Had my car detailed and that they did! Robert is great at communicating with the customer as well as letting you know what time frames you're looking at. Their detailer did a good job of getting food stains out of the seats from when I worked at a restaurant and had to transport food on a daily basis. 10/10 would recommend.

Aint even worth coming here, my son was taken advantage, paid $7,500 and not even more that 2 weeks engine problems after been told that their was nothing wrong with the vehicle, they would not even call back to see what they can help with, won't be coming back here again, do not recommend

Stopped in for a test drive, wasn't pressured, and was an easy process. The tall guy who helped me was very polite and professional. Good people there alot of selection.

Great place to buy a car. Highly recommend just stopping by and seeing what they have if you're looking for a vehicle. Robert Jr. let us test drive several vehicles and there was never any pressure to purchase any of them. We went back several days later after having a bad experience with another dealership. Super welcoming once again and let us test drive the car we were interested in days earlier. We noticed a leak and they were great to get it fixed for us and held the car a couple days until my boyfriend had a day off of work. We cashed out but they do offer in-house financing. Signing the paperwork was quick and Robert Jr explained every page. As we were getting ready to leave, Robert Sr. told us if we need anything let them know. We loved working with everyone at BBL. They are amazing, friendly, and welcoming. They want to do right by the customer. Next time we're in the market for another car, we'll definitely return and see if there's anything we're interested in. Keep up the great customer service guys!

My car was greatly soiled as a result of a fire at my home. The workers here cleaned it up, shampooed the carpets and upholstery, and had it sparkling like new off the showroom floor in 24 hours. The "boss," Robert was very affable. The price was in line with what I expected. I highly recommend BBL.

Anyone looking to join a class action lawsuit against this habitual offender, in regards to the multiple fraudulent activities and fraudulent sales, made by this "dealer" is more than welcome to contact me via phone or email. They have defrauded the people for far too long and now have defrauded the relatives of a well-known state legislator.

We found the specific make and model used car that we'd been looking for at BBL. We wanted low miles, a car that had not been modified by previous owners, and fewer previous owners. I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.

After my car accident I explained to Robert what was my situation. He worked out an amazing deal with me we took the time looking around for a car. We did not felt any rush with them till we found a perfect vehicle, it was a pleasure doing Busines with them and I hope to do more business with them in the future. I surely do love my car. Owners & staff are kind and helpful. Salesman is not pushy or overbearing. The sales team are genuinely concerned about their customers and helpful about getting you into the vehicle that is right for you. I recently had the pleasure of getting a car from BBL after wrecking my car back in February during the crazy blizzard.I knew what I wanted and have been looking all over Washington for the car I wanted in my price range. I live in Spokane and was ready to get a car from Seattle but the dealership salesman was really lazy about it and lacked any customer service. I was getting frustrated.Luckily I found a car that had almost everything I wanted but the price was to high for me. So they met me a bit lower price that was in my range, since it was a rebuilt title and my bank wont do loans on brandished titles.I drove down to Yakima the next day. Test drove it. I loved it.Did the paper work and I was out of there in under an hour I think. Everyone there was nice and polite. And I was on my way. About to head back to Spokane and the check engine light came on and I panic, because in the contract I signed it said they aren't responsible if something happens to it since it is a rebuilt title. So I messaged them about the light and that I'd bring it back in the morning. They said ok. I get there and they already got the part they thought it needed.They replace it pretty fast and I'm on my way again. A few blocks later it comes on again. So I take it back. They plug it in, and find out what's going on. Some sensor is the issue. They tell me they will fix it and get it cleaned up for free. So I leave it there and go back to Spokane. I went down the following week and get it. It work fine no issues.They didn't have to fix the problem it had, but they did.They didn't have to work with me on price, but they did.Driving back and forth from Spokane to Yakima twice in 2 weeks to buy a car isn't hard when the team selling it to have good customer service and dont just see you as a paycheck.

