Was referred to this place. Went down that day and said what I needed fixed. They said they could do it next day. I was amazed on how fast they could get me in. Next morning I brought my car in at around 9am. They said it'd be done by noon. And they kept their word. I was able to come back and pick up my car within a couple hours. Completely satisfied with the work they did. They had given me an estimate the day before that sounded reasonable for the work needed done. When they were finished I ended up paying less. And the work was like the repair made it brand new again. Great service, affordable, and fast. I will definitely return business in the future. And I will refer people to them every chance I get.Service: Body & Trim

Wonderful customer service from the owners and employees. They do an incredible job, very professional, and are fast! They help me understand what is wrong with the car what heeds work and give a fair price. I recommend them to EVERYONE!!

We got our vehicle fixed here and the staff was great! They were quick about fixing the car and very efficient. You can't even tell an accident had happened to our car. Also they fixed it at a great price!

Best place to take your wrecked car and come back to find a brand new shiny car. They even polished my headlights! Mr. Saunders is very nice and works directly with the insurance. I didn't have to deal with anything. I highly recommend this shop.

Efren fixed two of my cars, one of which was my almost new 2016 CR-V. He did a great job at a good price and was quick to get the job done. He worked with my insurance company directly and made the process easy for me.

I tried to be reasonable with this shop. I tried to give them a chance to make things right, but this is too much. They broke a plethora of items in my vehicle while painting it, removed items that should have never been taken from the car and then never returned them despite me contacting them about the missing parts. They offered to pay (and did so) for the various parts we had to replace in the vehicle, but only after I left a poor review and only after the owner's wife retorted about how old the vehicle was.The vehicle may be a classic car, but that does not give them the right to damage something and then throw away the pieces without our consent. This makes it look like they were trying to hide something.Today we discovered our spare tire is missing. It is not every day you look at your spare tire and usually when you do it is because you need it. Why did they even remove the tire from the back hatch in the first place? Nothing was painted behind that panel. There was no reason for them to take it out.I am outraged by the lackadaisical attitude of this shop and by the owner's apathy. This has been a terrible experience and I urge everyone who has ever gone to this shop to make sure you never leave any valuables in the car and to check to make sure you get everything that came with the car back. For anyone else thinking of going here, go somewhere else!Here is a list of the things that were broken, missing or done poorly.- Gouged hole in the sun visor- Missing screws throughout the door panels- Missing trim behind driver and passenger side handles- Missing battery block and bolt (items were stored inside the car)- Broken/split window trim- Missing vent covers- Missing T Top covers (returned)- Missing (presumed broken) screw plate covers on doors and cup holders- Missing spare tire from the panel in the trunk- Paint chipping already/Can see old color- Blue paint overspray on the inside of drivers side window- Blue paint overspray on tires and rims- Light and dark spots in paint- Raised spots/bubbles in paint

Was referred there by a friend when we hit a deer. They had it for three weeks and then when I took it to my mechanic for service he noticed several brackets missing or wrong and a/c wouldn't work. Took it back and was reassure it was good. Now a year later my a/c is not working and the shop told me a bracelet had pierced it and I am looking at $1100 repair.

Terrible shop, completely unprofessional. There are parts missing from the car which should never have been removed. We keep finding more and more things they broke and covered up. Never hooked back up the power mirrors. We had to do that ourselves. Once inside the door, discovered they had broken all the wire clips and the moisture shield was also missing.Do not go here. More like a chop shop than an actual body shop.

Took my work truck here and very happy. Was the best price out of the 4 places I asked and worked with my schedule to fix the hood. This is where I will go next time I need work done

If you're looking to get ripped off, these people will oblige you! They will take your money, do a terrible job, take triple the amount of time they promised and do only half the work they quoted.Horrible business practices and completely unethical. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Nice guy he gave me a fair quote on my vehicle repairs and was very polite the place is a bit tricky to find but once you do it's worth taking your car there he really seams to care about the work he does and customer service.

Had to call the police to get my truck back. They charge 75$ a day for storage. See when I took my truck in for a quote for body work they NEVER said anything about storage charging.

Terrible place. HAD TO CALL THE SHERIFF'S TO GET MY TRUCK BACK! I HAD MONEY IN HAND. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK ON MY TRUCK. SO I SAID OK I'LL JUST TAKE MY TRUCK ELSEWHERE. THAT'S WHEN I WAS TOLD 75$ A DAY STORAGE. THEY NEVER SAID AT THE TIME I DROPPED OFF MY TRUCK OFF FOR A ESTAMENT, THAT THEY CHARGE 75$ A DAY STORAGE!
