Had a great experience with Rads.I had a k5 blazer at another auto shop for one month and wasn't finished after I spent $1,200.00. Had the blazer towed to Rads and the had the problem diagnosed with in one day and repaired in 2 days. Drove the blazer home and ran great. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Rads for a great job.

Very honest!!! And friendly.I had an issue with my headlight and was willing to pay $150 to the dealer but luckily stopped here first. The owner told me he didn t want to take my money because it was actually a simple fix and told me what to do. He was right I fixed it for $5 . I will definitely Consider RADS my mechanic shop from now on!!Very Satisfied Customer

It was definitely a GREAT & HONEST Experience!!!! This is a mechanic shop that you can trust & have faith in when it come to your mechanical repair needs! He was straight up about everything that my car needed & even worked with my extended warranty for my vehicle! He was also fun to talk with, a great sense of humor too. He saved me so much money!!! Truly a GREAT Experience through & through!!!

I have used Rad's since for years now. They are fair, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable . Several time what I feared would be an expensive repair was quickly corrected without charge since it was an easy fix....who does that these days!!! Nothing but good experiences here.

Rads was recommended by someone as the best mechanic in Yakima & they weren t wrong! From the minute I started talking with Glen about my car troubles he was ready to help. My car was in his shop right away & fixed within a day. I appreciated that he called to explain everything in detail that he was doing on my vehicle, & made sure that I knew exactly what things would cost me. Not to mention his work comes with a guarantee. My mechanic of choice from here on out.

Rad's did a great job repairing a water leak.Originally took car to Friendly automotive, but they choose to totally ignore (didn't even diagnose) water leak and focused on other small repairs.Rad's went above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailingServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

Somewhat new to Yakima and we were looking for a quality mechanic to replace our blower motor in the middle of a week of blizzard weather. Glen was able to squeeze us in and get us back into our only car the same day. Customer service at Rad's is top notch and their pricing is very honest. Our family will be coming here for all of our automotive needs.

Took my 2006 Ford free star Van in for a acceleration hesitation. Told them exactly what it was doing. They said the spark plugs were badd and charge them. They did a test drive and said it was good to go. They charged me about $335.00. Picked my Van up that afternoon when I was going home the same hesitation was Still there .Call them Made an appointment to get it back in to have them look at it. Not only knowledgeable, but also trustworthy. Came in with a leak, fixed it and refused to charge me as it was something simple. Wish all shops were like this!!!
