I want to give a shout out to Phil. I came in last week for some coolant because I noticed my levels by a small amount over the last several months. I wanted to get a headgasket test kit and he saved me the money by taking the time to explain in detail how specifically the headgasket functioned and that it wasn't alarming that I lost a small amount over long time. Seemed very knowledgeable about my type of vehicle.

You have to love it when the employee positive you have a 90 day return policy and you bring something back less than 12 hours later and they won t return it

Josue was very helpful and so friendly. He helped me find the part i was looking for and was very knowledgeable on the part. Next time someone needs help i highly recommend to ask for Josue.

I went to O Reillys and bought a couple of items. One was for a dome light in my car. What they gave me did not appear to work. I took the console out of the car and went back .still no satisfaction. Then went to auto zone with the console and Benjamin helped me. He recognized that part of the light was still connected to console and took it out .which then helped him to determine which light was appropriate. He then put the light in and I checked to see if it worked .yea it did. I m an older lady that knows nothing about these things .he was helpful and very nice .he didn t look down on me and treated me respectfully ..I will go back to auto zone from now on they go the extra mile with respect to others!!!Thank you Benjamin!!!! I know you think it was simple .and with you it was!!!Bridie

My windshield wiper came off and I could not put it back on. David came out to assess the problem and in a minute had it clicked back on. David was very kind so i will definitely bring my future business there.

Helpful staff. God awful expensive! Paid 255 for a battery. Pretty soon us modestly paid people are going to be walking because vehicles and their up keep will be too expensive for us. Who's going my way so we can share the sidewalk?

I came in around 6pm yesterday due to one of my lights being out. Josue (hope I'm spelling it right) quickly and efficiently told me which light I'd need for my car and even helped me install it. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends for their auto needs.

The guy at the counter didnt even know how to give me the right replacement light. I knew he didnt know what he was talking about.. Dont go there. Rude employees.

I choose AutoZone over O Reillys any time I have car issues. Josue customer service is awesome. Very helpful and genuine. You don t get that everyday anymore. They are luck to have him as a worker. Thank you AutoZone and most of all thank you Josue.

Very helpful. Stopped in because the battery in my truck died. They tested my system and said my alternator was fine and that my battery failed. They sold me a new one and let me borrow their tools so I could change the battery in the parking lot. Great customer service.

These guys don't know a single thing about Auto parts they never acknowledge you when you walk into the door not until you've been walking around for a while and then they sit there and watch you as if you're going to steal something I spend lots of money in AutoZone do not rely on mechanic experience or advice from any worker they are only as good as you are on your phone on their website the only time that you should ever ask a person for a part is if you can't find it on the shelf and they need to order it or see if it's in another store the worst store is on nob Hill in Yakima there's one old man that sits in a chair never gets up and just sits there and laughs at you we're asking him for help

Accommodating with exchanging a battery. But wouldn't do it under warranty even though it was their brand and only 2 years old (no reciept). Gave me half off the same battery new, this of course made it about the same price as a comparable battery anywhere else in town.

Fast, friendly, helpful with the part I needed and the return of the core 2 days later. I don't always go to Auto Zone, so that's why I only have it a 4. It was the first time I had been to that store in over 2 years. But I will return of my needs require me to do so.

Good service, this trip they did not have the part I was looking for in stock (they could order it). The guy behind the counter suggested one of service departments in town to get the part quick. I recommend them. O-Rieley's auto parts didn't even know what I was trying to explain even though I had a picture.

My husband walked in with the alternator, they brought out the wrong one trying to say it was the right one because that's what was on the computer. Had no idea what to do , only new what the computers said. Went next door to O'Reilly's and the gal knew exactly what we needed and had the exact one we needed

Staff was very knowledgeable and help me get everything, including suggest tools I might need, to replace the fuel pump on my Ford ranger. Prices seemed reasonable.

Stopped in to do a battery check, manager was very helpful and answered as many questions as he could. When asked if the alternator was functioning, he tested that too.

Updated: Staff was very friendly, although one person wasn't very knowledgeable. A supervisor or someone with more knowledge stepped up and trained the staff member on the spot.

It's great you're very helpful in and out of there with my partner right part you're a lot better than O'Reilly's... My part I got was $20 cheaper there than at O'Reilly's.

Great place if you join their club and lose your recipient it's on file so no worries about your warranty or a refund they will take care of you
