This shop was completely professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job. My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. Robert Ramos was very helpful, kind, caring, and really saved my life! Jeff was very helpful in getting my car in. I really truly am satisfied and will never go anywhere else if ever needed. I ve been taking my rigs to a jeff At GO for 15+ years he was THE best. Professional, kind, efficient. I called today to for services and apparently they ve been bought by a new company. When I asked to speak with Jeff she said nope. You have to make an appointment. This is how the world works now ! The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, condescending and zero compassion for long term customers who are just learning of changes. Unfortunately, I will no longer bring any of my companies business to what used to be an awesome, reliable, friendly business.How unfortunate.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend this shop. In less than 3 weeks they got my car fixed. Robert was very honest with me about my car and how long it would take to repair. Impeccable service, highly recommended. Robert has a natural knack of smoothing the whole transition for the customer, particularly when dealing with the financial pressures that comes with auto body repairs. I was referred by my daughter, Jennifer Lewis for repair of my bumper - someone had backed into it, breaking my tail light and crunching my bumper. She had highly recommended this company as they went above and beyond the service required when she hit a deer and had quite a bit of damage to her vehicle.I was greeted professionally and warmly. They replaced my tail light cover immediately to make me legal, and scheduled the repair of my bumper. It took 3 days but they did an excellent job on my bumper. Not only did they do the repair, which makes it look brand new, but they proudly showed me my headlights that had become fogged. They cleaned them and detailed my car at no extra charge!I highly recommend this company! Thank you G O Collision!

Brought in a vehicle for collision repair. I was told the work would only take 24-48 hours. They had my vehicle for a week. They also managed to break a piece of trim valued at 200 dollars. Said they would help with the repairs and then avoided my phone calls and voice-mail. I was told by the employee that they didn't make the trim piece anymore. I found a replacement in less than 10 minutes after calling the local dealer. These people are less than professional and I recommended just going to a different place.Service: Body & Trim

Great service! I had a bumper replaced here after reading online reviews. They did not disappoint. They finished on time as they said they would and communicated throughout the process with both me and my insurance. Not a month passed by and I returned to have a scratched looked at on my rear hatch. They said they could buff it out and proceeded to take my keys and work on it immediately. After they were finished I asked how much I owed them. The owner proceeded to say they are not in the business of nickel and diming customers and did it free of charge. Wow! Thank you GO!!

I was so pleased to deal with people that are so good at customer service. My car looks brand new. They do excellent work and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Jeff is there to make sure you know all aspects of getting your car fixed and to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. You will leave with a smile on your face because they did such a great job.

I chose GO collisions to repair my car from a car accident and it was the best decision I made! Robert was very friendly and helpful in explaining the whole process and keeping me updated. I don t understand much about cars or insurance, but Robert took his time to explain everything to me which I really appreciated. Overall, my car looks beautiful and brand new again. I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to everyone!

After leaving G.O s, my car looked better than when I first bought it!! I was blown away. They fixed the damage from the accident perfectly. They went above and beyond and even fixed a line where the car had been keyed before I purchased it. I had also requested that they glue a piece of siding back on from a previous incident- Was more than willing to and expecting to pay, but they threw it in free of charge. It looks good as new! The staff is very nice and thorough in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you G.Os!

3 Words: Ask for Robert.I cannot tell you how helpful, professional, kind, and patient Robert was after the front left bumper of my Mercedes SUV was clipped by a semi-trailer truck.When I dropped of my car, Robert examined it thoroughly with me - detail by detail - and was able to give an estimate on cost of repairs. He has years of experience and is very knowledgeable. Robert also answered all of my questions until I was satisfied. When these situations happen, it's great to find someone you can depend on. Robert is your guy.Most auto shops can be hard to reach, especially when you want an update. NOT GO's Collision Center. Robert gave me an update every several days and he worked with my insurance to make sure that my repairs could begin. If I had a question or concern, I knew I could reach out to Robert. You absolutely cannot find someone else more trustworthy.When I picked up my car, it was beautiful - all thanks to Robert and the team at GO's Collision Center. They washed it and also took care not to track dirt or debris into the interior.1000x would recommend to everyone.

Great customer service and beautiful work! The lady and gents at G O's were amazing from the first time I walked in the door until I backed my car out of their parking lot. They explained everything they'd need to do as well as the costs associated and the work they did on my car is amazing; it looks new! When I got my car back one of the first things I noticed is that they washed and vacuumed it ( this was a pleasant surprise!) I've had collision work done on my car before from a different local business and never received such attention to detail, I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend G O's!

Best body shop in Yakima! I have had the unfortunate luck of going to G O Collision Center 3 different times! Every service has been exceptional. I rarely dealt with insurance agents as G O's staff is very professional and handled most of those interactions for me. This last time I worked with Robert, he is one of G O's front office staff and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Professional, kind, and attentive! He was very detail oriented and made sure my vehicle was fixed to my liking. I would recommend G O's to anyone who is looking to have any body work done, and I will definitely be going back! I am very picky about my cars. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and ended up needing a bumper/grill and hood crease replacement/repair. I have been underwhelmed by body and paint work I have seen from various shops in Yakima - many "well known". G.O.Collision did a fabulous job of restoring my CR-V to new condition. Thank you Rafael, Jeff and crew for the tremendous work (and they buffed out my headlights - I paid separately from my insurance for this extra - they turned out looking new).

