BEWARE: Went and took my brand new vehicle to get an oil change on Feb 26th and noticed on April 14th driving on freeway flapping noises and looked under the car and my front undercover is missing with the clips and screw gone,, went on Monday April 15th in morning spoke to Lanna (who is very rude and says she can t help me and told me she didn t have the time and walked away.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). Managers don t call you back, when getting ahold of a GM he was unprofessional, basically told me his ppl did not do it so anyone that goes to Valley Nissan take pics of before and after .. or god forbid you won t be their customer lol very poor business and employees especially when you own a brand new car and it only has 12,000 miles.

Friendly salespeople who take care of you from start to finish and won't lead you on. I highly recommend them. Don't forget to ask for a car fax if buying used! That's the only thing I wold change, my salesman didn't offer me one so I'm going back to get it!

Valley Nissan office procedures are not appropriate, they don't know how to work with insurance companies or the customer, so it's costing me $500 extra in parts and labor. Does no good to talk to the owner because he believes whatever his people say.Valley Nissan came thru, thanks to Michelle, she got the insurance to pay the whole bill, bc the parts they wanted to use didn't fit my truck. Now why didn't they find that out first before being so quick to charge the customer. Thank you Michelle for your resourcefulness and caring for your customer.

I purchased my Nissan Maxima at this dealership in 2009 and it is still going strong! I take my car in every 3 months for its regular oil, fluids, filter, and tire rotation. The front desk folks are always friendly and informative. I've also used their automotive department for a fender bender and they do great work!

They charged $733 to change my spark plugs. I was not told the price ahead of time. Felt ripped off as most places charge about half of this price. If you are gonna charge someone $733 this should be told up front.

Service center is only open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5pm despite what the hours on google say. Vehicle service is by appointment only, which is not said anywhere on the website, and has to be reserved a week in advance

Think I was forgotten for a bit after completion because after an hour and 20min I decided it was time to go see what was going on and one of the desk people saw me and ran out to meet me with my key. Not the first time lol. My car runs well afterwards, they cover my seats and floors before they get in and my radio and lights always get turned back to what they were after they re done.

Went in asking for a key code - the parts department were completely awful to work with. They did not try to help whatsoever. It was not worth my energy to stay there and argue with people who clearly hate their job and don't have good customer service.Walked up - no greeting - I felt like I was bothering them. YIKES. Don't recommend

We want to especially thank Rob Sylling in Internet Sales for all of the extraordinary help he offered us in our search for a 2015 XterraPro4X. VIN 5N1AN0NW7FN654178, the nicely appointed 2015 has mileage below 30,000 and shows years of care when driven by the one owner from Calgary, Alberta. At our request for some photographs of this rig's underside, Rob asked the shop to put the vehicle up on a lift and was able to then offer photos confirming that this vehicle is VERY CLEAN. We were offered the service records of this vehicle from the Stadium Nissan Calgary dealer, which showed scheduled and consistent routine service. 5N1AN0NW7FN654178 is a really nice 2015 Xterra Pro4X. Nissan stopped making the Xterra in that year, unfortunately, but the cockpit equipment is that of the current Frontier model series.Rob was tireless in helping us over our month-long study of this 2015 Xterra, and we were making serious plans for the 4 hr drive from Bend to Yakima to view/test drive the vehicle, when the TWIN of the Yakima rig became available in Salem, Oregon, half the drive time away for us. Like us, once a Yakima customer sees/test drives this 2015 Xterra, they will be driving it home for good. The leather interior/heated seats are a compliment to the excellent Nissan Navigation system and Bluetooth smartphone functions. The four skid plates are a nice feature, along with the 9.5 inch clearance. We love our Salem Pro4X purchase and know it will be a champ driving our snowy Bend winter roads and up to the challenge of a summertime adventure with our three Border Collies in their crates, towing the rPOD 179 trailer. Thanks again, Rob Sylling, for your constant attention to details and tireless help with our questions. Your work is STELLAR!

horrible, I have to do all the troubleshooting for them. And they are lazy and unprofessional. never take your car there or buy one from them. worst service. Gus is cool but the rest of the "techs" lazy

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff and sales manager were very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade. They didn't push anything on me and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and I felt comfortable during the entire experience. I would reccomend Valley Nissan to anyone. I am very happy with my Frontier. Thank you to all of the staff at Valley Nissan.

10 Stars!! The experience we had at Valley Nissan was literally BAR NONE! They are exceptional, professional more than fair and honest. Come on, who doesn't want honest when you take your car in for a repair. I especially liked working with the gal at the service desk that gives all the good and bad news. There should be more service areas around like them, and I may just buy my next car from them for this very reason. I will be spreading the word. If someone is looking for a good and honest place to take their car, this is your best bet. Hats off to you Nissan Yakima Service Department! You're a dying breed! Will definitely be back. :)

Rob Shilling was the person who I dealt with over about a 5 month time frame. He was the best person I have ever dealt with in my life when making a major purchase. He represents your company so well. The guy who I dealt with in financing and the warranty and gap coverage purchases and signing the contracts was a guy named Will and he was exquisite also

I must honestly say my car salesmen were both very courteous and respectful. On the other hand, I was very disappointed with the disrespectful and almost insulting remarks I could overhear coming from the general manager's office. Unfortunately, my husband had to return to work and left me at the dealership to start the paperwork . My husband felt I would be respectfully assisted since he is also a manager at a used dealership. Let's just say, "the manager's behavior was unprofessional and rude. This was not an issue of lack of a good credit score or the financial means to purchase the vehicle. All he had to do was request my my Schedule C to prove my income from my private practice. I am wondering if men have to go through the same disrespect I did. Women, you may have to take a male with you to be treated properly. Let's hope dealerships start acknowledging woman comprise the majority of their consumers.
