I was going to Fred Meyer when my low tire pressure light came on. Luckily I was right across the street from Joel's. I had never been there before but was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The service was fast and they didn't even charge me. Although I had a roglugh start to my morning I was grateful for Joel's!

I have been going to Joel s for years and used to love and trust their work. Until recently, I dropped off my 1999 Jeep Wrangler for an alignment, they provided a laundry list of items that need to be repaired to get the alignment correct. After 700$ and a week or so later I finally had my vehicle back. When I got the jeep back home I saw (see first photo) a bolt was partially walking back out. I thought no big deal that happens.. later that day I took my jeep to the store when I heard what sounded like a bolt fall off. After I stopped the jeep and pulled over I found a bolt on the ground. Inspecting the jeep further I found my rear track bar bolt had fallen out after Joel s had installed a new rear track bar relocation bracket. (I walked to the hardware store and grabbed a couple washers and a locking nut last picture). Thankfully it was the rear and not apart of the new front track bar they had installed. The reason a person pays professionals to do this type of work is for peace of mind. Now I have to spend more of my time going through everything they installed making sure it is all tight and installed properly.Be careful and make sure you double check everything is tight.

Over the years, i've had a lot of work done there. They are always very courteous and comedating. I can pull in when it's freezing cold. Do you have the air checked in my tires. They will come out with a smile and check all my tires and fill them. You don't get that kind service everywhere.

Never shopped at Joel's before. Went into the office area to see about getting a tire fixed. Everybody was sitting in the shop area having a chat it appeared. Some guy finally came in and asked what he could do for me in a not so pleasant way. Some gal came in behind him and said she's got this and the guy walked of without saying another word. Then she in a not so pleasant way said what can I do for you. I said nothing I can see you guys are so busy I will take my business elsewhere. They where obviously so busy they didn't want any new business. I'll never set foot in this facility again!

Fast and friendly service. This 2nd time use them. Down for elk hunting and got a flat! Try field patch/plug job. Won't hold. They dismount tire and patch inside, for only $23!!And Powerhouse grill next door for lunch.Had it done just as we thinking what to do next. Will use them next time arises!

Great Customer service. We had a fairly minor issue, but we called and they were able to get us in right away. Not only did they quickly take care of the issue, they were very fair in what they charged us for their time. Other places we called said they would have to charge a full hr of shop rate even if it took less than an hr. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly. Mechanic not only checked the one break with the issue, but he checked the others as well, advising us that all looked good. Will definitely return.

I have been going to Joes Tire for a little less then a year. The staff are all kind and courteous. They always seem to make time to do a quick fix. This is my Tire shop best price anywhere. I needed all 4 tires replaced asked for quotes everywhere I was getting quotes no lower then 1,300$. Asked Joel it was 1,000$ the change out was quick and efficient also.

Been bring all my cars to Joel s but today my wife took my car to get a tire and a man named Daniel gave my wife an attitude and when my wife asked for his name he slammed his ID on the counter I will never bring my vehicles to Joel s again such poor attitudes and customer service

Had a tire blow out, after a jerk on a motorcycle who was weaving in/out of traffic cut me off. Yes, I am okay, thank you for asking! It was Friday late afternoon, and I was able to contact Action Towing (props to them), and they were able to tow the vehicle to Joel's before they closed...they stayed a few minutes.I needed all new tires, and they were able to order what I needed and get me set Saturday afternoon.The staff is always helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive, and honestly they have never tried "over sell" me.P.S. I found that they sell inner tubes for float the river and sledding- yippy!!

Absolutely great experience for my first time coming here. I needed an alignment done on my car and was set up with Bill to get it taken care of. Made the appointment for 3:00 p.m and Bill was already on it. He got it taken care of quick not even an hour! I was super satisfied and impressed he took care of it that fast. When he finished my car he explained what he corrected on the car as far as the alignment goes and told me some cool but important details about his adjustments on the car. His knowledge and experience is what will prompt me to take my car back again in the future along with all my cars that's how much I liked his work and his experience! Hey Joel, u got an awesome alignment guy working for you he's the man!

