Took our TT in to have the awning repaired. Had it done in 2 days and over $1,000.00 cheaper (yes, I said $1,000.00) than another company wanted to charge us. They even called back to let us know they accidently over charged us $40.00. They will get all of our business going forward.

Good staff. Went in looking for a new gas line hose, and found out from them that I didn't need a new hose at all. She explained it wasn't for what I thought it was for. I know where to go now for other parts.

My wife and I were recently on a trip when our water pump quit working. Aubrey's was the closest RV shop so we called them. Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour!Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.

We were quoted 2-3 hours after the technician looked at our issue. Left wires loose, sold us new parts that were unnecessary, left wire connectors everywhere, taped up lights, forgot to install a light and charged almost $800 for what was supposed to be less than half that amt. Will never use or recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Completely disappointed in this business. We brought our RV to be winterized and my husband asked for a quote on a couple things that need fixed. All we wanted was a quote. My husband was first introduced to the rudest technician ever. My husband even jokingly made a comment to the front staff that sorry to inconvenience him while he s on the clock getting paid it was ridiculous. We left our RV and usually winterizing does not take long. Over a week later my husband calls them to ask why our RV is still there. They said they were ordering parts. We found that odd since all we wanted was quotes. We pick it up, and they said the fixed the stairs ( which was one of the items we wanted a quote on) so we pay and we were shocked at a bill that was outrageous. They overcharged us on the stairs being fixed which we didn t even say they could, and charged us $120 for a diagnostic charge to tell us exactly what we already knew needed fixed. The stairs were still not working properly when we got home. We called and complained and they decided to refund us $200 but we still paid $250 for something they didn t even properly fix. They told us to bring it back so they can fix it but they couldn t promise us they wouldn t charge us more if they needed a new part. The entire transaction was a terrible experience and we just don t trust bringing our RV there. We said no Thank you and we are completely out $250 for broken stairs. The winterization was $100. I ll never recommend this place to anyone

We have dealt with Aubrey's in the past and have appreciated their service. The free dump site is anawesome service they do not have to provide, but they do, and we appreciate that a great deal, especially since they're close to our home. Thank you very much for this.

Two employees took time to help me trouble shoot my grey water drain. I appreciate the time and suggestions. Aubrey s was recommended from their competitor in Yakima, when they determined they could not help. What a great community!

We were on our way back to Canada from SoCal and our toilet stopped working. This is never good! We emailed Crystal at Aubrey s as Yakima was our next stop. Crystal was amazing. She squeezed us in for a 9am service and we were back on the road with a new toilet by 10am. Absolutely awesome customer service and tech service! We will always recommend Aubrey s!!! Thank you Crystal.

We stopped here when we were on the road because we had a leaky toilet valve in our travel trailer. The woman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful in getting the right part and getting us back on the road again. This shop is a little out of the way but definitely worth your time and effort to visit.

We were at a family reunion in Yakima, WA. when my water pump in my RV went out. Aubrey's RV center, when I called them we're very helpful and on point. They had my water pump in stock and the staff was very greeting and nice.It appears they have been in business for many years. The retail outlet in there facility has everything you may need.

We came in thinking we needed service for a roof leak. Carolyn got up on our roof and Identified our issue (skylight leak). She set us up with all the supplies we needed and gave is really good verbal instructions on how to do it step by step. Her instructions were spot on and within a few hours we had it completed. She saved us time and money and empowered us to do it ourselves. We are grateful!

Went to see if they had a replacement handle for our RV's refrigerator after it broke. After giving them the model number and other info, they not only had the part in stock but it was even cheaper than it was online! Absolutely thrilled with the customer service and the large selection of products they provided. They had parts for every single room in the RV! Faucets, shower heads, cute camping themed decor, they had it all. We've even been looking around for a specific Black Holding Tank chemical that hasn't been in any store we could find in town, and they had that too! Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back for all of our RV needs!

We recently went to the RV living life (a 5th wheel). Yes, I'm new to it, but they are great help and have a huge selection of everything a person can need. And if they don't have it, they can order it quickly. Best place in the valley for your needs.

I cannot say enough great thoughts about Aubrey's. I had a slight misfortune when I pulled out of a parking place. The damage was more than I could just tape and go on down the road. I went to Aubrey's and spoke with Crystal. She was great and worked with me and the insurance company for a temporary fix. I had my motorhome the next day and it looks pretty good. I would highly recommend Aubrey's if you are in the Yakima Washington area. Thank you Crystal and the repair folks for such great service. I would have you do the permanent repair if I didn't have to get back to AZ.

Decent storage price. Good selection of RV necessities. Nice ladies at the counter. Everything I needed done was completed. Service techs on the other hand... Why would they leave the broken pieces I wanted replaced stashed in my trailer? How does the dump valve cable end up in the bedroom? Why would they think I d want to keep broken parts? SMH

My wife and I didn't need anything in particular when we went in to look and ask questions, but the staff were very willing to answer our questions. We were looking for ideas about how to decide whether we wanted to buy an RV. The staff were very willing to answer our questions, and they gave us lots of good ideas about how to make our decision. Go there! They're very helpful.

Very professional and friendly RV repair place! Jack fit us in for emergency services when our water tank partially fell through the under belly. Repair work was better than factory mount.

We went to Aubreys in November 2018, after finding out we needed to get a new roof put on our RV. They did about the laziest job you could imagine. Spent $5000 and then had to clean up all the glue they had dripped everywhere. All over the bed, all over the kitchen table, all over the loft cushion, this very sticky sticky glue that took hours to scrape up and wouldn't come off of everything. I think spending $5000 would warrant laying down some sort of protective measures for the interior?? We've already had to fix parts of the roof where it was coming up off of the sides, a month after they did it. Honestly not even sure what all they actually fixed correctly and what all they just made look like its fixed. Its just upsetting when you try to support a small business and they do an absolutely terrible job and charge you an arm and a leg for it. The staff inside was very nice and helpful though. If you just need some supplies from the actual store it isn't a bad place to go. Just never take your RV there for any major repairs or you will be seriously let down.
