Stay away from this place!!BEWAREJesus is a manipulative liar and will make it seem like he s going above and beyond for you until he makes a mistake and doesn t stand up on his word. He will order you parts stating he needs a VIN number for the vehicle you are ordering parts for but will still order the wrong parts, make you pay for them before ordering them and when you come back to return any parts he will deny that he ordered them wrong and that it was a mistake from the seller for the part. Wouldn t take back parts that were wrong and scams you out of your money. So please be very careful and pay attention to what you re ordering because he will make a mistake. Also there is no management available at any time. They will steer you and give you the run around when you ask for management. The worst business to make any type of business with. If I could give them -0 I would. Never coming back here again!

Ordered an ABS module for a dodge journey, found a specific part number i needed to properly install. They ended up not having the part number and instead sent me a different unit with a different part number. They guaranteed it was compatible and would work. Installed and the board was fried. Zero communication. It then took over a week to finally have them acknowledge and refund after several calls.

Oscar was awesome to deal with, did everything they could to save me some money as well. I work at a different yard and it s good to know there are other companies that make buying easy, even with how busy they are, they still made sure to follow up with me. Thank you again!

The person I spoke with was very polite and let me know they could order my part right away. Transaction was quick, and I got my part within a week. Their business was recommended, and I will be recommending in the future as well.

well priced . Was expecting my part to arrive Tuesday but got here Thursday. But joe was kind enough to stay after hours to make sure I got my part by Thursday since I get off work late. would still definitely recommend AR1 for your quick needs been a client for a while and not disappointed. Great place to find vehicle parts .

They were really friendly until I wanted to return something. I paid online and when i got there the part was wrong and i wanted to get refund. If you wanna return something even on same day, even if you didn t use it they ll charge you 25%. So if you paid $1000 for a part they return 750 instead $1000Do not recommend them, their policy is a scam. Worse experience I ever had.

Great customer service both times I ve gotten parts here. Joe helped me this last time. They had the parts when one else did and when i couldn t find parts anywhere they called me back weeks later when the part came in!! Highly recommended.

Don t recommend to buy from them. They Missunderstood and sold me wrong part. After I wanted return it they changed me 25% restocking fee which is 75$ from my 300$. Salesman unprofessional and will do anything to not return you your money in full amount

Service was helpful until there was a problem. I can't count how many times I've heard, I will talk to my manager and call you right back.". It was only outdone by "let me put you on hold. For just a second. " update. It's been a month. I heard I'll call you right back again today. Latest Jesus lie. The part is waiting to be shipped. Same thing that was said 9 days ago. When I asked to speak with shipping, he told me they did not have a phone. I guess he is running out of stories as they are getting more wild. By the way Jesus goes by Joe when it suits them.

I Live In Seattle WA and "Jesus" from AR1 Auto parts and Sales In Yakima WA Did what no Sales Rep would do in seattle i was running 2 hrs Late and they were going to close and Jesus literally helped me Pay for my Transmission over Online and he took it Home And gave it to me then so the Man Is A Real life Hero for going the Extra Mile for AR1 auto parts also considered they was the only Place that Had A Transmission for my Audi Tt Quattro Thank You.

My experience with this place was not very pleasant. This last time I was there I bought a Key ignition with a key From the beginning, I got the wrong part I took it back they gave me another one. It was the wrong part I took it back they gave me wrong part again and they didn t want to give me a refund I had to argue with The sales person finally he gave me my money back, but my argument was that it wasn t my fault, so why should I not get my money back? It was his fault from the beginning it was frustrating.

Great experience dealing with Ari Auto Parts - Jesus is very accomidating in finding the right parts for my Mercedes diesel. Prices are much better than elsewhere and parts are clean and well presented. I would recommend Ari Auto Parts.

Don't trust a word these guys say I called them regarding a hitch for my 2019 chevrolet silverado 1500,I told them it's a never body style truck.they told me they got 2 of them I clearly told him I'm all the way in seattle and to make sure they have it before I make a trip called them 3 times regarding this and every time they confirmed they had it ,so I made a trip to them and they didnt even have a never body truck at all so basically I drove 3 hrs each way for no reason,do your self a favor and go somewhere else besides these guys

Excellent customer service, prices are fair, and they have a well stocked yard. I worked with Lupe and Oscar to get a speedometer and a Toyota engine, and they both made sure everything regarding the transaction was clear. Although AR1 was very busy when I visited, both individuals made time to take me out to the yard or leave their desk to talk to me and ensure I was satisfied with my purchases.Service: Part finding & extracting

A friend of mine recommended me to go here and they had just the part I was looking for. I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped with anything or if I was looking for anything specific. The guy's name was Oscar, he was very friendly and helpful. Within minutes he was able to locate the part I needed for my vehicle and helped me with purchasing it right away. While I was purchasing the part he let me know that it normally takes 24 hours to get a part pulled but that he was going to do his best to try and get it to me before the end of the day. He was very considerate of the fact that the part we need is for my AC to work and having two small children how important it is to get it working ASAP with the weather being so hot. He also came outside and looked at my vehicle and is going to look for a few more parts that I need. If you want excellent customer service and not just a pushy salesmen along with great deals go see Oscar. I highly recommend going and checking them out!Service: Part finding & extracting

You have to prepay before go and pick up a part. Then Charging you 25% fee after you wanna return wrong part that they sold you. Zero customer service. Zero respect to the customer. Go buy somewhere else but not here

Great staff, was able to get the parts I needed and have them pulled for a great low price!!! As a working woman with no experience with auto work, it was nice to know they were taking care of it.
