I went there to get a set of solid bike tires and I'm so happy with them. And when they put my tires back on they even adjusted my brakes. Thank you for taking care of my bicycle. Now I don't have to worry about getting flats. And the service was amazing. When I get a car I will definitely be back for any services they have to offer.

I've had an account with les schwab for over 5 years. They have great services and always get you in as much as they can. They are very loyal to their customers, and I greatly appreciate them.

Unbelievable rude! Woman at front desk was rude as hell, just because I do all my business with union gap store doesn t mean you got to be rude. I thought I would be convenient to stop by and make a quick payment. I guess that s why you should go to union gap Les Schwab instead of Yakima Ave.

Great service! Helped us right away. They saw one of our hub caps were broken and another was cracked and they replaced them for free. 100% recommend coming here.

I headed out foshing this morning. I hit something laying on the road. Pulled over saw front tire going flat. The first thing that came to mind was go to Les Schwab.Immediately I was treated with courtesy and they immediately took my car in to fix.The tire could not be repaired. Efrain offered to put on the spare for me. He made me feel very at with no pressure to buy a new tire. Efrain checked the pressure onall the tires took bad tire off of wheel and retirned it to the spot where the spare was.I will return next week to replace the tire.Excellent service. I will do all my vehicle business with Les Schwab. 5 STARS for sure

would not recommend getting tires rotated they literally charged me for things that was unnecessary, I told them no they did it anyway and charged it . If you want them to to stuff to your car without permission and charge you .also They never told me anywhere else i needed that done so don't recommend this place at all never going back

Hard to beat the friendly and fast services! Buying from them is always worth the investment knowing I would be taken care of no matter where I m traveling! Just got a new set of Open Range 35x12.50 and love the look!

Poor service , was promised a certain time of 1.5 hours turned into close to 4 hours - spoke to a Joe no explanation and just hung up instead of apologizing - how much this tire shop has fallen on lack of service since they sold out is astonishing

I needed a new battery, I was quoted a price but charged a higher price at checkout. The manager (I think) Tristan was very nice and helpful, he gave me the lower price and the battery swap was done quickly. I appreciate the speed and good service.

Had a really good experience, all things considered. Recently got a flat and had to replace it (boo!). We checked to see if it could be patched but unfortunately the damage was not fixable. Junior assisted and got me in and out of there in under 2 hours, now my car drives great again (yay!). Will definitely be going back for new tires for my 2nd car.I read the reviews and just FYI they have popcorn and coffee again lol.

We had a possible flat tire before we were driving back over the pass. Shop down the road put in some air and said keep an eye on it. Another tire store said they could do a repair, but couldn't get to it for 5 hours. As we were leaving town, and thinking I would have to drive for two hours on a tire that is possibly going flat, I turned into Les Schwab, and before I was even out of my car a service tech was asking me what was wrong. I mentioned I need a flat repaired. He said pull on in and check in at the desk. 15 minutes later he had fixed it and hands me the keys. "No charge." I asked him to please bill me for it, he was so quick and nice. He said, "Nope. Just keep us in mind when you need new tires." I will need new tires in a few years, and I will probably drive 2 hours over the pass just to buy them here! Great guy, great service.

It s incredible to be able to find a tire shop that provides great customer service and quality work. My family and I will keep coming to this Les Schwab for their awesome work. Salvador is amazing, his attention to detail is unmatched. It s clearly his focus is the customer satisfaction. He provided me with incredible help on guidance to find the best tires that suited me and my driving needs. The care in which he took towards my vehicle is important to me because it shows he cares about delivering fast quality work with always keeping in mind to work with neatness and professionalism. I will beep coming to Salvador because I can trust his work and his input. I will also mention to all my friends and family about the experience I got doing business with Les Schwab on Yakima ave. I will let them know if they need any work done to their vehicles regarding tires and brakes to go pay Salvador a visit, they won t be dissatisfied. Thank You!

Just moved here from Vegas so the county was trying to set me up with tires.From the moment they heard I was paying with a voucher they started discriminating against me and treating me like dirt.the county office made a mistake and used white out on the form oh my I started be treated like I was trying to commit fraud.Even though I had my ID my address everything correct they would not help me and were very dismissive with me.The manager said I m not giving 1,000 worth of tires to YOU. Like I was nothing.But it s ok now you won t be selling 1,000 worth of anything as I already spoke to Bryce (manager) at the other location and I will bringing my 1,000 dollar voucher to his location ..IF your MEXICAN do not come here go to the other location only color they see is green over there!

The service here is, awesome and good pricing. I watched the Yakima Ave staff help a young lady in desperate need and they did it without question or being asked too. Thank only tire place in Yakima that would do this.

Receptionist was efficient at the expense of cordiality. Mechanics were all fast & skilled & cordial. Mechanics' handling of our warranty tire replacement on our way to the airport gained Les Schwalb a customer.

My most recent visit was more than exceptional. Everyone was happy to help and explained to me what could wait and what was a priority on my breaks. When I replaced the pads last I saw and knew what needed to be replaced and they told me just that. The price was understandable since they give away so much in free services. Thank you everyone who did my breaks and for allowing me to feel confident in driving to California this halloween!

I love the fact I can schedule something they take first priority with it and make sure it getsdone correctly offer advice as a busy business owner what they do for me is very appreciative.Tristan the GM has gone out of his way for us multiple times and has earned our repeat business.
