Manny did a great job with the sales transaction. I had to buy a truck sight unseen which is always hard and can be risky. But Manny was super responsive with photos and video and a good descriptions of the trucks condition that helped me understand what I was getting into. They offer financing and make great cash prices. These guys are here to help, I d recommend them to others.

We bought car from them that had a salvaged title due to being stolen previously. We got a great deal on a low milage car. Mario was who helped us, he had us approved before making the trip there and was ready for us when we got to the dealership. The car had some issues starting, and we were told it was due to the key not being the fob key. We were given a fob that could be keyed and two regular keys. The car steadily got harder to start. Finally after being stuck at work multiple times thinking we may have to tow it my husband opened the ignition to see what was going on. There were broken pieces in it, along with a construction screw holding it together. I contacted Mario and he apologized, and said they had a person working there that they found out was not fixing cars properly. He paid kia for a new ignition and locks for the doors and trunk. We went and picked it up, and my husband put it all in. Now the car starts every time and I am extremely happy. The only issue left which I have not contacted them to see if they would help with is getting the new key fob to unlock the car with the button so I don't have to carry the old and new fob. I have not contacted them to see if they would pay for that as well, but with as understanding and appologetic they were and how quickly they resolved it I'm sure they would.

Dominic is great! He made things so simple, I live in Tacoma so I wasn t able to just come see the car, but Dominic talked with me on the phone many times to make sure the trip I made was worth it, and it was! Thanks again Dominic!

I recently bought a car from this dealership and it was an amazing experience. The sales team was very friendly and accommodating, they took the time to listen to my needs and answer all my questions. They made the buying process easy and stress-free and I am extremely happy with my new car.

I'm in the worst situation of my life, limited job history and limited down payment. I had spent hours and days in the phone with other dealers filing me with false hope and dings to my credit. I was about to give up and my uncle found Autostars. Mario called me 1st thing in the morning and had me in a car by noon. I couldn't believe it. I didn't have to settle for less than what I needed. I would have shown more excitement but I was really sick today. Thank you Mario and Autostars.

We recently got a 2018 Sienna from this dealership. It came with 2 different sized tires comprised of 3 different brands, 2 broken windshield wipers and an air filter and cabin air filter that were completely clogged limiting the amount of air getting through the vents. It says it was serviced in preparation to sell but they likely didn't do anything but shine it up a bit. Still charged an extra $100/tire to actually get the right tires on there that match. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought 1995 ford ranger two years ago. They told me it had 65,000 but has 165,000 I paid 6700 and now have another 11,000 in it. New brakes , rotors, new ball joints, fuel injection system, new brain and now new steering box. Now it uses so much oil it will be a total loss. I called them but they don't care. I will be letting people know every couple days on this site until they make it right or go out of business

Bill, Mario and the boss lady were super amazing. They worked it out for us to get a great truck for our son. They were not pushy, and totally worked with us to get us a great deal. These guys are great to work with. We will definitely come back for our next vehicle.

Purchased a truck from auto stars/better all AS IS. I begin to have a couple minimal issues with the truck. With no questions asked JJ and the team had me bring vehicle in for repairs the couple times needed. This is something a buyer like my self fears about buying a USED vehicle and having mechanical issues and being screwed but that was not the case here. I appreciate JJ and his team for the excellent customer service and for keeping my vehicle on the road. I highly Recommend Dom the salesman and the dealer ships in general to purchase a vehicle from.

They gave me a fair price for my trade, and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. Couldn t be happier, I love my new car!! The people there are helpful and easy to work with.

Tried to sell us a truck that they said had a clean Carfax when in fact we were able to determine was previously stolen. Buyer beware.

