Commercial Tire in Yakima is hands down the best tire store in the valley. Having utilized every other 1 in town for over a decade we now choose to work with only 1 and that is in Yakima. From Justin to Kasheena to Brad to Chandler, always A+ service, value and customer care in every facet.Being a used car manager for 4 dealerships it is important to have partnerships Commercial Tire of Yakima has helped create.Thanks for all you and your team does to help bring value to all our customers.

The service Ive received here is always excellent and very professional. They have replaced tires, brake rotors and safety checks. I routinely drive from the Willamette Valley in Oregon to Yakima and safety matters.Today I needed a new wheel bearing and a headlight bulb which they repaired in less than 2 hours. If you want professional service bring your vehicle here. Thanks!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, best deals, and amazing work!!!!!Customer service was a 10/10. They hooked me up with the best price I could find in town and got my car serviced quickly with no hassle. I was struggling to find a time to take my car in to get my tires installed with how busy I was with work...Robert and Lucas didn't let that get in the way! They went the extra mile--> picked up my car, took it into their shop to install my new tires, and dropped it off, all within an hour!My tires had to be special ordered and weren't going to be cheap (no matter where I got them) but commercial tire found me the cheapest price for the best affordable quality. Lucas even called almost every tire shop in union gap to see if any other shops had them in stock! They ordered my 255 35 r18 tires and had them installed in only a couple days.Be respectful, humble, and grateful...and you will be rewarded

Id write a negative review but it's literally just not even worth my time, luckily my time is worthless. Skip this place and their tired attitude. "We're closing" I don't care one bit about the people's property I work on at my occupation but when I /am/ at work, I do. Because that's what someone is paid for. Give half a rip about what you're doing and who you're doing it for. That's called professionalism. My car made it to the shop just fine and didn't make it 15 feet out of the bay after asking if it was OK to drive home (less than 1 mile) Nothing damaged. Just a huge disregard for any kind of workmanship or customer safety. If you go here, make sure you don't set your appointment too late. Too bad, way she goes.I could argue all day about the situation but instead I'll just take my hard earned money elsewhere.I also never declined service. I asked the worker what the labor would cost and he said "we're closing." Would have taken all of 1 minute to do it but hey, we're closing.

Appointments don't mean much to them. Have people ready to work on my vehicle at the agreed upon time please. Very frustrating.

The lobby is clean. They offer complimentary coffee. The service is relatively quick depending on the service type and season. The prices are very competitive. I have no complaints and will return again in the late fall to put snow tires on once again.

Darvy, the mechanic communicated well with replacing the stud on my moms car that was chewed up from being cross threaded. It took longer than usual because they are short staffed and didn t have the stud in stock. He gave a discount because of the wait time. Thanks for getting my moms car operational and safe.

Went in for a nail in a semi trailer tire that was leaking They got on it right away and did a nice job. The young man was very professional and courteous. The price was very competitive to other tire shops I have been to. I would and will do business with these guys if I need tire service again.

Great customer service here! It is a little unclear where to go especially if youre in a bigger rig or hauling something but they will tell you once you talk to them. Quick service too. Gone here to habe a few tubes put into tractor tires and have trailer tires replaced. They did a good job and paid great attention to detail

Excellent customer service and pricing. We had a blow out on I-82 they came right to our aid. We then followed the truck back to the store and purchased 4 new tires.

I have been to many tire stores in the yakima area. My experience with Commercial Tire has been a very good experience from buying tires, tire rotations, and and brake replacement.The staff is very pleasant and efficientI plan to give Commercial Tire all my business from now on. A GREAT place to work with.

Scale Not LOW enough. I can for an oil change. They told me I needed new brakes. When they finally finished I had a noticeably low tire they didn t fill (later found out it had a nail in it), they left a large wrench on my bumper and the kicker...THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY BRAKES!!! They didn t even bleed the lines so I almost got into an accident when I left.Do yourself a favor, go to Les Schuab, they will take care of you. I will spend the rest of my life telling people to avoid Commercial Tire like the plague.

The manager Dave went above and beyond to get a wheel back on a trailer. This man went all over town to find the parts needed. Even did the job himself.

Pepe was very helpful and the job was done on time estimated. Could have provided a little more information on battery and if there were choices.
