Jack was amazingly helpful and I'm so grateful! Not everyone is car literate, and I'm so grateful for the staff at this store. Every time I'm in they are so helpful. Today Jack was not only able to help me with my battery, but he was able to teach me several things along the way while he replaced it. Thank you for having kind, funny, knowledgeable staff!Edit: Another visit, another super helpful man assisting me! This time it was Joey. :) I'm very grateful for the help and expertise offered at this store and will continue to patronize this establishment whenever the need arises!

This auto zone saved our day! They hooked us up with a new battery and shared where to get it installed, we have a rare install on our car. The service was super friendly too! Shout out to Dallas and all the crew there!!!!

Stopped in this morning to have my battery replaced; Jack and Joey were awesome and so helpful! They installed my battery really quickly and were so kind in the process! I ll definitely be back for my car needs because of them!

Just before closing (9pm) on 1/13/24, assistant came out in the freezing cold to jump start my son's car. We didn't purchase anything, this was just outstanding kindness and customer service. Thank you!

I feel like they hired game stops employees. Place is a joke. A bunch of nerds in there talking about rc cars with each other. They don t know anything. Go to Napa or oriellys instead. Save yourself the headache! Get new staff. Even the managers are a joke!

Jack helped me with finding out the correct battery for my key fob. He went so far as to replace the battery for me. He definitely knows what customer service means, which is very rare these days. I definitely will come back when I need something car related. Thank you Jack! You should get a raise!!

I was out running errands today, and my car battery died. Luckily, I was across the street from an Autozone here in Yelm, WA. I walked over and was blown away that the store manager grabbed a jump box and walked all the way over to Safeway and jumped my car off. After that, we went back to the store where he tested my battery. It was bad, of course, and then he even put the new battery in for no extra charge. The entire experience was amazing, and he really turned a terrible situation completely around for me.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I want to give a shout out to Ashley who not only helped me find the bulb I needed but also took time to install it for me (and explained the process). She was a delight and I so appreciate her kindness.

I have been using the Yelm Autozone for getting various needs for our cars ever since it opened. Every time I have gone there, the staff have been genuinely friendly. I usually get a good laugh from chatting as they help look something up and always leave with a smile from my interactions. Most recently, I was getting wiper blades, and they double-checked what I got, and we realized I grabbed one that was the wrong size. Very clean store, easy to navigate and great staff. What else can I ask for?

I had a great experience here. Alana helped me pick out the correct headlight for my car because the book didn't show which one needed and then she not only helped me install it, but showed me how to do it myself next time. I really appreciate her assistance and great attitude!

Andrew H. did an amazing job at changing my battery. I was parked by anytime fitness and couldn t move my car, turns out my battery was dead and I needed a replacement. He was super friendly, positive attitude and knowledgeable about what he was doing, he took care of everything. 10/10 costumer service. Thank you Andrew!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. My husband and I took our Tahoe in for a batter swap the other week and Ken (I believe is his name) helped us at first and was very kind and helpful and then Brian Hill swapped out the battery and was also very kind and helpful. Great staff and very clean and stocked store.

Friendly associate. Very knowledgeable and clean. Polite and went out of his way to help me find what I needed. Location conveniently located, easy entrance with plenty of parking. We'll laid out floor plan and clean. Also supports military - awesome.

Customer service is amazing here. Our serpentine belt we bought less than a year ago was starting to crack. We came back they replaced ours with a new one since it was still under warranty. Dennis came out gave us tools and helped us get our belt off with his own and store tools.

James, the store manager, was super professional and kind! He replaced my battery and fixed my cable, price matched another store without my asking, gave good honest advice about my vehicle. I'm not completely ignorant with engines, so I know he was honest. He gave a good recommendation for a local mechanic, which I was in the market for. All in all, I had a terrific first time experience at this Yelm AutoZone! I'm a long time AZ customer and was very relieved to find that my new home town has a wonderful place for my auto needs. Grateful and happy today. Thanks James!

Crazy rude, unprofessional, vulgar employees. Numerous complaints in here about the foul language in this store. If you have any personal, or community standards, stay away from this place. O'Reilly has a better group.

Definitely had the beat help and service with this place yesterday and today. I don t know much about cars, and James, I believe, was a massive help. He not only helped me choose and order a mirror, but proceeded to install it in the pouring rain. Great place, and I will definitely recommend it to everyone. I will be returning if I have any issues in the future. Thank you!!

Auto parts store that has few accessories/ aftermarket do Dads. But very honest staff. Went looking for seat covers for my tundra, employee was frank and informed me that I probably wouldn't be happy with any of their selection. Went on to tell me their personal experiences and nothing hes tried looked or fit right on either of their cars. I'll be back because honesty/integrity is rare these days. Well done!

Called and verified the part! was in but get there and it s nope system says we have it but no one checked! So the broken seal is gone and I am suck THANKS YELM great customer service! Oh and if you have a run tomorrow why is it Monday when you want me to drive to Lacey how about sending your lazy manager or how about the parts TRUCK! It s Saturday at 6pm and you can t get the part YOU said had SHOP elsewhere!!!
