Having a local mechanic that is honest, professional, and reputable is a huge boost to any community. We ve been taking our vehicles to Graham Auto in Yelm since we moved here. They provide comprehensive reports on any work they do which makes it very easy to keep detailed records of what work has been done on my vehicles. They have a shuttle service which makes it possible for my wife or I to drop the car off and get a ride back home. Their pricing is fair, and although you could probably find a cheaper mechanic, the peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of properly is well worth the cost. Their employees are respectable and friendly, and we will continue taking our vehicles to them as long as we live here!

I read a lot of these reviews, and my personal experience was great! In all aspects from customer service to the work on my car!!!!! Race and his crew are great ..they earned my wife and I business for our lifetime. Hands down on any of our cars to be worked on by Graham Auto in the future. I am one who takes things seriously when it comes to paying out of my pocket for a service. No regrets here, if you having car issues please give Graham Auto a call!!!!!!

I Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Graham Auto Repair in Yelm. After 64 years of my Life I finally have my Lifetime Dream car, a 1965 Shelby Cobra Replica with a High Performance Engine. The car sat for a couple years with the previous owner and wasn't running well. I needed to take it to a knowledgeable place and I heard about Graham Auto. Their Top Noch Technician diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced parts, and had it running magnificent. They truly are experts with knowledge of automobiles and making the best correct repairs for your car. I also had brand new tires mounted and balanced and front and rear end alignments. The car drives fantastic. Beyond their technical abilities, they have the BEST Customer Service I have ever dealt with. They are courteous and polite and listen with the intent to resolve any issue and provide satisfaction for every customer.I have never had a better experience with an Auto Repair business in my life. I Highly Recommend Graham Auto Repair for any automobile issues you might have. You will not be dissapointed.

I am totally impressed with this service. What a wonderful experience! Our 2016 Nissan Murano was idling rough. They pinpointed our problem and fixed it. Also provided shuttle service home and back. The customer service is exceptional from everyone. Very nice group of people. The waiting area is spotless and coffee, water and snacks are provided. Our car was spotless when we picked it up vacuumed and cleaned. This place is exceptional and will be our go to car repair for our future needs. They go the extra mile on everything. We are so pleased to have found this business with people who really know how to please their customers!

Took my car here after a bad experience with an unnamed Hyundai Dealership. My brake booster failed and the car was returned to me without even a mention of it. Meaning my brakes essentially didn't work.I called Graham Auto immediately the next day and had the car in, getting Diagnosed and worked on the same day. Got the diagnosis, an exact breakdown of the Estimate, and an estimated time of completion.They do good, decently priced, fast work. Their service advisors are always trying to ensure you know what's happening and you feel comfortable.

This is the best auto repair shop we have ever been to. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable technicians. We had our Nissan Murano in for a rough idle. They did a tune up, cleaned the fuel injectors, unkinked one of the hoses and discovered the nut had fallen off our tire and was only held on by a bolt. Our car runs like a new car. The facility is spotless. They provided a ride home and picked us up when the car was done. They provide amazing service and are a wonderful group of people. All of our future auto repairs will be done here. Definitely outstanding!

The techs did an amazing job diagnosing a couple issues with my vehicle. They ordered the parts and had them quickly! Warranty covered almost all the expense and I didn't have to do a thing. They called me when it was finished the same day and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the rig! Very impressed! I have to be honest here, I was very upset with Graham Auto for various reasons but I have to say, Graham Auto Service in Yelm is amazing.Even though I was very upset, I finally got my Jeep Back and, it Runs Perfect. I had a bill over $650 after paying a couple grand and all the drama, I had to drive to West Olympia and my Jeep Commander was back. It ran fantastic, it s been sitting for over a year and finally Graham Auto Repair found the issue and now it drives like it s brand new.Thank you Graham Auto Repair Yelm, a real stand up shop, I will continue to have my cars serviced at Graham Auto you should too.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Sorry to say but i took the f350 in for an estimate on the axel work that needed done 1st day no estimate 2nd day no estimate 3rd day , no estimate 4th day i did the work do not rely on GRAHAM AUTO i would. Not.recomend those clowns to anyone. Not the the time of day ither lol. to bad nice location and facility ,its a shame they can live up to there own standards .Thanks for not fellas......

