I want to thank Danielle so much for her help with our rental today. We had been driving our rental for over a week and received an alert regarding no engine oil. Danielle went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to check the oil (zero left), specs, and even help us with the rental agency. She assisted us with filling up the truck and helped calm our fears with our rental on vacation. We truly appreciate her. Dear Manager She is a huge asset to AutoZone!

Very rude people behind the counter. Followed me around the store to see if I was going to steal something. But this is Yakima Washington and all businesses in town are the same with black people.

The online check for in store pick up said they had my part, but when I went to pick it up in store, it wasn't there. I had to order my part for the next day. I had everything torn out & ready for the part. Anyway, I ordered it for next day delivery and they didn't tell me what time it would come in. So, when I called on the phone to ask when it would arrive the next day, they didn't know. So I called the next day to be sure it was in before I went to get it. Thanks!

I bought one of those stupid squealer thingies from here that had the exact measurements saying it would work and then I went to the mechanic and they told me it was too big! I m not holding my horses anymore. I ve left my chill pills in my car, it s over.(On a serious note, this is an entirely reputable business.)

I went in for a battery and was helped by Jorge, he was really helpful, amazing and answered all my questions, I also spoke to Christian on the phone and he was very kind and took the time to provide information I needed. Great customer service and good people. Def recommend.

Truly disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a transmission, and when it was suppose to show up it did not. Thursday, then Friday, the Saturday, Monday.... Left a message with the Regional Manager and not even a call back and it is now been almost 2 weeks and still noting. No one knows what happen or what is going on I just get shipping delays. I called and talked to the distributor they told me that this would not even be built until sometime at the end of December and to be shipped no earlier then January 6. Wow January 6 ship date compared to a November 11 delivery date. The employees have no clue, company don't care about the customers just money. They had no problem taking 3k the same day from my account but took them almost a week to give it back. Probably will never shop here again and will encourage others to do the same

The guys working here are great. I bought a part from them and while fixing the car broke a small specialty vacuum hose. The hose is not sold anywhere that i could find but the employees helped me figure out a work around that worked great. They know what they are doing and offer helpful solutions when called upon

Quick service and knowledgeable staff. Although I did not like having my money returned in cash after I used my debit card to rent a tool. The competition has no problem doing so.

Needed a single wrench and socket. They had both in stock, and also made sure the fittings I bought from them matched with what I use and we're the right size. Pretty good customer service. Very polite and respectful

Bought a lightbulb here turned out to be the wrong one so I went back 20 minutes later to trade it for the correct one but the lady cashier was very rude, loud, not hearing/understanding me and kept assuming I wanted money back. Even the manager was no help. I'm sticking to o'Reilly's.

Thank you for selling SAFE car jackstands. Thank you for selling SAFE car jack stands. Unlike OTHER STORES (harbor freight) These things keep multiple ton vehicles from falling on us. Helpful staff as well. Yes I know I said it twice.

It was okay. The staff seemed like they had the knowledge but were reluctant to share it. Also, they will no longer will reset OBD codes which I get, but is frustrating.

Gone in to buy suspension parts, the girl helping me was very nice helpful and patient. Not only did I get the car parts" as I was waiting I happened to se a ice cold mix drink & i ask about the drink not knowing what it was she even look that up without me asking, customer service was above and beyond autozone team rocks will choose autozone over oreillys any day..

Me and my husband went he asked the cashier to help test his electrical in the car so we could buy the parts we went in at 7:09 pm there not busy but said there machine wasn't working my husband looked at them dumbfounded...... Don't you sell those machines here very uncomfortable to us anyways I wouldn't suggest it if you need help anyways ...lol thanks so much auto zone for nothing due to the fact our car was shutting down at stopp lights thanks alot

The gentleman that helped me at the first street Autozone went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part for my vehicle! They treated me with respect! Being a girl You get treated as if your incapable of car repairs in my experiences. These two were so kind ! I will be going to autozone from now on!!

I went to yakima Auto Zone on 1st street, there were 2 women working the counter, I went to get oil for my car, I found a gallon of Mobil 1 , I took it up to the 1st woman ,I said is the price $37.00 with oil filter, we discussed the price, it was very obvious she wasnt happy being there, i ended up putting the gallon back,and i bought a quart, on my way out the door, i seen a display of oil ,gallon size said $29.99 i asked woman #2, she came over ,and said no that's not the right price! Normally I wouldnt of said anything,but I said the price is right under this gallon of oil, so you have to honor that price dont you,? SHE ALSO ACTED LIKE SHE HATED BEING THERE, with a reluctant answer she said YA I'll give it to you.YOUR BETTER OFF DRIVING A LITTLE FARTHER, AND GO TO AUTO ZONE ON NOB HILL, I truly think the head corporate office should CHECK UP ON THERE EMPLOYEES!! OBVIOUSLY THE MANAGERS , CANT HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE ABLE TO AT LEAST ACT LIKE THEY'RE PLEASED TO BE WORKING ,BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHERS ,THAT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A JOB,

My personal fave place to go for parts besides the U pull it or nob hill auto wrecking the customer service has always been polite and very friendly and for the most part they have all been pretty knowledgable on anything I've asked questions about concerning the parts I maybe getting at the time

Had what I needed. Which I was sent to 2 different stores at O'Reilly and I still didn't get the right part. The Autozone staff was knowledgeable about what they had in stock and helpful in locating it in the store. Price was cheaper than Amazon too. This was for a engine block heating element w/ the power supply cord.

seriously i've gone here a lot because it's close to me but today will be the last day i go. every single time i've gone in to this place i always get the woman manager to help me. let me just say she doesn't know what she's talking about. just for a simple fuse -she scanned through it on the computer and said "nope we don't have it" when we tried to explaining it was just a simple fuse she gave attitude and just stared until i was like ok then. she doesn't know what she's doing. i don't know how she's manager. there's other auto zones around yakima will be going to other ones.

Second time in this autozone, counter staff are inexperienced and lack basic customer service and parts research skills. As a result of my experiences here I'm ordering parts on a monthly basis and picking them up from a different autozone 150 miles away.
