Awesome experience with Safelite, as usual. This was a replacement rather than a rock chip repair because the chip evolved into a huge crack overnight. They came out to my office and had the replacement installed in 40 minutes. The care instructions after the fact were simple so it was a flawless experience.

Great service. Miguel was awesome! I love the mobile service that came to my home, it's super helpful when you have little kiddos! Price was in line with today's market as well. It didn't take him long at all to fix 3 shattered windows from a break in! He also notified us the regulator was broken, which is nice so we know instead of just wondering what's wrong with it!Thanks Miguel and Safelite!

Miguel came out to change a Windshield on my 18 civic. Guy was super friendly and chill! Got that bad boy done in less than 40 minutes. I was running a little behind getting there and he had everything set up ready to go! 10/10. Also when I went into the office to make the appointment the lady at the desk was super helpful and friendly as well!

Great service! Area of town was rough. We sat at McDonald's across the street and had a cup of coffee. The window replacement looks fantastic.

I had an appointment today that I booked online. Upon arrival the customer service was top notch. Both of the guys that helped me were very friendly and professional. I had to wait while they replaced my windshield and recalibrated it. They got it done so quick, which was super nice as I had my daughter with me. I would def recommend this location

Normally I don't post negative reviews about any business But this Safelite AutoGlass Location in Yakima I had to do it Because they are not Professional at all and they don't care if your time is being wasted. Yesterday I had an appointment at 11 in the morning and I drove myself over two hours to get to this Safelite AutoGlass Yakima location to get my Brand New KIA EV6 Vehicle Windshield Replace. After waiting at their Office Lobby for over an hour, they inform me that they won't be able to do a replacement for the Windshield on my vehicle because that Windshield that they receive has Crack on it. As Soon As i heard that I was really upset because they could have done their job better by inspecting that new Windshield ahead of time and Contacting me ahead of time instead of telling me on the spot while I was already there and waited for over an hour at their office lobby. They Ruined my Whole Day because I had to take Day Off from my Work and drove over two hours to get this Windshield replacement for my New Vehicle. These People just don't care about other people's time getting wasted. Never going back to this Location ever and I wish I could have given them No Star at all instead of one.

It is unfortunate that I have to submit a poor review but I have no choice since I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one will call me back to resolve our very legitimate issue.Safelite out of Yakima came out to do a new windshield for us back in January and the tech was great and professional. The only issue is that the pillar molding didn't fit or adhere properly and looked just terrible.We called warranty customer service and they sent a different tech out the next week to try and resolve the issue. He really tried to make it work. He had new pillar trim pieces and he even heated them up to try and get them to go on properly but unfortunately they still were wrong and looked terrible. He gave me the direct number to his boss named John at the Yakima location and told me to call the next day and ask John to order OEM pillar molding since the aftermarket molding they use has the tabs in the wrong spot for my model of vehicle and so he explained in order to resolve this we have to have OEM pieces.I called John the next day and had to leave a message for him with a man that answered the phone and was promised a call back. John never called back. I have called every couple of days since then and not one time has anyone even answered the phone at all. It just rings and rings and no on picks up even.So finally last week I call their 1-800 back East customer service line and I speak with a nice woman who is sympathetic to our issue. She tries to get Yakima on the phone and they won't even answer for her! So she makes notes in our account of all of this and tells me she is going to have the regional manager call me within 48 hours to deal with this. Guess what? No one has ever called me back. This is ridiculous and frustrating! Safelite has some serious gaps in their ability to communicate and this situation has been handled incredibly poorly.

Don't go here if you have a modern car with driver assists! We live an hour away and have now been to this location 3 times and still don't have a properly functioning vehicle. The first time they broke the replacement windshield, the second time they replaced the windshield and broke the rear view mirror housing with all of the drivers aids in it. Brought it back a third time and they were supposed to replace the mirror housing, but instead replaced another windshield and stuck the broken mirror back to the roof with the old parts they broke on the second trip. Now I have non working driver aids, a vibrating rear view mirror, and a console/housing drooping down from the ceiling. Even confirmed that the repairs were done and they just lied right to my face, and didn't bother to do any of the complimentary services they promised for having to make three 2 hour round trips to try and get this resolved. Refuse to deal with these clowns anymore and have moved on to corporate.Unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Great, quick service here. I had my windshield replaced in under an hour. The only issue I had was someone must have sat on my glasses in the passenger seat and I didn't find out till I was down the road. Took me a bit to get them fixed, but not a real issue with their service. Make sure your front seats are cleared I guess.