I was hesitant to taking my car to any body shop like most people, But GO s took amazing care of my Lexus. Quick, Professional body work! Robert assured me they would do amazing work and did not disappoint, GO s went above and beyond. I was in a car accident and chose G.O Collision to take care of fixing my bumper. They did an outstanding job!! They were on time, gave updates and even detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside - I was not expecting this. 110%! I will Recommend GO'S all day long! They are honest kind and do amazing work. The first person I talked to immedately wanted to make sure I could get the work I needed done on my car and worked with me through every step. Their customer service is top notch and I loved watching them all work as a team, from the front end to the back end they all treated me as if I was a valued customer. When I picked it up, not only was my car fixed, but I had a nice little surprise, a washed and detailed car! It made my day and left me talking about GO's to everyone I know. This business goes 110% for their customers.

The guys here are phenomenal! The gentleman who worked with me called me sunshine and had some of the best customer service in Yakima! He even called me on my lunch to see if I wanted him to bring my car to my workplace so I wouldn't have to worry!!! They also washed and vacuumed my car (not an easy feet for anyone conidering I practically live out of it!) Great prices, great work, and most of all great customer service!!!

These guys are the best! They fixed our Cadillac and it looks amazing. The paint was a metallic and you can't even tell that it any body work was ever done. I am more then impressed with their work.

Jeff and his entire crew are friendly and professional! I am sad to see 4.6 stars because not only was my car finished fast but you would never know it had work done on it.They even washed and vacuumed my car after the repair. Thank you all for the great reviews, we want the best experience for all of our customers. We pride ourselves on customer service and will do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. MICHAEL C unfortunately your insurance only covered to remove the graffiti applied to your car, we also fully detailed the car for no additional charge. Unfortunately we cant repaint your whole car, especially if your insurance see it as prior damage/body work.

G O collision was a horrible experience for me. I had scheduled an appointment with them to get my car fixed and they said it would take about 4 days to be done. The day before I was going to drop it off, I had called them to make sure I was still scheduled. Well, Jeff said that they were super busy and probably couldn't get it done in the 4 days. I on their behalf told them we should reschedule, so we did. Dropped my car off and on the 4th day they called me and said it wouldn't be done until Tuesday which was 4 days from then. Tuesday came around, they still did not have my car done and said it would be done the next day. I called them in the morning and u was told that the car would be done at 1pm no sooner and no later. I show up at G O at 1pm and they don't even have the decency to tell me that the car is still not finished. They said it was looking to be more around 5pm. They finally finished at 4:30. I show up to pay and the manager Gary said "im gonna take care of you for everything that's happened."He said he would knock off a whopping 10% of my bill! Wow Gary way to take care of a customer. $150 discount is not taking care of your customer. I hope whoever is reading this reconsiders going to another auto body shop...To top this off, I live in Seattle but commute to Yakima for work, Gary forgot to give me my debit card back after paying and im already in ellensburg trying to fuel for gas. Thanks again Gary for taking care of your customer!

The work they did was phenomenal! I really felt like they went above and beyond. Even when they were busy they made sure to get me answers as quickly. Of course I generally hope I don't have to go back to them, but if I do have another car issue I would absolutely go back.

They handled my work on my escalade. They handed me back a car that was not fixed and blamed damaged to be due to age of vehicle. They sub let the work out to another vendor and tried to take claim until questions about quality of work came up. It went from them doing it, to a vendor. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Owner gets flustered and hangs up once they are called out on lies. Was given a car back with a wobbly steering wheel which never happened before and was told it was due to cars age.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolutely would never take my car here again! I have a beautiful condition bmw that ended up getting spray painted, so we were recommended this company. We took it to them and the very next day they called us and said the car was done( they work at night) so we go out to see the car and there is overspray everywhere! The badges were still stained, the wheels still had paint, and the hood had some paint! So we let them know and they say that they will fix it. The next day we go back and the car is cleaned up but there is a 2in chunk of paint MISSING. Now a quick back story, the spot where the paint was missing had previously had some small cracks but I have washed this car, detailed it( it was show car ready) hundreds of times, I mean hundred of times! And not once has anything ever come off this car. So we notify them and they proceed to tell us that it was there before we dropped it off which it wasn t, then once we showed them picture evidence from before we dropped it off they tell us, that paint would have blown off in the wind anyways, it s not our fault . Long story short we have battled with this company and they still will not own up to their mistake and take responsibility. I am perfectly okay with people making mistakes, and this story could have turned out to be a great example of good customer service and responsibility if thy had just owned up to their mistake and fixed it, but they chose to lie and make excuses. So if you want a pain in the ass and a huge hassle then go for it, use this company!

My family and I have had work done on our vehicles here multiple times over the years we have lived in Yakima. They have done repairs for everything from fixing a car that was side-swiped by a semi to, most recently, repainting a door that was damaged by another car in a parking lot. They have always done good work and returned the car to the way it looked before the accident. I just got my Subaru back from them and you can't even tell that anything happened to it!

Paid cash for a new hood and insurance paid for a new bumper but they installed the hood unevenly and scratched my headlights while buffing. Also the paint color is way off, too light doesn't match at all!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
