We spent over 3000 dollars at this place and had wheel bearings replaced and a couple months later this is what has already happened. Other mechanic says it looks like they weren't even swapped because there is no way they would be that dirty after a couple months. They said it sounded like it was "a failure that was not under warranty" before offering to look at it anyway, which already sets the mood that they are going to just deny it.After the initial fixing a couple months ago and having the truck back for a day and a half back it started making a bad noise and we called the shop to try and say its making bad noises after you guys worked on it and they pretty much said you are breaking your truck the day before and it is not our fault.Even though they are now offering to take a look at the wheel bearing we don't even feel comfortable taking the truck back after how terribly they handled both situations and how rude the customer service has been.Would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

I recently had some work done here and as always was 100% satisfied with the work and the interaction with all the staff. Tim always takes good care of me and my car. They are trustworthy, friendly and efficient!!

I bought a used 2018 Jeep and brought it in for an alignment and new tires. The service was quick and professional and communication was excellent. It drives and handles great now. Thanks Randy!

We took our car in after it had been to another shop twice. Alex was great. He was honest and wouldn't put parts on that weren't necessary or that he wouldn't stand behind. Great shop.

A.C.E. provides excellent service: professional, honest, friendly, and efficient. I needed to catch up on maintenance on my 2013 Rav4. The dealership gave me a lengthy list and, of course, the most critical in their eyes was also the most expensive. I took the list to A.C.E and they explained what they look for to determine what's indeed needed -- a kind of triage. We agreed on some larger ticket items, which they finished in the amount of time estimated and at nearly 30% less than the dealer's service quote! The other thing I appreciate is that I am an older woman and they do not talk down to me. I come from a family of mechanics so I have a solid basic knowledge of cars and maintenance. I have owned this car years and actually read the manuals. Yet the dealership acted as though I didn't understand the lights on my dash, for example. It was insulting and condescending. The guys at A.C.E. are respectful, good humored, and easy to talk with. They are my go to mechanics.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Auto Care Experts for many years. The staff are experienced and clearly explained any issues with my cars. They dealt with any follow-up issues quickly and professionally.

We were referred from our Insurance Allstate Agent, Casey Huber, when we needed urgent work on our BMW, they fixed it so quick, and so reasonably priced, we were shock and amazed, and now we had major work to be done our daughters Charger, and same case they expedited the work, and did a few extra they seen needed, so these folks really care about you and your vehicle, and don't just gouge you because they can. Really, I can't say how happy we are for their service, give Tim or Alex a call, you be happy you read all these reviews!

Horrible. Don t waste your time or money. Went in to erase a code and they returned wrx back burning a lot of oil. They didn t take accountability either. All he said was I know my guys.

Great place. They rebuilt the rear differential in my truck. I was going to be leaving on a vacation. The parts got delayed in shipping but they got it done in time. I would definitely take my vehicles there again.

As the Director of a nursing home, we needed the AC unit in our company bus worked on with the hot weather already on us. We called and they got us into the shop right away and fixed in one day. The price was so inexpensive, we are now taking all our vehicles to AutoCare!!! Alex was a pleasure to deal with and an all around great guy, thank you again Alex!Service: A/C installation & repair

I had my brakes fixed here and my oil changed here. The quote was cheaper than another big named business and the customer service was better. I highly recommend this auto shop! 10/10+I have a BMW and it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that can work on a foreign car like mine. Ladies, if you're nervous about taking your car to the mechanic, this is the place for you! They do a great job of explaining what's happening and next steps to solve. They've even made it right when a trim piece broke by buying a replacement part and color matching it on their own dime. I've been using this shop for years and will continue to do so!

Mr. Tim has been Excellently nice and great reliable gentleman. I do feel like my car is in my family members hand. No words can express how genuinely nice and great Mr. Tim is. He does have a concern for us a customer - we were driving our Nissan Rogue 2012from Seattle to Boise when our car broke down and it needed transmission. Having dealt with ACE on a previous vehicle and having such outstanding honest customer service ; I brought a car I was looking at buying into the shop for a prebuy inspection. And again I was beyond happy with the time and attention to detail that the service crew extended to this vehicle. They were honest and very helpful in the inspection and walked me through what needed to be done. I left the car in their capable hands and was not disappointed in the quality of their work and dedicated service. The owner of this family business went over and beyond in assisting me to the point of helping me to sell my other vehicle! That was truly amazing and what a blessing . You don t see this type of service nowadays and I would highly recommend this business! Five stars doesn t begin to truly rate the honest and reliable service you receive.

Had an issue with my vehicle randomly not starting. Dealership found no issue.. but the very next day it wouldn't start again. ACE managed to track down the issue in a day and I've been up and running every since. No complaints, fair price and fast work!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
