awful service. The managers aren't help full. Even pick up is getting bad. Now they're back to checkers in the store. Everyone is confused as to where to go. even worse now. I spend 200 too 300$ every two weeks some times that a week.i would do pick up faithfully the last 3 months don't know what's going on. They have canceled me out few times said they didn't get my order. Mmm, then I get email saying they returned my order. Don't get it I'll get my payment back on my card 8 to 10 days. Frustrating. They need to prioritize and organize better.

The employees have been very nice. Unfortunately, it's Walmart.... and the self-checkout debacle surpasses anything employees can overcome. Most self check stations are closed/blocked. Those open limit to 15 items. That drives to "assisted" check, where an "assistant" scans, then shoves 15+ items to a small staging area. There are no bags, nor platforms to bag. Then the "assistant" begins scanning the following 15+ items for the next customer. Total mess.Interesting, I see fewer senior people and fewer customers with disabilities at this store. Hmmmm.......

Hi welcome to Walmart where we put in all self checkout machines only to realize we have a huge theft problem and limit how many people go through self checkout and decide to open what registers are left. If you go through these then you re gonna have to bag your own groceries too if I wanted to bag my own groceries I d go through self checkout. On multiple accounts I ve had to bag my own groceries while the cashiers sat and watched. Used to enjoy this Walmart because I could actually find what I needed but your employees are embarrassingly lazy. It s even a struggle for pickup and delivery orders. Don t even bother shopping here.

If you're can afford to shop elsewhere, please do so. This place is horrible. Never have bags only 2 cashiers everything else is self check out then if you have any other skin color than Caucasian they want to see your receipt at the door on your way out

Much better store here verses east valley. Stocked shelves and clean environment. The woman who works the front door on the Home side is especially kind and helpful.

Incompetent. Took my car to get 4 tires. They said it would take 1 and a half hours. Went shopping and sat in the waiting area for about an hour and a half. I ask how long. They tell me they had to jump my car because it was too cold. So, it took 1 and a half hours to jump a car to park it in the garage and they weren't going to even tell me about the delay as I'm sitting there waiting. I walk home. 8 hours later they change 4 tires. I drive away with grinding everytime I brake. I take it to my mechanic and find out they bent my back plate on the front driver side. They're idiots. Don't let them touch your car.

While Walmart is not my favorite place to shop to begin with, ever since Covid, this particular Walmart has thought it is okay to refuse entry to anyone who gets there even 15 or 20 minutes before closing time. I have worked retail and I understand the frustration of trying to get anyone out of the building, but when I walk up to the entrance 15 minutes before close, and you tell me the store is closed, that s not really acceptable. The time you say you are closing has always meant the time that you are closing the doors. If you want out of there by 11:00, then don t say that you are closing at 11:00. That means you close earlier. This is not a small business. You have to expect that when you say the store is closed, your employees are not walking out the door going home at 11. That s not how it works. Utterly ridiculous.

If you enjoy cashier's who don't smile or say thank you, then you'll be extremely pleased. Spent 3 1/2 hours waiting to have tires put on.... Walking around the store to the point of exhaustion. Checked out in the front. No mention that not only do you bag your own groceries, but you can't even buy bags! I would've brought mine in. Thankfully, a kind, older gentleman offered me some of his extras so I wouldn't be walking out looking like I hadn't paid for my items. Cashier was rude and couldn't smile or say thank you at the end of the transaction. Getting paid for scanning is not even work!!! Never again will I ship at this one. Next time I'll go to Wenatchee to shop at Walmart. Perhaps they vet employees better

More room in aisles to navigate with cart than East sideWalmart. Merchandise is more "appropriate" and a bit better quality than other local Walmart

Store was clean, all the ride-on carts were charged & ready, ladies room was really clean. Clothes were neat and tidy. Most importantly, the employees were so helpful & pleasant. Kudos to all of you!

i got some photos printed in the back, a worker named scott was going through my photos and looking at the photos i printed. i think this was unprofessional and i talked to the manager about it he didnt do nothing , i recommend to not get photos printed here unless you want a weird bald guy going through each and everyone of them and showing them to his co-workers while laughing.

