We had the best experience trading in our vehicle! Steven was so nice and helpful and made everything so easy! He along with the whole staff were amazing! If you are looking for a new vehicle definitely go see Steven! 10 out of 10!! And I left with the car I went in looking for!

Went down today to look at cars ( its my first newer car purchase and with a kid on the way we need a bigger and and more reliable vehicle. When we got there, we met Sam, very charismatic, and attentive. We gave him a budget, what we were looking for and what we could afford monthly payment wise. We viewed and test drove a 2020 Chevy blazer. It was beautiful and we loved it, but still, wanted to view other vehicles and shop around to see what really fir us and our growing family..he offered to buy us lunch, told us what a pleasure it was meeting us, gave us his contact info and said he wanted to EARN our buisness. after looking at several different dealerships, we both looked at each other and just said " sam".. no pressure, straight to the point, kind hearted and very knowledgeable.. 10 out of 10.. go see this guy for your next vehicle. Funny, polite, and just a great attitude. Thanks Sam! We will be repeat customers. You DID EARN our business. Thanks for making this the least stressful, no hassle, no pressure, purchase I've made in a long time.. someone give that dude a raise.

Extremely disappointed!!! Steve Hahn is the worst dealership in Yakima. The finance department as well as the person who does licensing is unorganized, incompetent, and has terrible customer service. They will let your temporary tags expire and not process your registration. They also didn t put my bank on the registration as the lien holder, so now I have to pay to have my registration amended. I suggest NOT purchasing a vehicle from them. I should ve listened to the other reviews. Lesson learned!

Armando went above and beyond for us! He got us into the perfect car!!! Just what we were looking for. He made us laugh and feel like we knew him for years. Perfect salesman. Great experience. He also did not make us feel like what we were asking for was a long shot. He met our goals. If your looking for a car, I highly recommend Armando.

If I could zero stars that s what I would give. We had warranty work done here on our 2015 Mercedes after the turbo had went out. We took our car there in June and called every couple of weeks to check on the progress of our vehicle. We kept getting the run around from the service department. In July they did half the work and were waiting to finish the turbo. They took our vehicle for a test drive after the exhaust work was completed. They didn t lock our vehicle and a homeless person broke into our vehicle and took our personal belongings. The worst part is when our vehicle broke down we had returned from a trip and didn t realize our passports were still in the vehicle: We then got a call from the Yakima police department that our homeless person had my husbands passport and was arrested. Mine is still on the streets of Yakima somewhere. We called to talk them and they refused to talk to us about this and never returned our calls.Another 3 months go by and our vehicle is finally done. We get the call the day before Thanksgiving and rush down to get our vehicle and we drive it home to Cashmere. A few days after driving the vehicle home I decide to drive it to work to see how it s driving with all the work we put into it. Well let me tell the engine seized up because they didn t put any oil in and it was 5.5 quarts low of oil. Here again we called several times to trying to get the invoice from the work, they wouldn t provide us with it. Never returned our calls, text messages or emails. We called atleast 20 times leaving messages for the general manager and still nothing to this day. As every mechanic told us you check the oil when you replace the oil!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Never do business with Steve Hahn. Still to this day no return call from them!!!!

Manni was awesome during our trade in/purchase. Very patient and not pushy at all. We test drove 5 or 6 different cars. They gave us a very fair trade in. Overall a real nice experience.

Sam Nelson is hands down the best car salesman in Yakima. Sam made our car buying experience as quick and efficient as possible. Sam listened to our needs and took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. Sam met all of our expectations. Sam was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about every car we inquired about. Sam even took the time to call my husband and I a few days later just to check in and see how we were enjoying our car. We had a great buying experience buying from Steve Hahn, and that s were it stops. As soon as we drove off the lot we noticed some weird popping coming from the speakers. Days after the back up camera went out as well as my infotainment system, and the gage cluster making my newly purchased car unsafe to drive. We have tried contacting Steve Hahn to get their help with these issues for over a month and no one will give us the time of day. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

Jasmyn Bond was a huge help when I inquired about a vehicle trade in and she was even willing to check other dealers to ensure I was satisfied and taken care of. Not many car sales will go beyond showing their inventory but she was diligent in trying to help me get what I was looking for. 5 stars to Jasmyn and the Steve Hahn group.

3 years ago I had a one star review based on my experience with this Kia dealership, for 3 years I have told everyone to avoid them, well they had a car I wanted to look at and CURTIS MOORE showed us around and got me right to the car I was wanting. Not only did he provide exceptional service but he has fully convinced me to take down and change my one star review from a bad experience I had prior. Curtis and the team got us into the car I ve been looking for months at in a timely manner and all the numbers worked out perfectly. He got my new car unwrapped, cleaned and fueled up for us by the time we got the paperwork signed.The finance man even got us a killer deal on all around ceramic coating which will be great with two little kids. I will say thanks to Curtis I will now be recommending him to everyone looking into a new or used car.

For the many years that I have purchased cars in Yakima County, Atzy was by far the best car saleswoman I have ever met. I highly recommend more deal ships hire more women in these positions to make female car buyers feel heard and handled with respect. I will not only keep in touch with this team, but I will definitely be a regular promoter of Steve Hahn. They also had an amazing financial specialist who was also female! Great job, Steve Hahn!

I visited here to purchase a car from Steve Hahns. I met with Jim, a car salesman, who had attempted to sell me a car other than the one he was showing. I came in looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee trailhawk, which I had signed for and believed I was purchasing. After all the paperwork and giving my down-payment, they brought me a different car. This car was older, had fewer options, more miles, and was not the trailhawk I looked at and thought I was purchasing. It was when I brought this up with him that he had stated it was a mistake and that everyone makes mistakes. They quickly tried to drive the car away to hide their mistake when i snapped a few photos. The vin was covered on the trailhawk, and they had no keys. Jim said it was not his fault. Jim explained that now it was my responsibility to pay $12,000 dollars more for the same car I looked at and had gone through all the paperwork in order to buy. Will not be revisiting

I highly recommend to look for Samuel.I had an amazing time visiting with Steve Hahn motor groups. Their store agents is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean and they offered a lot more for snacks.Visiting them made my car shopping quickly and smoothly. Samuel has been amazing, he listen with all my concerns about the car that I need. This dealership was amazing! So helpful, kind, easy to work with. Very fair with their pricing and offers. Johnny definitely took care of us with white glove service. Couldn't have asked for more. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a car, go to Steve hahn. Love the work they do with the community as well, look them up.

Sam helped me find the car that checked all my boxes! Unfortunately there were 2 rock chips in the windshield that we noticed during the test drive, but Sam got them repaired for me in the same week of purchase. I was so pleased with my experience, thank you Sam!!

Curtis did an amazing job with accommodating our price range. I ve gone on test drives with other car sales people (from different dealerships), and there s usually awkward silence for most of the ride. Curtis from the get go was able to make us feel comfortable and there weren t any awkward vibes. I highly recommend Curtis Moore when shopping for a car at Steve Hahns.
