Five stars for sure would be my rating. If I can go for more than five then I would. This store has done so much when it was time for me to get tires. Ramon was knowledgeable about the tire size that I needed for the rims that I was about to get. That itself gave me full confidence in trusting him with my car. Overall, customer service was top notch and if you were to look for a tire shop then I would recommend this Les Schwab.

I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer for over 20 years, but the "we come running" slogan needs to go away. Corporate Les Schwab has joined the masses in poor customer service. I watch service techs and staff NOT running, NOT caring about the next guy who pulls up. NOT care about the customer waiting for a battery swap for 2 hrs to be told multiple times "you're next in line" to then watch other vehicles be next in line. Better figure out who's next or I'm going to take my business to a local company just down the road.

Les Schwab is the Greatest. I've had flat tires fixed for free more than a few times over the years. Their Customer service is impeccable. Everyone is always very nice and professional. Get you in fast. I would buy tires any other place

Went in to change 2 tires and Lady and the desk told we have to have all 4 done fine she had know idea what's she was doing told us our car would be done at 4:30 surprise it wasn't

I want to shout out Anthony at this Les Schwab location! I'd been having TPMS system issues for a while and after troubleshooting, he found that 1 out of 4 tires had a faulty and incorrectly-sized component within that system.He was so friendly, quick, and patient! I really appreciate that he did not sell me things he knew I did not need (any woman visiting a car shop has had this experience!) and took the time to explain why my tire kept deflating, even post-flat repair.Not even Costco or the actual Honda dealership have ever given me this level of service. Sending all of my friends and family to you guys! Thank you, thank you. :)

Had a appointment online 2 days in advance. I still had to wait 2 more hours in order for my tire rotation to get done. What a disappointment and waist of time! Do not recommend this place to anyone. They pick and choose who they want to help first.So unprofessional thank you.!

This place is awesome!! I was in town for a work trip, so I had a rental car. I got a flat tire and I changed to the spare. I called the rental company and they wanted to charge me $230 to send out roadside assistance to fix the tire. I declined and took the tire here and they fixed it for free. Can't get any better than that.

Shout out to Erika who helped me save over 800 dollars by helping me replace my tire under warranty. Something the Selah location couldn t even come close to doing. I don t care how far I have to drive from, this location will always be my number one moving forward.

Summer of 2023 they offered a great price and insite on options for bearing maintenance. 5/5Spring of 2024 they tried to upsell me tire siping mid service when having my summer tires mounted. 0/5.

Great place for customer service. Tony goes Above and beyond for customers. There are more employees to but don't remember their names sorry guys . Wait time is at least 30 minutes depending on work they do. Tony even saw the smallest detail on other tires that where hazard to keep driving but I didn't cause it was small slash but he opened it with pliers you can see damage.

My wife and I would like to send a special thank you to Bryce assistant manager and Louis / Luis our Service Technician for a outstanding job on our E-450 Class C - RV - ( Firestone air bags installation ) , there were other surprises / challenges we were all not expecting yet no one lost their cool in a very extra "Hot " day at first I thought oh no here I go having to have other work done in another shop then bring it back but not here as these two put their heads together we all did and worked together to find a solution . most shops would have to stop until other issues were completed not here as both were willing to step up to the challenge ,we truly appreciate the patients and willingness to proceed and complete our unexpected problem . as a former Container refrigeration service tech and estimator for Hyundai Container shipping I understand that some times the routine job can be a real pain or challenge these jobs are time sensitive etc.. they can beat you down when things don't go as expected yet they took it on with a smile they were very fair and very polite and friendly you guys saved our day and a lot of time it would have taken us to locate a shop to get the other adjustments needed thank you for all your extra effort , I would recommend others to have tires and air bag installations safety check outs etc.. done at your location . again we truly appreciated your extra effort you both were just awesome to work with . Rick & Dana :)

Managers here are great...Disappointed when Paul left, but he has been replaced by another amazing manager Bryce.And the ladies at the front desk love them and their knowledge as well. They all are the reason I drive from Cle elum when I need things done to both of my vehicles.