Had a windshield replaced through our insurance. The tech was out next day in Ellensburg. Our tech (Jacob) was right in the specified time window and let me know 20 minutes before he arrived. He was quick, courteous and did solid work. The new windshield is fantastic!

Had to have windshield replaced though insurance and this was the preferred shop. Appointment made, "window and trim ordered". received a called the day before to confirm appointment. Vehicle gets dropped off, so far so good. I received a call saying vehicle was done and ready to pick up. When my other half gets dropped off in the parking lot that vehicle don't look right. I get a phone call and pictures sent to me by my other half. The pictures looked like they glued broken trim on the window, nothing lines up. She tells them that I will not accept their work. The assure her that the trim did not come in but should be her in 2 days and they would replace the broken parts. She pays them and leaves with hope that they will have the parts in a couple day. As she pulls into traffic the sunlight hits the window and there is a chip. She reenters that parking lot and tells them there is a chip and it is in the inside. So now they have to reorder the window and we have to wait 10 days because the glue is wet and takes that long to set. I know thing happen and chips can get missed in inspection. But I never was told about any problems with my service. Day before, day of, at time of drop off.... NOTHING about missing pieces. Car is ready call..... you guessed it NOTHING. It had to be brought to their attrition about everything. I'm sure it would have been a different story if it was not noticed at the time of service. It is very disappointing that the level of professionalism and service is so low. No one has any pride in the work they do. We have an appointment to have everything to be fixed I hope they can get it right this time because there will not be a third.

Had my windshield replaced last fall, 2022, now 9 months later the seal at th base of it is separating across, side to side. I maintained that it should be sealed but he said, once again, not their fault.Went inYakima, wa location and they said it wasn't their fault, that it was normal because my car is an '09 Subaru. I asked what about the water getting behind the seal & he still maintained it was not their fault/their issue.

Online scheduling was easy and there were plenty of reminder texts, so I couldn't miss it. I arrived a bit early and the tech got right to work, having me out the door in about half an hour. Super easy.

They took 45 minutes to install my windshield. It must be strong. Because just 2 hours after installation, it hailed and it wasn't damaged. Then when another giant rock hit it, no problem.

The service was great! Unfortunately I did not get OEM windshield as I requested. Don t know if it was my fault, or because of my Progressive auto insurance policy. Either way original windshield had heat/UV absorbent glass and the replacement is plain glass, and compared to what I had before, it sucks.

I had a sat 8am to noon appointment. No one ever called or showed. This is the 2nd time I have tried to get my windshield replaced by safelite. Insurance coved replacement. Two different city s both no call no show!!!

Second time with these guys, save money by going to their location, they charge 50 bucks to go to you. Prices are a bit much, that recycling fee should be optional. Hell I'll take the broken windshield and throw it away myself. They do good work though, no issues so far.

They replaced a windshield for my 15 pilot back in November and it was great! Good timing and good service. Explained what was happening and prices and such.Came back in March to ask about the driver side window garnish and some clips. They explained the problem, repaired it, let me watch to know what was happening (outside their garage for liability issues) and didn't charge me.I'm very pleased with their professionalism and service.

I've had three star experiences with them before. Maybe one four star. But this time it just kind of feels like the company's gotten too big for its own well-being. I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to. I hate automated stuff. Secondly, my window was like 12 days out. I reluctantly scheduled but then the next day called around and found it at a local store available the next day.

the customer service was excellent! my scheduled appointment took 2 hours longer then expected because of an unforeseen delay in the replacement of a windshield in a vehicle that was scheduled ahead of mine, but the way the manager handled the situation was great. the cost of a replacement windshield was almost at least 100 dollars cheaper then I could find anywhere else. the ease of online scheduling, mobile service, and the level of technology use by the shop made the experience swift, easy, and painless. I would recommend a safelite shop to anyone.

I was literally in and out; very fast process to replace my windshield. Set everything up through my insurance company and was all set up. Only complaint is that I couldn't call up to schedule an appointment or talk to anyone; they force you to have to schedule an appointment on their website.