Got a flat tire on a long distance road trip. Pulled off the freeway and immediately ended up in Joel's Tires parking lot. They fixed my tire within an hour for a very reasonable price. The tire held up for the rest of the road trip so great workmanship. Overall the workers were nice and provided me a vital service, would reccomend.

Love this place. Got a front end alignment. All the people there are friendly as hell. Bill Brown a mechanic who works there went the extra mile on realigning my chassis and frame so my 2004 Tauraus could be aligned. No extra fees. And it was fixed right. I will go back for sure. I do most my own repairs so I'm pretty picky. Any bad review here had to be customer not shop!! Thanks Joel's Tire, I'll be back!

It's not just a great name. Joel really works here, right alongside everyone else. Great waiting room, better than most apartments. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. When I do need it, I will buy it here. (About 1/3 less than most others, same-day service.)Go Meet Joel!

This happened a while ago but I brought in my explorer for wheel bearings. They had alot of play. Once I paid and got my suv back nothing had changed. When I proceeded to do them myself after arguing with the manager. Both lock nuts were broke. And old bearings still installed. He stated that the axle had a castle nut and it was better to be loose than Too tight. This axle doesn't even have that style of bearing. 600 bucks straight to the trash.

I ordered new wheels and tires over a week ago. I was told by the person that gave me the quote that I would receive a call that afternoon telling me when everything was in. I received no call. I caller three days later and found out that the tires and center caps showed up but no wheels. Again was told they would check on the order and call me. Still no call. I understand the supply chain issues, I work in the service industry. All I ask is if you say your going to call then call, if you can t provide the wheels tell me and I ll find them elsewhere.

I've been a customer for a few years now and have always been provided with good customer care from all the employees. Their service prices are reasonable and I've never felt the need to question what was serviced because Bill and the other employees have always been upfront about what my car needs and have expressed what may be needed at a later date; this something that I regard highly.

Joel's tires had great customer service and thorough repair. My technician Jason took good care of my vehicle. He took his time to explain what would happen to my vehicle, worked on it till it was right and ensured I was satisfied. He was also upfront on my quote explaining "that they only use premium parts" so I wouldn't be too shocked at the price. Though it was a bit pricey, I felt listen to, treated well and left with all my concerns addressed. Thank you Jason @ Joel's Tires.

Absolutely awesome place. Stopped in early one morning, no appointment, asked for my tires to be rebalanced and rotated. I didn't buy them here, cost me $55. Half what the place I bought the damn tires from wanted to charge me and I would have had to make an appointment for a week later. Joel's tire shop has also helped me with my lawn tractor tires, matched price of other place in town. Awesome awesome tire shop.

Seems like I visit here regularly. I have that one tire that misses the place, but not any stray nails...sigh. Great work and courteous folks.

I have never had a problem with their service. If anything they always seem to do a good job and they are honest about services that may or may not be needed.Having said that, I decided to write a review for those of you who may need to be vigilant against Covid-19. The lady at the counter did not have her mask on and did not even bother to put one on even when I walked in. I didn't say anything to her because at this point I'm pretty tired of arguing with people but I will not be going back here until this whole pandemic is over.

This place is great I took my wife's car in because the brakes were making noise and I thought they might be In need of replacing they said no your brakes are fine and didn't charge me a thing So I love the honesty,I bought snow tires and rims for my wife's car at a great price and had it done in an hour's time after the rims and the tires got in

Joel's is great. I have been using Joel's about 6yrs now and have never had a bad outcome. The staff are always friendly and ready to serve. They always listen to my concerns and address them right away. You can't go wrong putting your trust in Joel's.

Used Joel's before just bought new tires,, but today a simple flat, dropped off at 2:40, he said about 45 minutes..went to freddies,, back at 3:30...my tire same spot I left it. He asked if I needed help, thanks for not even lookin at the tire. Took it elsewhere. Pretty bad service.
