By far the best service I have ever had, both customer and car car. They go WAY above and beyond to make sure everything is running in tip top shape! I will continue to drive well out of my way to get this kind of service. They are fantastic at reminding me I'm getting close to needing service and they always check in with me both shortly after service and well down the road to make sure everything is running as intended. Have been coming here for close to a decade now for all of my vehicles.

We use impact auto for all our auto needs. They are quick to get us in and out. They are very kind and generous.They also worked on our motorhome, and because we stay in it they were quick and got us back on the road again.I just can't say enough about their kindness and how thorough they are .Thanks for being such a great part of our community.Brenda and Tim

Impact Automotive did a thorough inspection of my F350 Diesel and did the necessary repairs to get me back on the road. I am now aware of additional maintenance that needs to be done and will be returning to complete those preventative repairs soon. Brad was great to work with and communicated with me about everything that they were doing. Highly recommend

We got our car back working great. It was defrosters not working due to actuators. Impact Auto did it for the original estimate by getting around an obstacle that cut the cost allowing us to replace all 5 actuators still keeping the overall cost at the original estimate. That was a good move because trust is important and we trust these guys. Very professional.

Brad is the best mechanic that there is. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Brad. I met brad through a child hood friend of mine. My friend has a diesel. There was an issue with his diesel. He called Brad and Brad walked him through how to fix it for free over the phone. I have then sent my entire family to Brad for anything vehicle related, never had an issue.~Jeremy~

Clean understanding laid out after diagnosis of vehicle, repair costs explained in detail before any work was done. Work done to satisfactory and in timely manner. I have used Impact Automotive for many vehicle repairs over the years and this is the standard they have operated with every time.

Great environment, very friendly staff. They were not pushy about getting anything else done except what I requested (oil change). A very detailed estimate was provided with suggestions fir repairs and pictures to give me a better visual of what they are talking about. I would recommend Impact Automotive to everyone! I live outside of La center city limits and this is the only place I take my diesel pickup.They have a system where they message you what they want to do through this simple to use and easy to understand program, and the estimated cost prior to starting work. If something comes up during work they send another, so you always know what is going on.I ve had nothing but great experiences with Brad and is employees. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Brad and Melissa along with staff at Impact Automotive have always been top notch in how they take care of our cars. Chris and the guys will stop their tasks to check tire pressure, or answer a question I might have about one of our vehicles. The prices at Impact are better than "competitive", and you don't spend all morning sitting in a crowded waiting room. It's a no- brainer in my opinion.

Staff is great,makes you feel welcome and addresses concerns with vehicles. Really like the visual inspection they provide with pictures. Knowledgeable and timely. Need a dependable place close by. Sends out reminders by text. Updates if necesary. Should do very well in Yacolt. Thank you.

Took my 7.3 idi and toyota sequoia in for repairs. Everyone was very professional and they stand behind thier work. My 7.3 was having fuel issues, and after having it fixed it still had a small leak that was missed. They got it right back in and fixed. Really like the online inspection results with pictures and videos. Proof they aren't trying to say something is wrong when it's not like some shops.

The customer service is so great. I honestly feel that my vehicles performs better then any time I have owned it after being serviced by Impact. Again Impact Auto's customer service and quality of their work is in a class of its own.

Clutch repair, adjustment and oil chang. - Excellent customer service. Excellent workmanship and they stand behind their work as well.Text approval process a little confusing. Customer care excellent though.Pricing reasonable for work done.Love the list of other things they find that will need work done in the future with estimate of cost so I can budget that in for future repairs.Good listeners and through.Definitely will use again in the future.

After having a frame swap on my truck no one seemed to be able to get all the loose ends tied up , finally I went to impact and they got it all dialed in and it runs right again . highly recommend this shop

I had a bunch of work done to my Promaster 3500 Cargo van. This included brakes, shocks, transmission service and a new engine installed. I found this shop to be extremely knowledgeable. They are very good on what they do and I'm happy with the end results. Thank you for doing such a great job. :)

They were very accommodating, and the communication was definitely the easiest I ve ever experienced while dealing with any type of appointment. They respected my wishes and were very kind! I drove my late husband's truck for over a year after being told my rear brakes had been inspected and adjusted by Vancouver Toyota's repair shop. They reported to me that there was no issue with the rear brakes. At the time, I emphasized to them that I needed the truck fully inspected and repaired so I would have a safe truck to drive. The brakes didn't feel right after that visit, but I believed them.When I brought the truck to Impact Automotive for an oil change and air conditioner repair, I asked them to check the brakes because they didnt feel right.Impact Automotive discovered the brakes had been put together wrong. I was driving an unsafe vehicle for over a year!!!Now my truck brakes are working correctly.Thank you Impact Automotive for ensuring I have a safe truck to drive.

Is the shining example of a hometown local business. Brad and Melissa are very friendly and honest. I really really like the diagnostic PDF file that they sent me, with pictures. Absolutely impressed by that idea. They told me about all the work, prices, labor costs, parts costs. All upfront, so I went in knowing everything. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with other automotive repair places. 4 years of exceptional maintenance and repair services on my dodge Ram. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The drive to Yacolt is beyond worth the service you will receive.
