"Shoutout to the incredible team at AUTO ELECTRIC in Yakima, Washington! I found myself stranded on the highway with my truck, and these amazing folks swooped in to save the day. Even though I was from out of town, they didn't hesitate to help. They brought their own tow truck, got me back to the shop, and had my truck all fixed up in less than 2 hours! I was truly amazed by their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for a traveler like me. I can't express enough how impressed we were with the service we received from Auto Electric. Our service truck had a sudden brake line leak, and it was causing us a lot of trouble. We were concerned about the downtime and the impact on our operations. However, Auto Electric came to the rescue!We called them and explained the situation. To our surprise, they were able to get our truck in on the same day. This level of responsiveness really stood out to us, as we rely heavily on our service vehicles. The team at Auto Electric quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the brake booster and brake lines needed replacement.Within just a few hours, they had the brake booster and brake lines replaced, and our truck was back on the road. The efficiency with which they handled the repair was remarkable. Not only did they fix the problem promptly, but they also ensured that the work was done with precision.The confidence and peace of mind they provided during this stressful situation were greatly appreciated. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. I started using Auto Electric last year. They have been nothing but honest and fair! They get your vehicle diagnosed and fixed in record time. I will bring all my vehicles here and my work also has been bringing all of our fleet vehicles here. Can t go wrong with Auto Electric!

My Jeep had been having issues with not starting intermittently. And it wasn't predictable. So when I took it to Jeep and it didn't act up at the scheduled appointment, I was charged a fee for a diagnostic that didn't turn up anything and a recommendation to make an appointment for when it did it again. (No thanks).Took it to Auto Electric. They found a code for a fuse panel, which they replaced. A few weeks later, it was acting up again. They replaced the starter. A few weeks later it was acting up again. This time the code they found indicated ground wires were the issue, which was going to take them about 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me at all for this fix (or for the oil change and tire rotation I asked them to do since they were going to have it for a couple of days as well as replacing the starter again under warranty just in case). I've waited to write this review because my Jeep should have acted up again by now, and it hasn't!This could look like a fail of a review, but here's why I appreciate these guys so much:1) They don't do appointments. First come, first serve. So it's a lot faster to get your vehicle taken care of.2) Anytime my Jeep acted up and I could repeat the issue, I could pop by and they'd take a quick look at it before deciding if it needed to be brought into the garage for work or if it could wait. Couldn't do that with Jeep.3) They kept at the problem! They worked through every code my Jeep was giving until it finally showed the ground wires as being an issue. (Pretty sure they're VERY familiar with my vehicle by now.)4) They were so kind in not charging me to ultimately fix my issue. I had thrown some serious money into fixing the problem up until this point and I think they were taking it personally that it wasn't finally fixed that they threw me a bone on this one.Ultimately, it wasn't their fault that my Jeep wasn't fixed on the first try since it took so long for it to finally show the ground wire code. But they do good work and they do it fast. 5 stars for these guys. Took my 2014 Chevy Silverado in to get driver window buttons checked out. Chevy dealership found corrosion on engine harness plug and wanted $9,000 to change it out. Yakima Auto Electric found what the problem was (broken wires) and saved me thousands. Great communication and fast turnaround time. Will definitely use these guys in the future.Service: Electrical

Really impressed with these guys. Can't say enough about their customer service. I came here on the recommendation of a friend to get my front end rebuilt, and the price was substantially lower than the first shop I had gone to - and they were HONEST about what needed to be done. There was a slight adjustment that needed to be made afterwards, and I can't tell you how far above and beyond these guys went to take care of me. Was disappointed on commutation on what's needed been done. Yea there nice to Certain people. I didn't think that place was like that. But everyone have there Opinion ... .... hard to find that's honest..........

Updated..Very impressed with their customer service..I am still in the process of getting work done and will update again once finished. So far i am very pleased with the customer service. Fixed issue and at a very reasonable rate. I recommend them to everyone i can. It is my go to shop. I know i will always get honest answers and straight to the issue without adding on extras.Best place in town

Josh is, hands down, the best mechanic I've ever encountered, (and I've met many) as well as being just an exceptional person. If you're looking for a mechanic with integrity, I highly recommend Auto Electric!

I am an out-of-towner who stopped in with a ABS warning light, no overdrive, and no cruise control on my tow vehicle. Believe it or not, they traced my problem to a recently-installed LED taillight. If these guys can find that small of a problem, I'd say they can find any problem. I only wish I had a shop this good in San Antonio. These guys are tops.

I was also present the day Mr Anastacio received unprofessional service by the owner and staff. This place likes to boast on being an honest place of business, I saw the way this customer was yelled at, and after witnessing that, I decided to take my business elsewhere! I highly recommend that you steer clear of this place, unless you like paying for headaches! P.S. Make up your mind "Honest Mechanic" since "no one was there", is Mia Henly just going out of her way to defend you with a bogus positive review about a customer who you cheated? What garbage!

Took my car in... Wasn't quiet what we thought it was they took it back no problem.. Their service was great, communication was good and they had my car ready within a descent amount if time. My AC finally works again.Thanks guys !

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!Claims to be the honest Auto electric of Yakima. Big mistake! Don't believe anyone who opens up by saying he's an honest mechanic unlike others in town. Misrepresented his diagnostic policy to me, charged me $102.79 for telling me what I stated to him upon initially dropping the car off. On top of that told me to come for car or he would add storage fees! I asked to be exempt from paying any fees due to the lack of work done to my car, but he and his rude receptionist could care less. STAY AWAY! I've seen more honest politicians in my lifetime.

Today i was at Auto electric picking up my car and i expierenced a very very rude unprofessional customer come in talking to the receptionist very rudely. He told her if they did not wipe the bill away he would leave a bad review I can not believe somebody would go to an establish to get free work and be so disrespectful. I would Not take my car anywhere else but Auto Electric.