I would rate even lower if I could. Worst buying experience of my life, and now I am stuck with a $2k repair bill for a car that I haven t even driven 40 miles yet. After finally realizing that their mechanics were incompetent, I took the car to another shop and learned that the car requires critical repairs before being safe to drive, including the rear differential and re-doing the O2 sensor that Autostars allegedly fixed. Autostars refused to let me speak with the owner, and refused to help me fix these issues. Save yourself the headache.Also, look at their rating on Yelp, you ll see several more stories like mine and a one-star overall rating.

They sold me a lemon and refused to take the car back within the 30 days we have by LAW to protect us from people like them. This is ILLEGAL and I would 100% NOT buy from here. They have lied and deflected all responsibility of their dealership which is a shame to see. I would give this place a negative number out of five if I could!

i called to go look at a car, i live 2 hours away, so when i got there the car was being test driven, then sold to another person waste of my time, bad interactions with employees. don't recommend coming here at all it was a horrible experience.HAHAHAHA hours later they are texting me to take my review down, absolutely horrible.

Amazing dealership ! Just paid off my car and I had Had a rough year and they were patient with me and worked with me the whole time till my car was paid off! Never had any issues with the car just normal oil changes definitely would recommend this place I have sent my cousin and he has gotten 2 cars from them no issues aswell

I highly recommend getting a car from these guys! Back in October I needed to upgrade to a new car and fell in love with a 2014 Audi A6 I saw there. They worked with me and helped me get the car when I had okay credit. After purchasing I noticed that the heater wasn t working correctly and they quickly fixed it for free. Thanks guys!

Bought a $17,000 truck from auto stars. The first day I owned it I realized that the air conditioning was broken. I talked to the guy who sold it to me and he told me he would talk to his manager but then stopped responding. This was about a month ago. I have accepted that I will end up having to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed for however much that is going to cost me. My advise would be to avoid this place at all costs, any reputable dealership would have resolved the issue.

Told me I was getting a good car, was told they would help if the car had any problems. Car was stuck in their shop for over a month then every time I was able to get the car back I d have to take it back by the end of the day. Now I can t get in touch. I wouldn t recommend buying a car here

These guys don t do things like a normal car lot. I just purchased another work van for my company Yorks Pest Control and this has been hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I was very simple the price was already low and they went down even further. It was the best value for the best van in the northwest and I got it right here from a local company in Yakina.

Purchased a 2005 Acura MDX from them over a year ago .. discovered after purchase that it needed new spark plug wires .. I bought the wires and they did the work for free. Recently traded the Acura back in to them. They gave me a fair price for my trade and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. Couldn t be happier, I love my new car !! The people there are helpful and easy to work with.

I wanted to wait a couple of months to give a honest review. It s been about 4 months since I bought my 2008 Tahoe LT back in september from Autostars Motorgroup and I m so so happy with my first financed car purchase. I had already been pre approved through my bank and at this point all I needed was to find the car. Came across this lot by just driving past in the early morning seeing a nice Denali in front due to the miles I wasn t interested but they did tell me about the 2008 Tahoe that wasn t on the lot yet and directed me to the website..... I literally fell in love and I m still in love with my car now. Everything happens for a reason. Long story short I made the purchase and still as happy as when I first got it. Thank you Thank you!

They sold me a 2007 Honda Civic with a broken taillight, broken sway bar, and no muffler. Then charged me to fix the taillight and sway bar. Stay away from this place at all costs! The owners are spineless and will deflect any blame.

After reading all the positive reviews and having had friends buy a vehicles here, my wife and i made an offer on a pickup on a monday afternoon. Unfortunately while we waited for the approval from the bank. Another salesman sold the truck for cash on tuesday after we were approved. The dealership called on Wednesday to let us know and offered to make it right. Im not sure how they can make it right with a limited inventory and my limited budget for a 3rd vehicle.Update. Autostars made good on thier word. They located us a truck that was substantially better than the first truck we attempted to buy. Do to the circumstance of the previous truck autostars made us a great deal discounting thr price well below thier asking price to 4000 below blue book. It was a a much better transaction the second time absolutely changing my rating five stars all the way.
