Amazing job on my daughters car!! All stains are completely gone and the over spray on the paint is completely gone!! Motor is super clean and the entire car . Very impressed Thanks guys!! Loved it so much we put it up on our readerboard at The Mocha Tree

I recently had my car detailed here and I couldn t be happier with the results! The team did an outstanding job; my car looks absolutely brand new. From the exterior to the interior, every corner was meticulously cleaned and polished to perfection. Not only did they exceed my expectations in terms of quality, but their customer service was also top-notch. I didn t take any pics of the inside of my blazer but it does look nice and pretty inside. From what I could see they managed to get all the dog hair which is amazing. But let me tell ya the pictures of the outside of the blazer do it no justice. It s nice and shiny and all the hard water stains from the sprinkler are gone. They did an amazing, thorough job with our vehicle inside and out! They were able to get out some tough stains like sunscreen from the leather seats and got into every nook and cranny. My car looks and smells amazing and the customer service was honestly fantastic. It s my first time having a vehicle detailed and there s no reason I d go anywhere else!

Absolutely wonderful experience here. First time I've had my car detailed. Super easy to get an appointment to check in. They offered me a ride home. I came back and my car hasn't been this clean or smelled this good since it was new. I'm looking forward to bringing the family van back in for a detail when time and money permits. Would highly recommend

Jorge removed all the hard water spots off my Accord from my well water sprinkler. Amazing detail, the interior looks brand new and it's light beige. The carpet was severely damaged after all the winter weather. The carpet looks like brand new as well!!! Absolutely incredible job. hats off to Jorge, Rudy and Mauricio that all showed why Pro Clean is the best value in auto detailing in the valley.

I've used Pro Clean twice now, two different vehicles - for interior and exterior detailing. The vehicles appear brand new. All I can say is WOW! If you're considering Pro Clean... just do it. You won't regret choosing them.

I wouldn t recommend going here. I had an appointment to drop off my car and get it detailed. Nobody showed up to open the shop until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When they finally showed up i told them I had been waiting outside for 30 minutes and that my appointment was scheduled for 8 am. I asked them to just cancel my appointment. Due to them being half an hour late i no longer had time to check in my car or do any sort paperwork. They not only wasted my time but also the time of the person giving me a ride. When i asked them to cancel my appointment they were very rude, didn t apologize, and it didn t seem like they were even the tiniest bit sorry.

George and Mauricio worked a miracle on my older Hyundai. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. I even have a missing peice to my console that collects all the lost things my car likes to take possession of. Mauricio found every peice of crumb of garbage that little hole has collected over the years. I'm obsessed with the turn out and will definitely make this a annual thing for my daily driver! Also would like to add their headlight restoration did wonders for my visibility as wellService: Full body wash

My only complaint would be the price. Not worth $427 if you ask me! Not worth the price, cost over $300 to have my wife's car detailed, interior only. They did an OK job but there was still food down the sides of the seats, dirt in the cupholder etc. The windshield looked like it was done with a dirty rag, big swirl marks all over. Looked more like a wipe down and vacuum vs. a professional detail.

Had my wheels restored here and they did a great job for a very fair price.Understand these wheels have not been touched since 2001, through mud, snow, boat ramps to salt and fresh water with no more then a drive through car washes, they look brand new and they stand behind their work.

Edit: They did reach out to rectify their mistakes. Was not expecting it but they did. The fixed the musty smell and recleaned the window and other spots they missed. Much better now, thank you.Well, they cleaned it but could have been better to be worth the price tag. Brought my small SUV (Honda CRV) in for a complete clean inside and out. They charged an extra $100 for super little dog fur, which was still there when I picked it up. The windshield was half cleaned and the crack needed to be fixed when that was supposed to be included in their complete package. Whatever carpet cleaner they used probably hasn't been cleaned in a while cause now everything has a musty smell that is only getting worse with time. Sure it's better than a rotten milk smell but still not ok for a professional cleaning. Truthfully for the $400+ spent you could buy a small carpet cleaner and some supplies then spend a few hours cleaning it yourself. Doing that would probably even save you more than $100, to be honest. Terrible detail. It looked like my motorcycle was washed with the pressure washer and wiped down with a towel. Wheels didn t get touched, dirt still on the bike, over spray everywhere, water spots all over the bike and much more. When asked about the services he said that I paid just for a wash and anything more would come at a higher price. You mean to tell me that spraying a bike with water and wiping it down is $135? I paid for a full detail not just a wash. I would have never paid someone $135 to spry a bike down with water!My motorcycle was pushed to the side for quick time and quick money. I will never take anything back to this place! Everything about it was terrible! Take the time and detail your own vehicle.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

I have never gotten my car detailed before, but I am now a huge fan! I ve had my car 4 years. The back floor was covered in hard to get up dog hair. There was food, dirt, and junk under and between seats. I was embarrassed to have anyone ride in my car. After Pro clean was done with it, it looked brand new inside and out! I would highly recommend them!Service: Auto detailing

I called and made an appointment for an interior and exterior detail that ran about $204 after tax and all. That part was nice and easy. The day after I picked up the car I noticed that they didn't clean the trunk or the rear deck. This was an inconvenience because it required me to make another trip to the detail shop after they already had my vehicle for a whole day. I don't see this service being worth $200 so I wouldn't recommend this place.Service: Auto detailing

Amazing job!! Loved the guys working, helpful with transportation back home and to pick up car so they could work on, very friendly, professional. My headlights were so oxidized, now sparkle and clear, entire car looks new! Would highly recommend this company. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job!!!

Decided to get my vehicle detailed at ProClean after reading reviews that this place was decent. After getting my car completely detailed inside and out, went home and walked around my car to check it out and see what they did. Floors in the backseat actually looked dirtier then they did going in, I had drip spots from product they sprayed inside that they didn't clean and it doesn't look like they put any protectant on the dashboard and it looks super dried out. Had wax spots all around the car they hadn't wiped down...I truly would not recommend this place unless you're desperate.Wish there were more places that detailed vehicles here in Yakima.

Even though they did a pretty good job, they did not fully disclose my price until I got there. I was told there would be an additional $50 for animal hair!! $50? If I had known that, I could have easily vacuumed that up myself. Because I waited nearly a month to get an appt, I had no choice at that time.

Very impressed (again) with Pro Clean today. Having found that (because I'd neglected to clean them during the winter) my aluminum truck wheels were badly corroded from road salt and brake dust and I feared I'd need to replace them. Pro Clean guys said it was "iffy" but they'd try. In just 15 minutes, employee Christian had them shining brightly for a modest cost. Impressed with this crew - try them. You'll like the experience!
