Absolutely fantastic customer service and diagnostic skills. I was able to drop off my Jeep with it still on the trailer. They unloaded the jeep and put my trailer in their locked back lot so it wouldn t be stolen. When the Jeep was ready for pickup they moved it all out to the front for me. Absolutely amazing. Will be bringing more vehicles to them soon.

I have now brought 3 different vehicles to My Auto Works. Great shop, highly recommend. They have always done a great job with fair prices. Even had them go up to bat for us with the dealership that should have been covering work under warranty. Recently our son had to have his car towed and he sent the driver to My Auto Works in Woodland. They fixed his car within 2 days and charged him a fair price. They have very good customer service at both locations. Great customer service starts at the top so kudos to the owner for making that a priority; its hard to find these days.

I was looking for an auto shop I could trust and I found it at My Auto Works. I sent my car in on a tow truck, and the fix was relatively simple and they did not charge me for their service. They could have easily told me it was something significant and costly, but they were honest and great. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Great job, great people and most important honest.

I went to this shop with high hopes, But what I got was nothing like I expected.I was charged $ 400.00 for checking out the truck service to manual transmissionWas told that the repair on the rear differential would be $ 3500.00 and probably as high as $4200.00 so I did not let them do the work and took it to a shop Vancouver who by the way gets there parts from the same supplier.The final cost to rebuild the differential completely with the Jasper r and r kit and rack and pinion total was $ 1600.00So who s kidding who by way over charging Thanks but no Thanks. You guys ask for my opinion you got it

It was good i normal use you guys with the place i work at which is the trailer store in woodland. The only issue i had was when i first handed it off it was a full tank of gas and when i got it back i didn't even make it to the gas station a mile away and the coolant lid was wide open and the main engine motor cover was loose as heck. I like using your shop so please DOUBLE check your work or even TRIPPLE check your work even if your positive you did. I learned that the hard way and I never make any trailer check mistakes for the past 2 1/2 years. Been doing them for 3 to 4 years now. Other than that im happy with it and will always use your shop because it the last one i completely trust all thanks to TEDD for the good and hard work he has done for me.

Repair costs more than other shops. Wanted to charge for diagnostic for problem that they were told was the issue By another shop. When they found that was indeed the problem, they did not continue the diagnostic to find out that the reason that part was the problem is because it didn t have power, so was charged to replace the part that may not have been necessary, because we ended up replacing the part that was causing the lack of Power also Costed us three times as much as the original repair. Refused to go to other sources for cheaper, but namebrand parts even when we gave them the contact. Additionally, tried to upsell us into services we did not ask for.

These guys are just the best! I can really tell they care about their customers. I am from out of state and was having trouble with my brakes while passing through. Ted and Sam were able to fit me in with little notice and worked hard to make sure my car ran smoothly. It was priceless to have that peace of mind about my car while on a road trip. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Very helpful and pleasant to chat with. Quick and good mechanics.*Update* My truck needed a water leak fixed and I couldn't get to it, so I dropped it off here. Turns out it need a lot more work than we both thought. They explained everything that needed to be done and finished it so fast. They even have financial help if need.I highly recommend them-again-.

Absolutely awful business practices I spent over $6000 on a rear end that lasted for 13,000 miles then when I brought the truck in for warranty work, Ted refused the warranty and tried to charge me another five to $6000 to fix the rear end. Do not use the shop. I have contacted an attorney over this issue. This is absolutely terrible business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called My Auto on Monday, and they got me in 1st thing the next AM, I expected a $ 400 ish repair and a hassel with my extended warranty. They solved the problem by cleaning out a air valve and saved me $300, new front brakes and oil change done Instead. I took my utility trailer in to see if they could fix a problem with clearance and tail lights. Ted was very personable and helpful. The problem was solved quickly and at a reasonable cost. Last year I brought my 77 mustang here for a new radiator. It was great they had it for a week $1300 I was happy. I brought that same mustang back & trusted her with a guy named Ted I believe. Super disappointed with the experience. He had it for about a month & never called me about her. Everytime I called I got some run around. They had my blessing to fix any problems & in that month nothing got fixed.told me it was going to be 3k to rebuild my c4 transmission & after learning he hadn't fixed any of the problems we discussed I picked her up. It was almost $400 for them to do absolutely nothing. If the age of the vehicle was the problem I wish they told me instead of letting her sit in the dusty parking lot for a month.

Yes they fixed my car it was great then I brought them my truck they gave me the 1 hour diagnostics a little discount at the end when I picked up my bill they charged me $14 for shop supplies I asked the mechanic what supplies did you use mechanics said nothing just put the cap in the rotor on so I asked the service writer why do I gotta pay for supplies when the mechanic didn't use any the service writer replied everybody pays that well unfortunately that's something I believe is like stealing I didn't pay for anything didn't get anything didn't receive anything didn't order anything but yet I had to pay $14 for shop supplies If he's considering pen's paper paper clips and toilet paper supplies that's usually from the owner gets the tax break and the right off from the supplies so you either get the right off from the supplies or you charge it for the customer can't have both I don't like paying for something that I did not receive that's wrong big time wrong

I was on a leisurely trip up to Mt. St. Helen's when my power steering went out on my truck. I used brute strength to power that bad boy back down the mountain sweating the entire time. I arrived at My Auto Works around 1:30. They diagnosed the steering and had a new pump ordered from Kelso and I was back on the road same day before they closed. AMAZING service. Thank you for your kindness and rushing to get the job done!

We have used Autoworks for our family auto needs several times and always get excellent service. Their prices are fair, staff is pleasant and straightforward. Ted(we call him Hopper) explains everything well and tells us what is urgent and what can wait. I had a wonderful experience with My Auto Works. I was having issues trying to connect with a chevy dealership and I was referred to call My Auto Works from a family member. Ted was great ! He took the time to hear my concerns on my vehicle and worked with me to drop my vehicle off for a diagnostic. In total my car was at the shop for 1 day and they were able to locate the problem and order the new part and instal. Utmost professional and efficient auto shop ever ! Thank you Ted for working my car in on such short notice , I appreciate it so much ! Not only did you take the time to listen to me describe the noises my car was making ranging from zero to mildly subtle , to really loud rubbing, you made sure you were able to hear it for yourself before diagnosing the problem . You were able to schedule my service the following business day and complete the repairs all while being short staffed. I can t give enough positive feedback on my experience, 5 stars isn t enough. Thank you Ted and staff, I will continue to come here for my auto needs .

The team at auto works was awesome! I would definitely recommend them for your auto repairs. Very fair, knowledgeable and honest. Although Auto repairs are expensive and tough to handle, My Auto works made it easy to trust and ensure my car was in good hands. This is an Auto shop you can bring your car to and not worry. Worked with Ted. He was very cordial, informative, honest, caring, communicative and more. He replaced my boat trailer axle. Shared all the big things and little things that I needed to watch out for going forward. Didn t over promise or under promise. So impressed I think I ll use this company for my truck service. After my experience with My Auto Works I wont go anywhere else. This was the 1st shop iv had to use in Washington.Im a self employed Plumber from out of state building a new life with new connections. These guys are truly friendly and professional. I had major transmission issues on my wifes Pathfinder. They were able to diagnose the issue. Get a factory replacement transmission.. Installed to perfection.. At a decent price and super fast.We appreciate it My Auto Works you got a life long customer here..
