I was out on the highway on late Sunday afternoon traveling through the area when I had a tire on my trailer blowout, so after changing it out and putting my spare tire on I called around to find out that they were the only place around that had the right sized tire. I talked to them at Pep Boys and they were willing to stay open a bit past closing time so I could make it in there and get a new tire put on and I could keep going. Their professionalism and customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this business and if I am returning through the area and have any tire or repair needs I will give them a call first. Keep up the good work!!

Went in for routine oil change and fuel induction service. The service writer Fernando informed me what all entails in the fuel induction service. Also let me know of future maintenance that will need to be done. I'll be scheduling for my transmission fuild service with them.5 stars for informative, polite, great customer service and pricing! Will highly recommend for anyone looking to get there maintenance or any repairs with Pep Boys!

I spoke on the phone with Tyler today who took the time to help me pin point an issue on my vehicle. Tyler was able to give me a quote on fixing my vehicle which I felt was a fair price. Tyler really went above and beyond and shows that there are still places with excellent customer service. Thanks!

These guys are just as nice or even nicer than Manny, Moe or Jack! What a great place to do some business with. I m in here today getting a near flat tire repaired before I head out to Ellensburg in the morning. I didn t see the flattening tire until 4- and it s Saturday. I was afraid I might not be able to get it repaired today. But nope, when I walked in Fernando was at the counter with a big smile and a friendly greeting. He took my keys and Jeremi in the shop got it all taken care of - and wouldn t take a penny for doing it. Now that s local service at its best!While I was there I asked Fernando if he could get me a couple quotes on 4 All Season tires for this little truck- he said yes of course and gave me three quotes- totally appreciate you and Jeremi- !! Thanks Guys!

Free brake inspection, it was very helpful for my needs. Very professional from the beginning to the end. I felt they were looking out for me and wasn't after my life savings. They were not pushing me to get something done i didn't need done. Thank you to Tyler, Fernando, and the Pep Boys team.

Tyler and the rest of the staff provided excellent customer service and got us back on the road in no time! We really appreciated that the service center was open on a Sunday as we were just passing through and needed to get home for work the next day.

I brought my truck in to have the power steering checked out. The Pep Boys mechanics were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem. They showed me the rusted out linkage that, in my mind, if not replaced, could have caused an accident. During the appointment, they also did a safety check which brought to light other issues that needed to be addressed in a timely fashion. I appreciate the service manager, Cameron Sowder, who made this appointment very pleasant.

I had a great experience with Pep Boy s they are honest and forthcoming. Let me know everything they wanted to do and the price before they did it. This wasn t a nerve-racking experience, like I usually have at other shops. Thank you Pep Boys. I ll definitely be back.

Brought my van in for an inspection and estimate because my van had a shake and tires were balding only on the inside. They were trying to charge me over 2,800$ for repairs!!! Wanted to schedule me asap I declined. Brought my vehicle to two other tire shops and was told I didn t even need the parts that cost over 600$ each like Pep Boys said I needed. Got my vehicle repaired and the right parts for less than 900$. I would suggest getting a second opinion if you got and estimate from these guys. I almost got screwed out of 2,800$!!! False information and trying to replace parts that were in perfect working condition both the other tire shops said the parts pep boys were trying to replace were fairly new.

Service is always good. From battery check up to changing oil and filter, every time I take my car there they get the job done quickly.

They don t always answer the phone.Oil & filter change $52. I bought the tires here so rotating was freeNo (free?) inspection done.5 star accept it took me 3 days to reach them in the phone to make appointment

Fit me in between appointments and the gentleman that rang me up was kind and calm while I anxiously rambled on about my worries. Took a while longer than I expected, but I was impressed that they did not make their appointments wait because I popped in emergently with my breaks fiasco. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

I would highly recommend going to the Pep Boys for tires or service work. They are very responsive to taking care of your needs and go the extra mile in insuring your overall satisfaction.

Such phenomenal service! We were driving home from Leavenworth and got a flat tire on the freeway. We ended up going to Pep Boys in Yakima and they were all so helpful. Marco assisted us (he was amazing!) and we were in and out in no time. We really appreciated his help!

So my AC had a bad fan that blew the fuse, which took the compressor out of action.They ordered the replacement fan. It had to come up from Kennewick to Yakima. I didn t mind waiting in their air conditioned waiting room working remotely on 5G via my iPhone hotspot.They found the issue, fast, got the part, installed it with good quality and fast and I had a coool breeze all the way to Desert Aire.Thanks for a great job done Cameron Sowder and the team.

Pep Boys staff is always professional and knowledgeable. We've used this establishment for years and will continue to do so. Needed air in my tires today and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome!

Such a helpful company!We are on a long road trip, were traveling through town, and needed a tire rotation. No charge and gave us some great advice on proper inflation of our tires for our heavily loaded car. Thank you so much!

More like Pep Men. My first experience was when I purchased my first new set of tires and trans flush. The appointment was on my schedule, good price and done right. After that I been making regular oil changes and they always apply a coupon. I then became a fan when it was hard to change gears and the rip off at the dealership that rhymes with Tord quoted me $250 to look at it while Pep Men did it at no charge and cleaned it because they said it was due to grime. I have stories for days but just recently my tired had a nail and thou it was out of the blue the gentleman behind the counter notice my stress and put me on the schedule and fixed it at no charge. As a woman car maintenance always made me nervous but Pep Boys aka Pep Men looks after me and it does not cost me an arm or my good looking leg, ha. I love the men here and service. My little car runs great because of them. Thank you Pep Gentlemen.

They definitely have won our business. Our first trip there was an emergency tire change. They had the tires in stock and took care of us. Our latest trip was just as satisfactory. Actually they went above and beyond!!! Keep up the great work

Alan and the guys did an amazing job helping a first time buyer feel not only comfortably welcomed but informed on everything you need to know to get started and be back on the road safe again. If you wanna meet great down to earth guys and feel safely secured all at the same time this is the place to go! Thank you guys for everything you continue to do. You guys rock at it!
