so many times that I go out of my way to not have to ask for assistance because I don't want to be treated like an inconvenience. But the final straw and ultimate reason I'm sitting down and writing this review was the interaction my girlfriend had with them. She purchased some items, and on the way out of the store, she held the door open for somebody and dropped some hose clips she purchased on the ground. She drove all the way home, discovered she was missing the clips that were on the receipt, and drove back to the store. The clips were laying on the ground right where she dropped them, but out of courtesy for the store and her not wanting them to think she was shoplifting, she picked them up and waited in line with her receipt so she could speak to the employee and ultimately avoid any confusion. When she got to the counter and explained the situation, the employee told her that he already knew she dropped the clips because he watched her drop them on the way out the door. And yet, despite this guy seeing her drop the clips, he didn't make any effort to let her know she dropped something, and let her leave and drive all the way home only to have to come back to the store. And it was the same guy who rang her up at the register. The lack of care and quality of service just continues to blow my mind. If it was just me that was dealing with this kind of service that would be one thing, but there are so many people I personally know that have very similar experiences of bad customer service. At the end of the day, the service is awful in general and probably always will be, and I'm just done giving them my business and feeling angry about it. After dozens of purchases and dozens of times of feeling disrespected, I will not go here anymore. I'll drive an extra 20 minutes to another location or just go to AutoZone before I give these people anymore of my money.

I've bought 2 starters from here in the last few months (for 2 different vehicles), and they were the best price in town both times. The staff is knowledgeable, and helped me get in and out as fast as possible.

Every single time I come in here .the ppl working seem like they litterally hate there job . Sighing huffing and puffing even for simple transactions. Even shaking there head like there mad that ppl are coming into there store . This is not good service .this pushes ppl away. If you hate your job then leave it . Thousands other ppl would love to have your spot . I've also noticed if a customer has come in and isn't exactly sure what part they need .The ppl working get annoyed like it's not there job to help the customer find the correct part they need .. even answer back to customers all snarky. This place has lost my business.

After years of sub-par customer experiences, I have decided to break ties with this store (if not all O'Reilly's). I have loathed going into the store in the past due to extended periods of time of waiting to be helped only to hear chattering in the back while myself and others wait around to be acknowledged. The biggest issue, however, lies in their dire lack of phone etiquette. I have called the manager in the past due to this exact problem and warning them that if the problem isn't attended to, they were most likely to lose customers. Well, congratulations to you as the problem hasn't been addressed and now you have someone publicly speaking out about it. My recent scenario includes being hung up on after suggesting to the (unenthusiastic) employee that we end the phone conversation as it was clearly going nowhere. If you can't help a customer, utilize your resources so someone else can.I called AutoZone before and after this situation and not only did they know what I was talking about, find the part immediately, give me helpful suggestions with my situation, but were polite and friendly. This is how you attract customers and support a company properly.

Oh, oh, oh, O'Reilly has always had the things I needed to finish a project, I don't think that I've actually had to wait for something to be shipped there for a later pick-up. The staff were layed back and helpful, i saw people cleaning the counter tops, you can tell that they are keeping up with Covid-19 procedures, which is comforting to see . I will be back soon. Thanks for all your help. .

As far as auto part stores go, these guys are pretty good. They usually get the right part to you, offer military discounts, and stay open fairly late. They could do a better job at recommending the little side stuff that makes it easier, or that you need to do some projects. Please like if you found this helpful.

The Yelm store only in this review. Most of the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If they don't have it they'll go out of their way to get it for you.Everybody makes fun of the auto chain stores I get it. But this particular crew seems to have their act together.

Most of the employees are bad examples of knowing customer service. When you walk in and the employees are busy doing....... Talking to each other. Then they lied to me and said that there wasn't enough employees so that they couldn't replace my headlamp. 2 more of them came around from the back and I said, what about now?

Three times i have been to this location. One time, i did recieve great customer service because my neighbor told the manager i was coming.Twice i have gone to this location and i have received bad customer. service. The employees do not treat female customers equally to male customers!I will never comeback and shop here again.

Friendly staff. The store is a bit smaller than some others but they still have a lot of items in stock or can have them the next day sometimes if they don't.
