I had engine problems with my Ford F350 diesel. It had contaminated fuel they flushed the system changed the filters. Tested the truck to make sure it was running properly.They performed this in a prompt and caring manner.We were traveling through Yakima on our way to Desert Hot Springs.Anyone needing auto repairs or tires this is the place to use.WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS!!!

Cassie and crew are knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly. They are not afraid to learn about and service my new plug-in hybrid and still work on my old 285k mile SUV. Thank you again for another good service experience. This time was an oil change, tire rotation (I bought my tires there), brake inspection, and emissions diagnostics. I have also had BG product services performed many other times on my other cars. Friendly Automotive has been an amazing help! Every time something happens with a vehicle we take it to them and they do great work! The did an inspection on my new vehicle and have helped keep up with any maintenance it needs since. I rented a 15ft U-Haul truck for my move from Yakima to Weaverville, CA that was handled by Friendly Automotive & Tires. I had pleasant in-person and phone conversations with U-Haul representatives. However, the truck had an 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up, and I was told at pick-up that I needed to return it with that much gas. When my husband dropped the truck off in Redding, CA, he was told it had to be returned at a quarter tank otherwise he would be charged $28.96. When he questioned them about the inconsistency, he was given a generic excuse about it being the company policy. Please don't provide information about U-Haul agreements at pick-up that is going to be inconsistent with information at drop-off. I provided the same feedback to the drop-off location.

Very dissatisfied with customer service experience I had with Cathy after taking a diesel 350 Ford truck to get fix on a fuel electrical issue. They worked on it for almost a month then they called truck was ready for pick up and almost 3,300 bill to pay we paid and went to pick it up. About 5 minutes after driving it heard a loud noise find out the turbo boot clamp went out of place made it home try to put it back together found out the clamp was over-tighten and threads broken overall not a big problem I still felt the need to share this with Cathy to may be reach a convenient agreement to which she responded poorly profesional and offended. Apparently they tested the truck and it was fine which to my perspective it they would off had the turbo boot would off came off then. So over all ofYou need your car fix and you have no rush and willing to spent a couple thousand grand on it take it here just know if it guides you issues right after is out of there THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. Your on your own there.

Great experience with Cassie and kory and their team , kept me under budget and replaced exactly the items my rav4 needed to keep it running smooth , cool and effecient... I'll definitely be using their services again

This place charges too much for very little work wouldn t recommend it basically tried taking my money for no work done to the car and I had to tow it to a different shop please don t go here
