Bad service. Waited 45 minutes to be helped, associates would walk by me without acknowledging my presence.Then they would not give me an answer on when they would be able to install new tires on my vehicle.Will not try to use their services again.

The staff is always friendly. Didn't appreciate the last time I was there when I got told that because I didn't have my warranty paperwork in my vehicle for my tires that they may not be able to help replace a tire. Also was told that I didn't have them rotated properly which would cause warranty to be invalid. (They are the only ones who have rotated them since purchase) Was then told all of my tires were about 30psi over what they shoukd have been and that was going to void my warranty. Still ended up having to pay $80+ bucks and wait 3 hours to have a tire put on and rotated.I've never had any issues until this last time.

The manager and employes are very helpful. They get busy and backed up so expect a wait time. They only have so much staff so plan ahead.

Walmart traditionally does a very good job of lube and oil and is way more economical than other lube places. They're usually very backed up, especially on weekends. Can take two or more hours to get through the lube process on Saturdays, so plan on tying in some shopping while you're there. The Walmart we usually come to has a nice little waiting area with nice chairs to cool your heels. Had great luck with them overall and the staff is always very nice!

Tires. My family and I went to ellensburg for the weekend for a family outing. We got a flat tire. Nobody was available for us. We went to Yakima and at the Walmart supercenter there they didn't have the size of tires in stock that we use. The gentleman there at the Yakima Walmart was exceptionally helpful. He's the man with the Star wars hat and a mustache and beard I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He went out of his way and called for us different tire centers to see if they had any available. We ended up finding one place that could help us. But now I did want to leave him a good review he was a exceptionally helpful and I really appreciate that ,we had to get back to the coast. So if you have any kind of car issues oil change tires whatever go to Yakima Walmart tire center they're really good there and very kind. Thank you so much again for helping us get back home!

Love how I called ahead and verified with two associates about how much it cost to swap out my tires.Was quoted by them $10/tire IF it was my own tire and was in good condition, and somehow � an hour later, I get here, and it's $28/tire.Bruh, THIS IS WHY I CALLED AHEAD AND CHECKED WITH TWO PEOPLE.

I will never buy tires here again I'd rather pay more. It snowed and my tires were really bad, it took 2 days just to get my car in there, and they couldn't do the job because a lug nut was missing and they broke one of my lug stems didn't admit to it and couldn't fix it didn't even want to touch my car. I asked them to at least do the back 2 tires just so I could drive it somewhere else my car has been there for over 2 and a half hours and they're still not done doing just 2 tires. It's not their fault my car had a couple issues but they don't even sell lug nuts and can't fix a problem they could've charged me 50 more bucks to fix that I would've gladly paid. Just an overall bad experience best price on the tires in town. Won't be back not even to fix a flat. Will still shop in the store for all my needs but never again.

Bought new tires. We were desperate. Just realized thread's were showing in our front tires. It was a holiday weekend and a Sunday. They were the only place open. Decent price.

After visiting the Walmart on Chestnut, they informed me that they were not able to do the oil change in my wife s car due to tire appointments, immediately I called the Walmart at Nob Hill. They instructed me that they could get me in because they weren t that busy. I drove 15 minutes out to Nob Hill where they tell me as I pull up, We re not taking anymore oil changes today due to tire appointments. What kind of business are they running?! Worse part is the automotive center doesn t close till 7 and it is 4. Don t tell the customer that you can get to their car when you have no idea what your talking about. Won t be coming back to either Walmart.

I like all but accept tires. My tires that I buy from Wal-Mart they where low of air they send told to go to Sunnyside and they did not want to see what was wrong with it I told them that I live in 50 minutes from I live Sunnyside was more far so I when to other Wal-Mart and they did see what was wrong

A bunch of people just sittin around. Takes forever to get your car back. We have taken our car there for oil changes for the past couple years. (For the sake of already being at Walmart, not because the service is good) The last time, after changing our oil, they said that our oil tank was over filled with the previous oil change. And that it's really bad for your car. Uh.... you did the last oil change you idiot! Haven't went there since.

Worst experience we have ever had. We are on a budget and asked if they could put some used tires that were given to us on our rims. After looking at the used tires they said they would, then after waiting over an hour we asked how it was going and they said they aren't going to do it now and we had to wait again while they put our original tires back on our rims so we could leave.

In my opinion the workers in the auto center are lazy. Won't be going here for tire needs anymore. Will be going to Les Schaubs from now on. Don't know how it takes 3 and a half hours to try and fix a tire and then put a new one on. Only 1 tire with 5 people working and no other vehicles in the bay being worked on.

They told me it was going to be 3 hours to get me in. There was three cars in front of me and 4 employees. They were standing around doing nothing till I started asking why 3 hours. Then I heard air wrentchs turning. He did not even bring out the scanner to get started.

4 bays, 3 empty. I pull up just wanting a winter tire swap. Service tech who seemed annoyed I was there tells me 2-3 hours.

Awesome service!! Blew a tire on our weekend outting. Rolled in to the tire center in Yakima, and had nothing short of AMAZING service!! Highly recommend them!!!

Called ahead. Asked employee if they repair lawn tractor tires. I Specifically said "flat repair" and "Front tire of a riding mower". He says Yes, bring it. Get there, shop guy says no. Gee, Thanks Idiot
