Great wash and they even have someone to scrub the front and back of car before the auto wash!

Quality of car wash has gone down dramatically vacuums don't have as much suction as they used to when they first started I ended up leaving the car wash or exiting the car wash and still had tons of bugs on the front that did not get wash property for $14 I thought I'd do a better job it was their premium car wash and it was the touch in did scrub a little in the front I believe you could have done much more I gave him a heads up that I had lots of bugs on the front you said don't worry the bug spray will do the job and I will scrub it but he didn't really scrub it that much kind of just wiped over it once and got the front bumper went and that was just about it I could have done that myself if not better much more you probably have a better chance of cleaner carb much more better than the machine if you do it yourself.

I was left with the back of my vehicle dirty. Not the first time this happened. I thought it was a fluke and chose to use them a second time. Will not use them again. A waste of $18.

I love this car wash, they actually clean my whole car, even my rims that are not easy to clean by hand. I've used alot of different places, but this one has $10, 12, and 14 car washes, and all their vacuums gives plenty time to clean the inside. Go, you won't be disappointed!

When the attendants are there, they are always very nice and personable! I take both my car and my dad's truck there pretty regularly. I love that it's close by and it's a reasonable rate for a good car wash. I always do the drive through car wash!

Firstly, don't bother with the newly upgraded automatic wash. It's poor and consistently seems to miss specific areas of the cars I've ran through it, no matter what type of wash I've tried. Secondly, and more positively, the "do-it-yourself" portion of the wash is top notch! The tools are modern and work flawlessly, the prices are extremely fair, and the little air drying wand, in the first bay, is absolutely amazing! Overall, I really enjoy this car wash. The facility is extremely clean, well kept, and nice.

Great self service car wash with option to pay with credit cards and debit cards.Multiple stalls for the self wash and one automatic drive-thru on the end.Vacuums are coin-opOne caveatIf you use one of the stalls in the self wash with a credit card or debit card be sure to press the STOP button when your finished or you may get a surprisingly high charge to your debit or credit cardIn excess of $30 plusIt happened to me once one winter.

I pulled into the self wash area and could not get the high pressure soap to disperse. I found the attendant. He was extremely helpful. After some minutes of frustration e was unable to get the machine working. He then sent us through the automatic wash for no charge. Great customer service. I would recommend.

I've been coming to this place since it opened up it does a real good job on the car and even gets the tires nice and clean which is a rarity for car washes plus they have lots of vacuums and even if there is a long line or a longer line it usually moves pretty quick and the prices are pretty comparable to most places

I took my two year old daughter through it, she was a little startled during the car wash, but she wanted to go back as soon as it was done. She's still taking and colors and the soap and water coming down. ( The car was very clean too.)

Great place to wash and vacuum. I tried trading pink slips with a sports car in the next bay. They said no! Jokes on them...I have a sweet Honda Odyssey with low miles...

I need to speak with the people working at this place I have called 5 times & no one has answered & says mail box is full. I went through the drive way car wash paid & the machine stopped working a few seconds into it. I got charged on my card I would like a refund. No one was there to help me when this opened. Will show receipt if needed

Used to be one of the best automatic washes in Yakima. Not sure what happened... but it's not as good as it used to be. If you're looking for a much better wash for less money, go to 10th avenue and Nob Hill.

Its a great car wash, but the hoses are on separate walls, which takes so much time ,to put the main one back,then get the wax one, i had hoses so mixed up.i thought i was never going to use the wax wand again. Ill go to nob hill car wash on east side.

A bit disappointed, the only bay with a blower doesn't work. That's why I went there. I guess I'll have to pick a different place.

I love Auto Spa! I use the drive thru and it's so convenient. I especially like the big dryers at the end.I drive out with a clean dry car! Thank you.

Terrible automatic wash. I paid $14 to still have a filthy truck. The brushes didn t even make contact with the side of my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and use the wash racks or do it yourself.

My favorite car wash in town. Prices are good, they've been updating their look, and they even offer monthly memberships for unlimited washes.

They changed the automation since the last time I was there. I have a PT Cruiser and it didn't even touch the back of my car. There was still streaks of dirt on the trunk lid. Very disappointed:(

The other auto spa location at 72nd scrubs and sprays your car down first then dries it afterwards in the automatic wash. No one here at 37th and Tieton location at 4:55 pm on Tuesday April 16.Lame!Going to have a spotty car now!

Standard carwash. Easy change machine. Uses gift style cards too. I wish the floor mat clamps were in the bays instead of next to vacuums.

Cruddy place. I put more than $10 in and machine wouldnt start. There wasnt an attendant on duty and the phone number on the door went to a fax machine. I never was able to get my money returned. Dont go here

I used to love this place but ever since my card doesn't work here anymore the one on nobody hill is way better but there is one in Union gap and they are building the same one by West valley walmart
