I always have a great experience with the Reeds Automotive team! They always want to run a check on your car to make sure they are fixing your actual issues. I am also pleased that I can get a list of maintenance(s) I should look into getting due to damages or the usual replacements that are needed.

Reeds automotive has become our favorite and only go to mechanic for our family cars. They are knowledgeable, diligent in car repairs or diagnosis and their pricing is reasonable. They have great business integrity.

Had a big job with a new engine put in our van. Reed's automotive did a great job communicating everything that needed to be done and now the van runs and drives great! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bearing replacement in front wheel hubs, steering components and steering shaft replaced with front alignment. Drives like a new vehicle, very happy with the end result...... I had an emergency with my brakes they let me drop my car off and took me home and came and picked me up the next day when it was completed great guys I now feel safe in my car

Reed s took great care of my truck overhaul. I dropped off a 1978 F-150 4x4 shortbox Lariat in rough condition with a goal of making it safe to drive with my family. We replaced the entire brake system, steering system, alternator upgrade to 1 wire, starter upgrade, rebuild Transfercase, new axels and third member to change gears to 411 s, new electric fan radiator, rewire all engine compartment, new Holley carb, tune the 460, new water pump. It was a big project. In the end all I wanted was for them to treat the truck like it was theirs. I got what I wanted. Head mechanic Chris Reid was meticulous and allowed me to have input as we worked thru the project. Head service manager John Port maintained good communication with me and budget updates as we sourced parts.Overall I felt the quality was amazing and I trusted them and feel like I made a great decision to partner with Reed s Automotive on this major project.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

They are the best around and worth the time to go a bit further out. I take my old SUV in for maintenance they recommend and I've been going without a car breakdown for years.

Friendly people working in the office, I had a fault code on a Jeep that was turning off and on while traveling to Spokane. They were busy, but willing to hook up the scan tool to send me in the right direction of what could be the problem. I appreciate them taking the time to do this. Thank you!

They did repairs on my vehicle but missed a major component and let me drive the car for nearly 10k miles on a ball joint with "1/2 inch" of play. Recently I took the vehicle in for an oil change at the dealership and was flagged for excessive front tire wear and bad alignment. I had my favorite tire shop replace the worn tires and redo the alignment (it had a slight right pull since they initially made repairs but the reeds service advisor had convinced me it was just the crown of the road >.<). Tire shop said something was worn out in the front end, I took it back to reeds for them to verify and was then was informed the ball joint was worn out. I have never felt more violated, this shop missed a big item and risked my safety along with my fellow motorist. Wow.. just wow. They offered to continue repairs the vehicle, but I have zero trust in this facility. Will not visit again, and will not recommend to a friend!!Update after another shop inspected: front ball joint nut was not torqued and it backed out. Thanks Reeds automotive...

This is the 2nd time my family has used this place and just like the 1st time we are very pleased. My vehicle is running like new for a 20 year old vehicle. My vehicle was only there for a few days and today I was able to get my vehicle back. Since I didn't have a way to pick it up before they closed, Aaron, a guy there picked me & my grandson up in my own vehicle and of course we took him back to the shop. This is GREAT customer service at it's best. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road and safe. The only place we take our vehicles. They are extremely friendly, fix all our issues in a timely manner and are not trying to up-sell you a completely new car every time you show up like most repair shops. Great people! I've been using this place for years. I've never had a problem, they help me schedule times that work for me, and they get things done quickly.I mostly have them help me diagnose problems and get help with issues I can't do myself.The parking lot here is overloaded!

Excellent lightening clearly does strike twice in the same place! Second time we needed emergency repair service from Reeds (different vehicles) and they came through to perfection. They are professional, highly organized and provide both comprehensive and swift service. They simply cannot be faulted in any way. I took my Subaru in at 10:00 a.m., they replaced the alternator and had it ready for pick up within 3 hours ! They are fantastic ! I highly recommend them ! Easy to work with and so respectful of the elderly ! It's a great honest place to take your vehicle for any repair that's needed !! 91 ford f250/88 Bronco. Power steering pump, water pump, rear main seal, radiator, brakes all around, ball joints, ignition switch, speedometer, alignment and more. No issues with the work or quality. I trust my trucks with Reeds.

Big thanks to John at Reeds auto for researching a warranty recall through dodge. He savd me about 3500. Really needed this break. Would definitely recommend these guys. Wonderful service! I got a flat while driving through the mountains in Washington and (being from Kansas) wasn t sure where to go once I got my spare on. I was lucky to find Reeds. I figured I d have to have it replaced, instead they took a look, patched it, and had me on my way in 15 minutes. All FREE of charge. I am so appreciative for their help and kindness! These guys are great!! I wouldn't take my car any where else. They even provided me with a local body shop when they couldn't get my hood opened. The body shop (Premier autobody in Woodland) they recommended was also awesome! I would not trust my car to anyone else. Reed's is my go to place, I highly recommend them. They do what they promise to do, in good time!!

Reed s is the most honest shop you will encounter. Anytime I come in, I am always greeted by a smile. The work is always done in a timely manner, and it is done right with a great warranty!