Robert gave us a great deal on the car and the ability to pay the down payment over time. Absolutely thrilled with the entire buying experience of this family owned and operated establishment. Will be buying another car from BBL soon.

This place is totally crooked and cannot be trusted. They gave me a quote on the phone, and then straight-up lied about the quote when it was time to pay. They also called repeatedly when my car was ready. I explained my ride was on the way, and they then said they closed at 4:30 when they actually close at 5:00 (according to what is posted and what they said when I dropped the car off). In addition, while the exterior only detail was fine (borderline mediocre), they missed some spots, and you would think for the exorbitant price, they would have included the headlights. Overall, this was a very unpleasant, stressful experience and I will never return. I do not like being lied to and ripped off by any business, especially a local business.

I bought a car from BBL over the internet without ever even driving it. I told the owner what I had to put down and how much of a payment I could afford and he worked with me to make it happen! When I arrived to pick it up I was treated very well! After I left the car ran hot so I took it back. Again, I was treated exceptionally and the owner not only fixed the few minor things that were wrong with it (which in a Cadillac can be very costly) but he then delivered the car to me out of town the following weekend. I highly recommend buying a car from BBL Auto and I will be back for a car for my daughter soon!!

Back when I first turned 18 and had no credit I was drawn to BBL from an ad I had seen for a jeep cherokee on craigslist. I came onto the lot and asked about it, Robert was very cool and showed me the vehicle without trying to talk me into anything else (rare for a car lot). I told him about my age and having not had established credit, he happily told me that I had credit through him. We talked about the payments, he didn't haggle me on the price and he didn't ask me to pay more per month than I was comfortable paying (once again very rare for a car lot, when I bought my motorcycle from somewhere else it was a disaster). I ended up putting a down payment for the jeep and drove it home that same day. I came in to make the payments to them and they were always very nice and they left a great impression on me. I drove that jeep for years without any major mechanical issues which was rare because it was higher mileage and a used vehicle I got a very very good deal on (eventually it was hit by a drunk driver and the drivers insurance paid me more for the vehicle than I bought it from BBL for). I will be back someday, I drive by everyday and I always look for the beautiful cadillacs with the vogue tires. Someday I'm gonna buy me one.

The first car we purchased from there was wonderful and we drove it for 2 yrs before we decided to trade in. We left the lot with 2 cars that week, the first one started having a transmission issue 3 weeks after buying and the second one has had problem after problem in the last 5 months I ve owned it, even after we maintain and keep our cars in good shapeI mean we did sign a contract so I can t make them hold themselves accountable, but you should not be selling cars if their not in good condition to begin withWe even contacted them several times so maybe we could make this right together in private and they blocked my husbands phone! Even tho we are still paying off that carWe will be scrapping both cars as soon as the second car is paid off and will be going with another companyThis is not a bash but an honest view of our experience which started out amazing and ended with us stressed and angry this last half year and probably will be until summer20k in with this company was one of our worst mistakes

Used car dealer. Some are great, some not so much. The more experience you have with them, the more you know what to expect.Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to BBL because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted.Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy, that the title was clean and made it seem like it was no big deal.Of course, my son didn't realize that he should have looked at it himself.I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters.The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. If I lived closer to this dealer (I'm 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!!* Just tried to 'trade-in' the car on a newer car. The dealer said he would give me 500 bucks for the car. So basically it is worthless without a clean title and we are stuck with a 7K piece of metal that needs a new engine. No point putting in a new engine since we still won't be able to sell the vehicle with 'fraud' on the Carfax.

If you are looking for an honest used car dealership, this is the one to go. I myself just bought a car from this place and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. If I could I would give BBL Auto a 10 star!!! Absolutely wonderful!!!

Broke the law when telling me that it was going to be one way, but marking it another way on paper. To "benefit" me. Only I never made a copy of the actual agreement. Lesson learned. Deal with crooks you're gonna get burned.

Customer bought a car from this place and it had a bunch of missing clips, screws, oil leaks and the power steering reservoir was plugged with a rag, shady place don't go here to buy a car
