So far I have brought 3 vehicles to have the transmissions rebuilt by AAMCO. Their guys are very kind and knowledgeable and are masters at what they do. They just rebuilt the transmission on my work van. And it drives amazing now! Thanks to all your technicians and their hard work! In August 2023 i had Ammco check out my truck because if was making noise while driving. They looked at the transfer case oil and decided it needed replaced. We spent $1200 for a new case and had them put in it. Come to find out it wasn't the transfer case it was the rear end making the noise. We ended up needing to purchase a new vehicle. . The messed up part is they tried to say, they said it was the rear end during the initial 1st inspection. . I had to basically tell Zack that I talked to him personally on the phone and he told me it was the transfer case so I bought it, and zack said they would put it in for $200! They didn't charge me for the installation of the TC because abvously messed up. This is the 2nd time they "LOOKED" at one of our vehicles. The other truck they were supposed to look at the transmission and make sure it was running smoothly. Its now sitting in my parking lot broken un able to be driven along with our orher truck with a bad rear end.. Be careful taking a vechile there for service and get a second opinion if it's a big fix.

These guys surprised me on how inexpensive their work was and how they went above and beyond what I needed done. I was expecting a big bill and it was very low and they fixed my issue and also did some other things much needed. Brad and the crew are extremely friendly, informative and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns about your transmission. Any issues in the future, I am coming back here! 5

My husband and I will never go to any other place for our transmission needs! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I always refer them to friends and family or whomever else. Went in to get my Jeep diagnosed for some transmission problems and from the start Aamco was very clear and transparent on how they operate and onces I got my Jeep back they told me what they saw and gave me some great suggestions as to what can get done. 100% would recommend to anyoneService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Best shop I've been to hands down had my transmission rebuilt on my 96 S10 runs flawless Zach and his crew are very knowledgeable nice people will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. Had my 04 Dodge transmission rebuilt here a few years ago. Great service. The guys did a fantastic job both keeping me informed and workmanship. No problems at all. Took it in today for a tranny problem. They found it was not the transmission at all just a short in something I didReal professionals there. I would recommend them highly.Had my transmission serviced and runs great!!

Great work done on my 2002 Silverado HD. Very reasonable for the rear main and transmission service performed. Same day service for me and very nice people. Definitely would go back again.

The best service we have ever had. Personable, polite, empathetic to the needs of our family and extremely reasonably priced. We needed our car back to pick up our daughter from Seatac on Sunday, Jr. Came in on Saturday to make sure we had our car to do so. We dealt with Jr. mostly, but the entire team made it possible. Really honest shop, they helped me figure out that my transmission was extremely low on fluid due to a bad repair another shop did. I will be taking my car back in to make sure it is working fine and the repair has been done correctly now.

I took my truck here to have a new transmission put in, it ran good for a year and started to lean fluid, luckily it was under warranty so I called to have it fixed. I took it in the day they told me, and they overbooked and didn't have room so I had to come back the next day. I took it in and they said it was the pan bolts, they tightend them and sent me on my way. A week later, the leak is worse than before and they keep pushing my appointment back. Since I've already paid, it seems as if its on the back burner for them

They worked on my 73 international Pickup. Joe knew exactly what was needed before the project even started. A few parts were a little more difficult to track down but all were found and the truck shifts better than it ever did.

I highly recommend. They rebuilt My k1500 transmission and they also took the time to replace other sensor I didn t know about behind the dash. They explain everything well and best part is they showed the parts that was replace.

Took my 06 silverado in, the guys were great and helpful. They found out it wasnt a tranny issue and let me know without even charging me for the diagnostic. 5 stars for their helpfulness and honesty.

We had our transmission rebulit a year ago and pretty much as soon as we got the truck back it was clunking into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. It was not smooth. I took my vehicle back for the yearly maintenance inspection and told them it was clunking into those gears and they basically dismissed me and told me it had nothing to do with the transmission. I went to the Yakima wa branch. They are horrible it's the second vehicle that ive had that they didn't do it right on. I would advise never to use aamco they do not represent customer service and they don't care if you have a warranty. I'm truly upset and outraged that this is happening. I will take to another mechanic who knows what they are doing to get it diagnosed since aamco employees are in incapable.

We had our transmission rebuilt in Portland Or. 82nd St. AAMCO. We had a few issuses and did not want to take it back to them. Our tranny was completly burned up. After doing some talking with the Corporate office and requesting another shop, we were sent to AAMCO in Yakima WA. (we are up to 85 to 130 miles from a AAMCO dealer) All said and done Jason Guerin was great at helping us get the rebuild. Jason kept us up to date when we called. We got a list of what was done and replaced, they also saw another problem not related to the transmission and fixed it and we were very happy to pay for the repair. WE feel the Yakima AAMCO store is the place to go. Great people, friendly, good service. THANK YOU JASON AND YOUR WHOLE CREW.BUD AND NORMA GEANE CRAINP.S. report back this spring when we haul our fifth wheel.
