I just wanted to say that the guys here were amazing. Got me in right away, right before Christmas.Extremely kind, quick and helpful. But more than that, thank you to the staff for being understanding and not judgemental. Thank you for the new wiper blades and taking care of my tire. Kindness goes a long way, especially these days.

I used to use them years ago when I lived in the area and loved them. Love them even more that they got me back in the road within an hour after taking out a tire with a curb Their customer service is still the best in the area. So are their prices.

They didn't do anything wrong, i came up at closing time. Needed a 5 min free job changing out 1 tire. No molding or balance. Just take a tire off and put the spair on. They were finishing up a car! So they were in the garage working. They couldn't help me out. So I will take my business, else where. Crazy was about to buy 4 new tires, tomorrow, What happened to the good days!

Absolutely amazing people at this store! Although i was just there to get my tire fixed (which they did for free), the mechanics and reception were amazing.

Today, I got there at 2:45 for 4 new tires, and the receipt said 4:20pm was the estimated end time. I told them I'd be in the waiting area, and the employee said ok. At 3:30ish, I saw a car that looked like mine park, but no one came over to tell me it was done, so I assumed it was just a similar car. I finally got up at 4:40 to ask how much longer, and the employee saw me in line and walked my keys over to me. The car I thought was mine earlier? It was. I was there the entire time and no one told me my car was done. I'm so mad at myself for assuming and not asking about it earlier, but I'm also mad that no one told me and I stayed over an hour longer than I needed.

This happens quite often with discount tire, when the time comes to rotate tires they have no one in there shop's dedicated to handle this situation. They are a ways behind les swaub who takes care of this in minutes after you pull in.Today I pulled into the yakima store and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I decided to make a appointment in the afternoon. After waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time I left, needless to say I won't be buying tires from them in the future.

It's your basic every state discount tire location they swapped out some older tires for some new ones before I went on a trip no issues and nothing to complain about

I found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I bought a car that I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on and thanks to the gentleman who helped me he was able to get me a set of 4 at a reasonable price. Found out I also needed lug nuts. I now feel safe with the new tires for I know I was not with the tires that they removed. Ty guys for everything.

Outstanding customer service, both during and after you purchase your tires, rims or wiper blades. All the staff from managers on down are professional, competent, knowledgeable and friendly. If you go once you will see!!!!

I rlly like these place I went to look for some new rims for my civic 07 I got some for some rlly nice cheap price 1,200 really affordable and I asked them if they can try n do it fast and they were right on they started working on my car 5 minutes or 10 when I payed them and it only took them a hour to finish I recommend these place if u looking to modify your car for new rims or just in general if u need new rims they were rlly helpful !

Not sure who the gentleman was on Saturday 4/29/203 who checked my tires for me at this location, but he was kind, courteous, and informative. He's exemplary of why I keep coming back to Discount Tire. Proof customer service isn't dead!

Great customer service and informative. Offered discount on current tires because in need new tires. A 60,000 mile tires I ve only put 33,000 Miles on. I wasn t told but have been now that you take your tires in every 6000 miles to rotate them. I had only done it once a year. Tire places need to put a sticker like when you get an oil change! That way like my oil changes I m reminded and will do the maintenance to keep my car in good running g condition. I ll keep buying my tires here! Never have I had a negative experience! They even referred me to someone for the alignment beings how they don t do them there.

Bought my tires here and they stick to the warranty they sell. The customer service is great, very helpful and attentive. Had my wife buy her car tires here as well with a similar experience. Fast, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. Will be repeat customers.

Terrific customer service and great pricing. With new tires road noise is very low. Other companies prices were far more money for the same tire or tires of lesser quality.

Already shared my review on their website but if you're strapped for time and looking for decently priced but good quality tires then this is your spot. Got snow tires for my mom and overall after the protection plan and everything came to $450ish. I was originally quoted this back in October and to be able to go online and still have the same price was amazing. Once I dropped off her vehicle they said it'd be 45 minutes and sure enough within 35-40 minutes I received a call that it was ready for pick up. They work quick and are great with customer service and answering questions about their product. Will be bringing my business to them from now on.

I had bought a used set of tires in Yakima from a gentleman , and he recommended Discount Tire. I have used Discount in the past and have been happy. Eli helped me out, and installed the tires on my truck. I also asked about trailer tires for my 5th wheel, he showed me some heartlands, and explained why they were good. Also I could get the warranty with them. Did some research on them , and decided thats what I would go with. Called Eli and ordered 5, and had them installed. I live in Hermiston,which is 2 hrs away. But the customer service is SO good, I had to go back to the Yakima store. Thanks for the great customer service.

HUGE kudos to the worker at the Yakima Discount Tire. We chatted, he helped me find the correct tire for my Tesla as well as checking the warranty from the Bellevue store that had not entered the correct mileage. The ordered tires will be in the next day and was an excellent bit of service and will be calling me when they get in to have them installed. Well done!

OMG GUYS This store here in yakima Wa is top of the line.Having Eli looking at my tires to see if he can identify which tire I was losing air in. He is so professional and the rest of the staff as well. Tony with his professionalism, Taylor and Kyler working very fast to get my car in and out. And Noe he is topnotch when it comes to speaking on the phone. I will forever always bring my bidness to this store and company. I could only put 5 stars but if I could I d put 1,00000stars just how great their store is and how they work to get things done. Amazing boys keep up the great work. sususususu

I came into discount tires to apply for a job. I asked how to apply and a employee by the name of Dave gave me a card and told me how to apply! After he told me I wouldn t be hires because of my neck tattoo! I told him that s discrimination and Dave replied that it s because it s a private company!

I recently had a flat tire and Discount Tire saved the day!!! They were 2 minutes from closing and they helped me out and stayed after hours to do it. I couldn t be more grateful for a business who truly cares about its customers. I will continue to buy my tires from them and give them my business. Highly recommend!

The guys here are awesome! I had a total blowout on the freeway and found out my spare was so old it had dry rot. It is 111� and late in the day so worried I wouldn't make it home. I called Discount Tire and these guys took great care of me. Thank you so much:)

Poor scheduling management. I made an appointment for 4:15, they didn't even get it into a bay until more than an hour after that. Their response was "well walk-ins are taking 4 hours". If you can't even manage the vehicles you have appointments for, why would you be taking walk-ins to begin with? Won't be back. Even for Yakima this was bad.