This is one of the better Wal-Marts I've been too. I always keep my expectations low when it comes to Wal-mart. If you desire to get some quick shopping done, this wal-mart is where it's at. They also have an immense selection of products, like any supercenter. I have dealt with their customer service a few times and was pretty standard. Overall, very pleased with all my experiences here.

I just tried going to my local Walmart. They were supposed to be open until 11, but the doors were locked when I arrived. It was 10:50 PM. I understand that employees don t want people entering the store passed a certain time, but I find it asinine that you get to close 10 minutes early and inconvenience customers who had one thing to grab and then get out. We were not the only ones outside the doors confused by this. I find it ridiculous and lazy of the workers who are worried that they won t get to clock out right at 11 - that s reality and it sucks, but if your store is open until 11, then BE OPEN. So inconsiderate of the public and community.

Many of the self checkout lanes were blocked off. I also noticed that more regular registers were open than what I've seen in recent years. Is this location going back to regular cashiers?

I like this store more than the one in terrace heights. It's always cleaner and seems to have their shelves stocked better. It's also got more space to move around in.

It's hard to understand why the shelves are still bare this far beyond Covid. I would spend more but at least a few items are missing each week. But hey, Christmas stuff arrived before October... please change the management at this place. Now the check out process is different every time I go. I m sorry but you are making your loyal customers angry. Which door will be open? Is self checkout working today? We need yellow stickers now. We need 8 people to stand around to make sure we are scanning all of our groceries. I think I will just go spend more at a store that has quality people making decisions.

Decent selection, but there s one cashier guy with his TC (hand-held device) in the self-checkout area that obviously wanted to be a police officer when he grew up-but must have made some poor choices in life (obviously if he ended up working for Wally*World) and didn t quiiiiiite qualify for jointing the force. He scrutinizes everyone s scanning, and takes his job, way way way too seriously. ..it s groceries. Literal food. People are trying to feed their families. Who cares if someone doesn t weigh their fruit or carrots correctly? Get a grip.

Where do I start. They have lots of stuff and it's a decent price, but they are constantly short staff with registers and closing 2 out of 3 entrances which is so annoying. Only the grocery entrance stays open one end of the store instead of the middle, making parking ridiculous!

was getting very close to closing time I did not feel rushed but, I also stuck to just clothing racking in the best deals I have seen in a while. Spent a lil over $100.00 went to self check out I have to say I was my best customer service ,I've had in a very long time. West valley Walmart is awesome

Clean and can find deals but if you order for pick up it will say item not available and you go in the store, they have it. I try a sounding going in because it s busy.

Aside from the terrible customer service, including staff literally looking at you standing alone at a service counter and walking away , the staff are also rude and unhelpful. Walmart choosing to not offer bags is insanity. Having 6 open self checks out of probably 30 the list goes on

I love the cleanliness, but I can not stand the elimination of just about all cashiers. The fact that you can't use Samsung pay or Apple pay is ridiculous. It's just one more way for them not to pay another business. If Wal-Mart or, as I call it, the ZOO , is in the business of monopolizing and making everything automated, then congrats you are doing such a great job. Bring touch less pay and bring back our cashiers. You constantly want to check our bags. As if we stole something but you can't pay for someone to scan our products? Then don't get mad when I miss a scan. That's your fault, Wally wonkers, NOT MINE.

The trees at Walmart are beautiful this time of year. Even at night. The store, inside, is tidy and well stocked but they've shuffled departments around too often. Luckily there are plenty of people working and it's easy to find someone to help.

I don't understand why all Walmarts don't have the option for tap n pay with one's phone or credit cards. Probably a bad update choice made by corporate.

Becareful when you pay with partial gift card. Its better to just do separate transactions. Because if you return some things even if you use a $2 gift card they can refund it all to the gift card.Delivery drivers can be awful, delivery to the wrong door most of the time. The last person took a picture of me with the items when I specifically said not to.
