Since I have had my 2019 Toyota tacoma I have only gone here for oil changes . Today I get my oil changed before heading to packwood to pick up kids right after work and once I get home I notice oil in my driveway which I have never had a leak ever on my truck. I look under my truck and some irresponsible technician didn t bolt 2 of my bolts back on for my skit plate and one bolt is half out about to lose my whole skid plate . I get it s difficult to remove but why do a job if you re not going do it correct and responsible . Also found oil sprayed everywhere under my car and check my oil and I m reading nothing on my dipstick. And drive 145 miles after leaving there. Let s hope for them my truck is not messed . You pay over $100 for an oil change and the tech wants more money but can t do his job. This is how stores get shut down I m so pissed at this moment .

I have been going here for years and have always found them to be courteous and professional. Best advice to give: Get there a few minutes before 8 a.m./ opening (if you can) for quick service. And if you get Thomas, lucky you: He's the best!

Not satisfied. Techs did not do all point checking tire pressure and fluid levels. They spent most of their time forcing me to listen to additional services provided by them which lasted about 10 minutes. I told tech before he started I was not interested in additional services but he would not take no for an answer. Never going back.

This store has used my account twice for oil changes on a vehicle that I don t own. They gave a customer an invoice with all of my personal information I entrusted with Valvoline. The second time they gave all of my info and changed the name of my account to whoever got their oil changed rather then making them their own account.

They sheared off a bolt on my skid plate and failed to inform me during differential fluid change. When I came back to ask them about it, they refused to do anything to resolve it and justified this by saying they had mentioned the bolt was rusty prior to service. Very disappointed about this lack of communication about damaging my vehicle, and I will not be returning.

These guys are awesome! They get you in and out and are very transparent. They tell you everything that they are doing and show you what they are doing and why. Love the online coupons.

I have a 2022 Nissan with a large skid plate that can be difficult sometimes, but the tech underneath did not put back six of my fasteners so parts were barely on my car, if you can t service my car please just say that instead of not doing it properly.

I thought they did a great job. Offered additional services politely, and didn t pressure me on the more expensive services. Super fast, easy to understand explanations, and even helped me reset the oil indicator on my car (it s new and I didn t know how to make it stop beeping at me).

They broke my air filter went back to the shop had them fix it and they told me to get out and look at it then the manager came over told me to get back into the car all rude like then I said well your employee told me to get out and he said well the policy is you can't get out of the car he was rude he should not be a manager at all to tell you the truth called to talk to area manager and he has not called me back I will not return I'll stick with my guys that put customers first and this is a bad first experience if I were you don't go to this place they don't even have the cameras to watch the work be done like they advertised on TV and radio. Thought for the price get better service then that my other place is cheaper anyways lost my business.Service: Oil change

The guys here were very professional. Didn't try and sell things that weren't needed, explained everything well. Price was decent for conventional oil change. I do know that synthetic can be more expensive through them.Was in and out in about 20 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got my oil changed here about 2 months ago. They failed to reattach a metal panel on the bottom of my car correctly. The next day, I went on my lunch break to find my car making an extremely loud noise when I went over 15 mph. I pulled over and saw the metal panel on the bottom of my car half attached and half hanging off, dragging on the concrete as I drove. I went back to Valvoline, where they took the panel off and promised to replace it. 2 months later and I haven t heard a thing and have not received a replacement. I ve always gone to Valvoline, but will never return, especially to this location. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.Service: Oil change

The best customer service, friendly staff, detailed checkup, I know because they were telling me and explained details as they were doing it, I was out in 15 minutes tops, and great price, definitely will return and recommend

I went in for an oil change 30 minutes before they closed, unfortunately they were out of the one my car takes. Besides that, service was great and Jesus was able to answer ALL of my questions with patience and understanding. I had to drive out to OR in the am and was frustrated/stressed and he made it all better. I did not feel rushed or unwelcomed, great service. 4/5 stars only because they were out of full synthetic :( Thank you Jesus!

Overpriced for full synthetic but it is convenient during bad weather or when you're short on time. Always had issues with oil filters being overtightened to the point even my strap wrench couldn't remove them, it seems to be an issue with all locations I've been to in Washington and Oregon. Other than that never had a major problem

No wait time for me at 930/10am on a Tuesday. Fast and friendly service, even during the pandemic.Pricing is not shown until the hood is up (or at least for me) so ask about costs when you first pull up (lesson learned).Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and truthful (tech advised to replace the air filter but also commented on how mine still had a good amount of life left).8/10 would def recommend for at least oil changes and wiper blade replacements. You get fast and quality service but it won't come cheap.

The people working there were great, they were professional, fast, and even put my new wiper blades on me. Before I came in, when I called to ask some questions about cost, they automatically downloaded a coupon for $15 off my oil change. I got a great deal for $32.
