This was one of the best car shopping experiences me and my husband have had and Irene made that possible! Irene was assisting us and she made things happen swift and smoothly. She answered all of our question and was open and upfront about the cars to find the one that fits you best. We had a few in mind and we all landed on the one that fit our family the most. We didn t leave with a doubt in our mind. Working with her was great. If you go to one stop ask for Irene to experience it first hand. We will definitely be returning customers, and I will refer anyone I know in the market for a new car to One Stop with Irene.

Just purchased a vehicle a couple of days ago with Irene and i can honestly say her customer service was amazing!! She was quick into finding me something I loved and suited me perfectly. She will definitely work with you and go above and beyond. I ve tried many other dealerships and weren t much help. She s super sweet, talkative & knows how to make her customers feel welcomed and comfortable definitely recommend!! I will be going back! :)

I was Helped by Irene and it was great today. I came for a car that happened to sell but still got something good (maybe even better) for around the same price! Great customer service and very honest and transparent about everything, and helping being a first time buyer!

This was definitely the best car buying experience I ve had. I worked with Irene and the owner Mo. Both of them made the entire process feel like I was talking to a friend/peer and not a salesperson. Irene specifically, was just as excited as I was to be testing a few cars until I chose one, and she wasn t the slightest bit pushy. She was so knowledgeable on all the vehicles and questions I asked. I am happy to say that I will maintain a relationship with them moving forward because they genuinely believe in the vehicles they sell and the service they provide. I m sure I ll be back for another car in the future!

When struggling with your credit and haven t been at a job for a long time about a month, this is the place to go! They were really polite, explained things thoroughly. God has blessed us with this place where not only I got a new vehicle, my husband did as well. So thank you for your all your guys time. Especially to Oscar for helping us out! Thank you much!

This dealer does put his customers first and especially Oscar was very honest and helped me get a new car.
