These guys are AMAZING! They don't do battery installation there but the nice guys there took out my old battery and put in my new one for me anyways! Plus it was 30 dollars cheaper there for my battery than the other places I checked. I'll always go there from now on for my car things.

We had to have our part ordered. Went in the following day to pick it up. Got in and out in about 2 minutes. Ron helped me. He was very polite and cheerful.

I love going in to Napa, the owners and workers are all so friendly and willing to help you!. Some times you may have to wait cause they get REALLY busy but that should tell you something, they are the BEST in town. I have even called them from out of state to ask questions or to get advise about car troubles. They know their stuff and are really swell people. The best part if they don't know they will tell you. No reason to make up hokey pokey stuff like a few other places I have been.

NAPA in Yelm WA is a great parts store with knowledgeable parts men. Great prices too!! I live here in Yelm and can always depend on them having the parts in stock I need for my 2003 1ton Chevy dually.

The Yelm WA. store seems to have no idea how ordering online works or how to look up order numbers, give core credit, etc. This has now happened more than once I have ordered and paid for something online then received no email conformation when the parts are ready to pick up, also core charge credits are not given because I am told I must bring in credit card I use for purchase even though I did not use a credit card I used PayPal and had amount deducted from my bank account. I must also wait around for long periods of time because store is unable to fine orders using order numbers etc. At this point I am no longer going to use NAPA for my auto parts at all.

The guys at Napa helped me deal with a radiator hose.I didn't have the tools or the knowledge but the people at Napa in Yelm helped me get through it.I had a baby in the car and they were there to assist.10/10 will return for ally auto needs.

This is the industry standard for all of your auto needs. They are higher prices because the parts they use are NOT genaric in any way. This particular store has an amazing staff. Thanks so much NAPA!!!

Great and knowledgeable staff, unusually huge, diverse inventory. Displays are large, extensive and the cleanest I have seen in decades of their services In Puget Sound.

Nothing really stood out to me in the one visit I made there. Wasn't greeted until I approached the counter, but was helpful after. Don't usually try unless other places don't carry the part I'm looking for.

Staff knows their stuff. Very informed. They are very busy, but that's because they are great. Friendly place with an old school auto parts store vibe. I don't go anywhere else.

Napa has the best parts ! If you're a professional auto Tech you know the difference. Even if you're just average car owner their experienced parts course persons can give you valuable advice.

Very attentive and helpful folks. They have gone out of their way to make sure I would get my parts by morning, even when it was already closing time and I was the last customer.
