Scheduled work on my vehicle. Staff encountered challenges in locating records however, saw to it that I got taken care of in a very reasonable manner. EXCELLENT service! This is my new shop of choice!

Well where do I start I I told my kid to come here to get a tire fix they told us both no charge and they could fix it so my son dropped it off then I get a phone call from them saying they did not take the tire off the car but the tire is no good that I need 2 tires and they are 700.00 dollars a piece and it is something they don't have and had to be ordered and would be in on Saturday talk about trying to up sell you stuff this place has went to hell you want to get ripped off take your car or truck here to get tires I will not have anyone I know go here from now on discount tire is were it's at better customer service better all around

I was greatful that my mechanic Chris saved me $ by letting me know that I did not need a couple of services I thought I did. This is why I trust Les Schewb with my trucks service needs. I will buy my next set of tires from Les Schewb.

Friendly staff and good service. Team saw me as a walk in and managed to get my fix done without the appointment. There was a part mix up but the staff called and resolved it 24 hours later.

Keep the small town vibe with a chain. I think it s the people. Friendly greeting, answered all the questions I had. No waiting for any parts during a shortage. Overall exceptional experience. Great Job Yelm Crew.

Very nice comfortable facility. While I waited to have my tires repaired. Not so crazy like most Les Schwabs I've been in.

I like them a lot. Good product, great customer service, and they stand behind their products. Not always the cheapest, but they have good prices, and the customer service makes up for any price difference in my opinion. With all the locations they have in Oregon and Washington, they are always close if you have a problem.

Work seemed to be done correctly, took 2 hours for all four tire sensors to be replaced, only reason for one less star is who ever created my work order messed everything up, so I was able to keep my appointment but they had to redo all the paperwork, they had the wrong car, and not updated any information in the system even though I had to give them all the information when I made the appointment, very irritating, overly friendly to the point it was creepy. The ladies there seemed to treat everyone normally.

I ve been going to this location since I moved here in 2019, always had great service and no issues. I brought my car in for a tire patch on Saturday 4/29 and 2 of my work products were stolen out of my car. Yes, I m positive. I work with a controlled substance and everything has to be registered and accounted for. My glove box had clearly been rifled through, contents were on my passenger side floor. I know this location does great work but you have unfortunately lost my trust and business.

Kelly & Tyler at the front desk and all the staff are polite well spoken and genuinely care about your safety and getting you back on the road . Using only quality parts and will try there best to save you any $ money possible. Make an appointment as they are busy. Walk in and wait always an option also.

I had gotten my brakes replaced on my 1991 mazda b2600i on 3/21/2020. As I was opening my truck driver side door I had noticed that there was a grease hand print on the carpet foot panel of the on the inside of my driver seat inside between the seat and door I have posted the photo of the grease hand print on the yelm location pictures

Helped with a patch on my tire that had a screw in it. Fast service very efficient. Will definitely be back when need tires.

Scheduled an appointment, had a short list of things needed. Told them on the phone and was told no problem, showed up and gave the same info and was told no problem. An hour later the tech is perfoming work not requested and damaged my vehicle, didnt return old parts and i was still charged. Took my car to another Schwab the following day and the different location fixed everything at no charge. I highly recommend NOT using Yelm Les Schwab.

Every experience I have had with Les Schwab has been very positive. Actually after five visits to Les Schwab over the years, this was the first time I paid anything. I can always trust Les Schwab. This time I brought in my F150, and without an appointment, to have a tire sensor problem fixed. They did it for the price quote despite having to take an extra half hour dealing with my rusty rims. Highly recommend them.

My hubby's car slid so we popped in the same day - they kept the car and had new tires on it in 2 hours! We always get great service and quality work from Les Schwab in Yelm!

The service is allways great? The road assistance is so beneficial and all around tires warranty is welcomed. BUT! The choice of tires is so limited. Especially when talking about big brands... they don't have them in their store. Why? Have no clue, they lost me on that one. Using them only for my trailers and Camper now and they do a great job.

Les schwab...oh how I can remember the days running out to greet customers....well now I'm the customer. They may not come running out anymore but the service is still the same. Backed by a warranty that is top notch. Definitely pleased with the tire selection and timely manner I was in and out in less then an hour. Will return not just for the warranty work.

Had my tires rotated today, it took about 25mins which is great and all. However, when they are in a hurry like I assume they had been today THEY SCRATCH YOUR RIMS. My rims are scratched around each and every lug nut and down one of my rims. I have black rims so very noticeable. No wonder the tech ran through the door and tossed me my keys in a rush. I take pride in my vehicle and it s sad your company doesn t take pride in their work. I paid a lot of money for my tires through you all and thought great free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. I definitely won t be back and I will pay a place who actually takes pride in their work. I was going to buy another set of tires for other vehicles there but I will spend my money else where. I would normally have talked with the manager but he definitely isn t the nicest or caring person and the woman who works at the front desk is even more rude. Lesson learned and I won t go there again!Les Swab of Yelm DO BETTER, take pride in your work! People work to hard for what they have and don t need you ruining their stuff. If I could I would have given you all 0 stars.

This morning we called Dave, Manager who was able to expedite our service appt.KYLE A M assisted us and worked on our trailer helping to prevent bigger issues from occurring on our axle/brake system !!! We sincerely appreciate their efforts to make our travel trailer much more safe for continuing our travels! We WILL use them again if needed!! Thank you guys at Les Schwab, Yelm WA

Could not have had a better experience. Encountered difficulties and found out they could not find the appointment I had set. On top of that the tires I needed weren t there. Chris at the front was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to get me taken care of and on the road for the next day. Thank you guys!

Fast friendly service. Only $75 more than Walmart for 50k mile warranty set of tires better guarantees and service.Show up early they get busy

We wanted to get the brakes changed and an overall check of our van. Not only did they have us come earlier than our appointment time, but also said our brakes didn t need changed and we could go another 25,000 miles on them. I really appreciated the honesty from Kody, and the knowledge that our van is good to go. I know in this economy time is money, and the fact that we weren t charged anything for the time it took to check over the van is appreciated. That detail doesn t go unnoticed with our family and whenever the van needs work, we will definitely continue to go to this Les Schwab.

Clean facility, low wait time. , Associates are hit and miss from friendly to a I'm in a hurry attitude. Extremely hard to get in and out of parking lot depending on direction and time of day.
