Very friendly and professional individuals working here. They get you in and out and make sure you understand how to fully work the device. Having an interlock installed isn t a very pleasant feeling but they make it so much easier, making you feel confident about yourself and moving forward with your life. Definitely recommend this business!

Go ANYWHERE else than here. This company only cares about taking your money and keeping you in their system perpetually. Don't trust these other boozebags being paid to write positive reviews !

I'm glad that smart start was recommended to me. Honesty. I don't think I'd go with any other interlock provider. They make it easy & are extremely helpful! I appreciate the whole team here! Thank you! Not something you are looking forward to or prepared to have in your vehicle. Although the folks here, help. No judgement. Life happens!

When I first made the appointment the lady I talked to said it d take 4-5 hrs but this location was Fast! Friendly! Explained everything I needed to know! First time having to deal with this whole process and they made it less dreadful

Friendly, this is the place to go for your ignition interlock device, very informative. Have the best prices, extremely happy to be here with them during this difficult time. I d say choose this place hands down.