Took older model used car for check engine light. $800 later, two sensors replaced. No actual functional problem with the car, just sensors. They recommended I have a coolant leak looked at immediately. I foolishly brought the car in a second time. $350 later they said it will cost and additional $2000 to replace $200 worth of parts. $1800 was the cost for 13 hours of labor. I feel like they are way overpriced. Unless your vehicle is costs $75,000, I recommend you take your vehicle to someone with a little more pep in their step. I could have an entire engine replaced in 13 hours.

We took my car in for some work they said would take a few hours. We got there and they then told us it could take up to 48 hours because they would need to coordinate with the warranty company. They then called and said it would be longer be ause they were waiting on a part. They weren t able to get to it over the weekend because they were closed but would get to it the minute they opened again. It was a long weekend so they didn t come back till Tuesday. Now they ve had my car five days. We called them Tuesday afternoon and they said they were just getting to it. Wednesday we called again and they told us they hadn t even gotten to it yet. When questioned wjy they simply said We haven t had the time. Later that day they called and said they were waiting on a part. Now, they had already told us they had ordered the part and were waiting on it the day after we dropped the car off. But how is that possible when they hadn t even gotten to the car yet? Now they are waiting on the part, again. By this time they ve had my car for seven days.When we do finally get the car, two days later-nine days after we dropped it off-there is no gas in it, barely enough to get to a gas station. When we get to the gas station and start putting gas in it it starts pouring out the bottom. They didn t connect the gas tank right. We have to drive back, on fumes, to have them connect it again, and then back to a gas station, on fumes, to gas it up. This is the worst experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. I will never go back.

Horrible place to go. Just when we thought we could trust them, they burned us and our insurance company. You don't need to be paid twice to completely destroy our f150. We expect a refund for 628.00.

Graham auto repair has been a great choice for me to get my older model ford f250 repaired.They use high grade parts and theirguys know what they are doing, I would recommend Graham auto for any of your auto repairs.

Did a good job on my timing belt (at least so far after 300 miles). I picked my car up right before closing and was going to my uncles place in roy; didn't even make it to Walmart by the time I heard a scraping noise and had no boost on my jetta. I limp it to roy and realize that the clamp on the intercooler piping was not on. Got it put back on after taking the headlight off and half the bumper. Went back to graham auto to let them know and they apologized and offered to make it right if the intercooler tube goes bad.

I think the people are nice, everyone I spoke to was polite and respectful, I like what Graham does as far as service, customer service was great until they told me what I was going to have to pay for a fuse block. I managed to find a brand new fuse block with an entire wiring harness for my truck for a grand cheaper than what you were going to charge me for just the block and it only took me 10 minutes to find it so not sure what the deal is there. I had a good feeling about this place but over charging a customer is not good business.

They got my work done in a timely fashion with a reasonable price. I will be using them for maintenance and repair if needed. I don t believe i ve been to a mechanic that has made me more comfortable. Christian at the front counter was very helpful, kind, and was very welcoming. Shane was the gentleman who did the work on my car and he did such an incredible job and was very informative, funny, and was very patient with all of the work that needed to be done. I drove off with what felt like a new car. Even to the next day I received a very warming call from Jessica to thank me for my business and time spent at Grahams Auto. 10/10 experience. Loved the fact that they gave me photos and videos of the issue. You typically distrust auto repair shops, but they were very professional and clear. Price was a little high maybe, but the work was done well and the problem was fixed. Went in to get a quote for service on my 2008 Toyota RAV4. Decent prices and less expensive than the dealership prices. Friendly and informative. Will be scheduling my vehicle maintenance with them. They offer transportation in case I am unable to wait for the service to be completed on my car.

