Only place I ve will bring my car. Everyone at Emerald car care make sure to explain why any repair needs to happen and let s me know of repairs that can wait. The turn around rate is amazing and they offer a courtesy shuttle which is super helpful so I don t have to figure out a ride. When they say it s gonna be done it s done. This is the only mechanic shop I trust and recommend.

My family and I just moved here in October 2023. I was lucky enough to find them on the corner on my way home. One thing that caught my eyes was the fact that they were a military owned business and supported military, since my daughter, her husband and I are all veterans. So far, Emerald Car Care has serviced 3 of our vehicles and worked on my daughter's and her son's vehicle. They were very honest with them about what needed to be done and didn't over charge for their service. These guys fixed my truck faster than a knife fight in a phone booth. I told them I needed my truck back quickly to run my business, and by God, they did me a great service! Towed it there, they figured it out, fixed it and had it ready for pickup in less than 24hrs. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our vehicles to Brown's Auto, now Emerald Care Care for at least 20 years. We have always been satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Despite being booked, they were able to take care of my car within 2 business days, making sure I had it back in time to go back to work. I highly recommend them for any auto repair.

Fantastic experience at Emerald Car Care! Bobby and his team took great care of me (and my anxiety ) about the issue with my car and how to prevent it from reoccurring. 1000% would highly recommend as they are honest, knowledgeable and genuinely care

This shop wanted $800 more than the Ford dealership in Olympia to fix my air conditioning and brakes.Run as fast as you can from this shop.Additionally they made up some false claims about my vehicle.Total scam shop.

Took one our show cars in for lower ball joints cause of popping sound and floppy steering.Asked Brandon to check it out. Rack an pinion bushings were in need of service. I asked about security overnight. Branden took good care of our Cobra. Leaving it on a lift. Can t steal what you can t see. Not only that he stayed after hours to finish the job. Now that s service. Thank you.I ll be bringing the chevelle in for wiper motor. See you at the car shows.,Steven Carole

My go-to place in Yelm for over 4 years now. 5 minutes from our house and very reasonable. We had a warranty issue with our newer car and trusted Emerald to provide an unbiased assessment to make sure our car was safe to drive.

Recently moved to Yelm and was trying to find a mechanic closer then the one I have been going to in Olympia for almost 10 years. What a mistake! Firstly I paid them $130 for an inspection of my wheels that my other mechanic did for free. Then they charged me $100 for an oil change which is steep. The told me they had to do $2000 worth of work on my wheels and $300 to fix a cracked serpentine belt- I asked if they could only do part of the work on my wheels and they refused and then lied to me about why, saying it was illegal to not do all the work they quoted me for, which was ridiculous. I immediately made the drive and went back to my old mechanic, who did all the work on the wheels and fixed the serpentine belt for $1700, and inspected the wheels again for free, verified there is nothing illegal about doing part of the work now and part if it later if I wanted, and actually explained to me what caused the parts to break that needed to be replaced. Emerald Car Care was the biggest waste of money and time $240 since all I got was basically an oil change.

No matter how big or small the job is, they will get it done at a pretty reasonable rate! Honest mechanics and just great people to do business with in general. I highly recommend Emerald Car Care and Tire Center!

I went 100% recommend the shop. They are very Caring, they keep you updated and in contact with you to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. I will definitely be using them again for any services that I need done on my vehicle.

By far the best automotive shop I have ever seen in my life! It is always clean and every member of there team is knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for everyone's need. Even if they are busy they will do there best to get everyone in within a reasonable amount of time and explanation.

I had such a great experience at Emerald Car Care! They are reliable, helpful, punctual, and trustworthy :) I had all sorts of issues with my truck, and they tackled all of them and fixed everything up so nicely, it feels like a brand new vehicle. John was very helpful and open about the pricing and time estimates.I felt very in the loop with all of the things happening.I will definitely be returning for my future truck needs. :)

Friendly staff, great pricing, and efficient timing! We had the pleasure of working with Bobbie who provided detailed service and explanation of what the problem was and how it was fixed. This shop and it s team are nothing short of Amazing. They will go above and beyond with ensuring they are able to source the parts you need at a reasonable price. I got almost daily text messages and pictures to keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Also they are by far the most reasonably priced maintenance shop in this area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I have had Emerald work on both my vehicles, staff is always very professional and Compassionate. They take the time to explain what's going on and why, what my options are and up front on the cost of parts and labor.
