Brought in car to see if they could help with all the road noise. They performed magic. Car is quieter with no nerve wracking sounds. Emily was great as she was thorough and always friendly. She even found 2 things she couldn t do and helped me with that. I highly recommend this shop.

Great service all done in a timely manner. I could not be more happy. Had a bumper fixed and it turned out perfect color match. My neighbor backed into my car and munged my door. I took it to Auto Art and they did a stupendous job!!! It was ready 2 days before estimated and was clean and you would never know that they had to replace my drivers side door. Their paint matching is spot on!! Great bunch of people too!!!

They did an amazing job. It took a little while to get in to them but it was well worth the wait. I backed into a poll and now you can't even tell I was in an accident. They also sent me a text update everyday to let me know what stage my car was in. I would bring any other car that needs body work to them in a heartbeat.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This was our first time having to use an auto repair shop and Auto Art did an excellent job. They were friendly and informative, and our repair was done quickly and looks like new! Walked in for an estimate for my vehicle. Receptionist was not helpful with that questioned me if my insurance even knew I was going there. After asking who my insurance was & asking if I planned to get repairs done there the receptionist told me it would not be possible to even get my vehicle in until late December or January. First impression was not great & reception was rude. My business will gladly be taken elsewhere.

Very great body shop , I used to work here as a intern in high school . when i worked there Mike and Irma (Owners ) couldn't have been any better at being a perfectionist when it comes to the vehicles they repair , very good at what they do. each vehicle they treated as if it were there own. quality control is out the roof! no cut corners . good people

Amazing work. Extremely professional with state of the art equipment. I have been going to them for nearly a decade and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Had our SUV looking like it did when it was new. Thank you!!!

When I asked about the history of the repair shop, the owner responded "we are a family owned business that is rooted in Yakima and our community. I am proud to call us a family business that has been around for over 10 years. Our hard work speaks for itself and our work is our integrity ". That is what caught my attention right away and the deciding factor in why we went with Auto Art & Collision. The process was fluid and worry-free. It's a wife/husband duo and they both kept us up to date on anything they needed from us or our insurance. They also communicated the timeline of when we would get our minivan back. If needed, we will be coming back to Auto Art. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. There service and quote was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ladies, if you want honest helpful advise on your car, this is the place to go, ask for Ryan! If I ever need anything fixed on my vehicles again, will definitely go here.

The manager took my car into shop, within 15 - 20 mins my car was ready to go, first time there, I DEFINITELY will and do Recommend them to everyone, iam so happy, first time ,I've had my car worked on, in less than 7- 9 days, there very nice, it matters how there work turns out, they did a super job

Auto Art served us well. They know how to work with insurance companies due to years of experience. Things went just as they predicted. Their work was so good it looks like the original. I recommend AutoArt

When I had a little tussle with a pole... Auto Art was there to put my rear view mirror back in place. The rates were great and I had a new mirror in no time! THANKS AUTO ART!!