I had to replace my power steering pump, get oil changed and rotate tires on my 2004 Honda Accord. They just opened in Yelm so I haven't had a change to use them yet. The interaction with the crew and the job was great. Special thanks to Allen for going through with me on this. When the car was ready for pick up he went through everything that was done. They have a great system for doing the final release with explanations and pictures for areas that might need future work.Great job!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

UPDATE: Thank you Graham Auto for listening to your customers. Allen was very nice when he called and addressed the issues I stated below. He was apologetic and listened to my concerns. They had me come in so they could take care of the 3rd issue I was having that didn t get taken care and they were extremely nice about it. They even vacuumed my truck and left my kids some goodies. Very kind of them.Mistakes happen. How they handle it shows the integrity of the company and they showed they care about the integrity of their business. Thank you again Allen and Graham Auto.I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for 3 things to be fixed. Tire monitor sensor that was still out, despite it being replaced by them at my previous appointment, my rear blinker wire harness needed replaced, and there was a squeaky noise in my dash up against the windshield I needed found and fixed. When I dropped my truck off at 9 am that s when they decided to figure out how long they would need my truck to do all of that. That was fine because I did open my schedule for them to work on it all.However I never got a call that it was done. I called them to check on the status of my truck at 3:30 and they told me that it had been done for hours. When I go in they had fixed the tire monitor sensor but was told that since it took them so long to find the squeak they couldn t do anything else. They stated they were able to see into my dash and find bolts rusted that needed tightened but for them to work on it would be a 12 hour job. I understand they couldn t fix it because it was a longer job. They charged me $200 to look though. I was frustrated because they had my truck all day, but couldn t do everything I needed to have done. I need my truck and when I make appointments it requires me to clear my day of work. Here s the kicker though, I originally took it in because my husband works a lot and I try to make sure he doesn t have a lot on his plate, but he drove my truck (he doesn t normally drive it because he has his own vehicle) and within 30 seconds found the problem and fixed it. It was under the hood not in the dash. Interesting that it only took one guy to figure it out but it took multiple guys to figure out what it actually wasn t. I don t feel Graham auto is trustworthy after that. My experience may not have been a crazy bad one, but it made me feel a taken advantage of.

If there was any set backs or problems they told me first before going any further, I was even told about other issues about my truck that the last shop I took it to did not tell me before. I'm out to lunch on how trustworthy , the new Graham auto repair in yelm is in general. The reason being. The first thing I need to say is customer service was great,man behind the counter made thing right in the end. The issue was this I brought my 2018 f-150 in at 8am for a tuneup and 120 thousand mile service I was told time would-be 2-3 hrs, I also had a engine light, I had O-Riellies plug in there tester, Random- Missfire. So dropped it off, 12am rolls around no word on my truck. I call, "your truck is here 100% finished, the mechanic says there is still the misfire issue. We can run a diagnostic to determine the problem, I said how long,"about 1hr". I said ok do it, " ok the mechanic will get on it at 1pm. About 3:45 rolls around, no call from the shop. I Call and ask about my truck,the replied " our equipment does not show a problem so the mechanic is running tests. I ask how do you know what to fix if your equipment does not show a problem? Well these things can take up to 3hrs, Really? How can you fix it if the equipment does not show a problem? Well the mechanic is running tests. On what?, has he checked the coil packs? It's random so we don't know what cylinder is misfiring. I tell you what put it back together and I'll be down to pick it. If there is an issue the dealer can fix it. 15min later I get the call its ready, I say wow that was fast if it was apart. I get down there and am told a bunch of stuff about how the mechanic could feel hesitancy up to 1500 rpm, "I never felt any hesitancy ". After asking how I could be charged for something that you don't even know and can't fix, I told him I think your mechanic is milking the clock. The man behind the counter said " I'm not charging you for the extra 2hrs just 1hr diagnostic. That point I'm good, pay the bill and head home.Now driving home truck runs great! No hesitancy like I was told. AND NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! It has not come on at all. Passing and such, runs great. So the shop equipment can't show an issue if the truck does not show the issue itself. Misfire fixed, Thank you! The man behind the counter said what he was told. I'm ok with that. But somet was amiss with the maintenance portion.
