I had a great experience ! Spencer was very informative and easy to work with and showed me the parts and reasoning for the break and the correct repair parts! On a road trip far from home and needed a ladder rack installed. Cannot recommend SST Autowerks enough! They fit us in next day, were quick with the drilling and installation, were really competitive with the rate, and as a bonus, were really cool to chat with. If I was local, I would be bringing all my automotive needs to them.

My family and I broke down on the side of I-90 heading toward the Gorge for the Watershed concert. We lost our power steering and our breaks after hitting a huge pot hole in the road. After calling numerous mechanic shops, we kept being denied help until our Tow truck Driver Tim made a call to Spencer at SST Auto Werks. Not only did Spencer agree to work on our RV, he fixed it within hours and had us back on the road and made it to our concert. I couldn t be more appreciative for everything Spencer did to salvage our family weekend getaway. I would recommend SST Auto Werks to everyone! Spencer is the face of what humanity should look like! My wife and I are on a road trip, and needed to install a utility rack, which required tools we did not have. SST was recommended, they were able to help us next day, and went above and beyond helping drill the holes we needed and helped install the rack.