I took my car there 4 months ago to alignment it. They came up that I need to replace one part of the rear wheel cuz it s unbalance, and they told me that I need to replace my battery cuz soon its gonna stop working. They wanted to charge me in total around $800 for all those services and stuff. Since my car is barely 3 year old basically still new. I found it suspicious that I need to replace some parts and stuff. Since I have insurance on the dealership where I bought my car. I went there to ask if it would cover the parts instead fixing it at Les Schwab. It ended up that I didn t need to replace that part on the rear wheel and the battery still has long life to go. In the dealer they told me that the mechanic at Les Schwab tried to do the alignment couldn t losen the screws and instead of trying to do their job right. They decided to tell me that I needed to replace those parts. That s why it s always important to ask a second opinion even a third opinion in different mechanics. So thanks to my instinct I ended up paying only the alignment which was only $150 instead of paying those $800 at Les Schwab. In reality I didn t need to replace any parts or battery cuz they re working just perfectly great. Thanks to my car dealer that they were honest and doing their job not stealing customers. I used to trust Les Schwab but since that bad experience I ll never go back there. And I hope other customers to don t believe them and always ask a second opinion what their car has.

I was just in there to get 4 tires mounted on wheels and be put on my truck and take the 4 wheels that has snow tires and put in the back of the truck. The appointment today was at 4:00. They didn't take the truck back until 5:30 so I was sitting there for 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to do it. And they charged me over $100 to do it. I'll never go back there.

Very Polite, Very informative. Willing to help me, I didn't know how to change mu windshield wipers (Seperated,) Learning how to do things that I have never done before. I so appreciate the kindness shown. Excellent Customer Service.

This Les Schwab will always get my business. Paul the manager stopped thier super busy schedule to fix a flat of mine to keep me on the road when passing through. Hard workers, great service. Highly recommend this location.

The work itself is good, I'm definitely not going to deny that. However, the reason for the low rating is the following:Upon bringing my vehicle for new tires and an alignment, I sat down to wait for the service to be completed, which itself takes hours of waiting in this location most of the time to begin with. However, upon my vehicle having its turn at being serviced, whichever staff that serviced it forgot to do the alignment. When I was informed of the omission, instead of taking my car back right away as should have been done, given that the staff had forgotten about the alignment, I was instead sent to the back of the line, and had to wait hours more, until wait past the closing time. I was essentially made to wait for hours more than I should have needed to.I don't know how often this happens, but it definitely shows poor organization, at least in my personal experience this time around.Edit: I'm no sure whether this was a coincidence or not, but now my vehicle started stalling terribly minutes after my service. Coincidence? Maybe, but to have it happen right after my service makes me wonder. Now I am going to have to steel myself to what feels will be a major repair.

I got a bolt in my tire. I took it to Les Schwab completely stressed out because I thought I'd have to buy a new tire and I really just didn't have the money to do it, but if you have to do it, you have to do it. Les Schwab was able to fix my tire!!!! Thank goodness for Less Schwab! The guy that fixed my tire was the best. He was nice, helpful and fast!! Just to bring my temperament and emotional state at that point, I had just had to put down my dog (my boy) the day before and was devastated. The tire issue was to much at this point. I was on emotional overload.

I m so thankful for Luis and Adrian as they helped make my purchase an easy process, I m a very indecisive person and they gave me great advice, they aligned car and now thanks to them my car runs smooth. Definitely recommend them they have great customer service.

First Ave Schwab best in town, eastern Washington. Go see Paul and the great staff and crew. Why trust your ride w Inferior tires and brakes. Friendly, fast and piece of mind, that's what I want when I leave, that's what ya get! Definite Go!

Fast service and friendly staff. I like that they do a safety check on my vehicle when I have any work done. An unsafe issue was found and repaired same day I was leaving on vacation, if the problem wasn't found and fixed by them, likely would have ruined my trip and cost far more to repair.

I've been having to deal with a flat tire for last couple days. Called in to see what the price range would be to have it repaired and was not only told it would be free... But Erica was extremely polite in answeing my questions. Now i understand why my husband has always gone to Les Swab for all our tires. Thank you for being a great place to go for emergency tire problems.

Great place & awesome staff! I went in to get a tire changed on my trailer & was in & out of there in less than 30 minutes. I also left with only having to pay for a patch or plug . I'll definitely refer them to anyone whom asks!! Thanks Les Schwab!!
