I moved to woodland 21 years ago and have been using the Letter Box for all my shipping needs. Their friendly and helpful service is just another one of the reasons I love living in Woodland.

I came in needing to get a tag and title done for a fleet vehicle and Ms Amy Tabor helped me. And when I tell you top tier service. She ran into a issue with the names not matching on some part of the paperwork. I got on the phone with the tag and title dept at my job and as they were checking on their end Ms Amy continue to search as she noticed that we come their to do all of our fleet vehicles when in the area. She ended up finding what she needed in order to complete the registration. Anyone else would have stop there and told me that there was nothing else they could do especially when the place started to get full of people. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting this vehicle registered. Thank you Mrs Amy you are the real MVP!!

Absolute greatest service ever!! The staff is always prompt to greet me, courteous and friendly while assisting me every time I renew one of our vehicle licenses. The lobby is meticulously clean, welcoming, and warm with fun auto travel decor.This time's no different. Amy went out of her way to help resolve our current situation quickly, painlessly, and with what seemed the greatest of ease! Well done Amy. You're the BEST! Thank YOU!!

Usually customer service is alright, but the last time was horrible. The lady was very abrupt and rude, seemed like she was having a bad day? Didn't appreciate her bad attitude so probably will just renew online from now on. Plus they only take cash / check so it's just an extra hassle to go there.

This place continues to be where the worst of the worst customer service representatives find work. Woodland is a small town where a reputation is easy to acquire, and this place is no exception. Do yourself a favor and go to the next licensing place. After FOUR attempts to get my new car licensed it still isn t done despite messages from Lewis River Auto Licensing stating they had all the documents they needed. Each time stating they were wrong and needed an additional document. The only redeeming quality is that the old lady that use to work the front desk is no longer there. She was as delightful as a thorn. If you re looking for consistency though, this place is it. You can always count on awful service and needing to come back several times to get what you wanted completed correctly the first time.

Fast efficient service and friendly employees! From start to finish, obtaining our new license plates took under 15 minutes! The inside is decorated nicely and shows personality, which I ve not seen in a department of motor vehicles in the past. It was such a surprise to walk out of the Lewis River Auto Licensing building with our brand new license plates in hand! Kudos!

The staff at the Lewis River Auto licensing are amazing, I came in 10 minutes before they closed and they helped me out to fill out the right paperwork for registering my boat.The boat was from Oregon and the trailer was never registered since Oregon does not require them to be registered.I don't know what other reviewers here say about them not being able to handle Oregon registration that's complete nonsense.The lady that helped me knew all the paperwork that I needed to fill out and she filled it out for me all I had to is review and sign.I found knowledgeable kind and helpful staff only.From now on I will be going here with all my Auto licensing needs.Thank you very much for all your help!

Amy is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. Driving to Woodland to receive top notch service with a smile is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Lewis River Auto Licensing!

I had STOPPED using the Woodland Auto Licensing agency for years and was going to Ridgefield for my licensing needs; but I had an issue with my mobile home title elimination and stopped in to see if I could get any help at all and was delighted to see the change that has taken place with the new ownership. Amy was sooooo helpful and went above and beyond to help me solve my problem and I am telling everyone about the transformation after the ownership change. I will ALWAYS use Lewis River Auto Licensing going forward! Thanks Amy and staff for such a great experience!!!

Came in with oregon title and bill of sale signed off by seller and bank lein holder with clearly printed "I transfer all rights, title and interest in the above described vehicle to:" and refused service since the bank sent me the title after the sale and they want a second release of interest signed by the seller on the title also even though the Oregon DMV form covers the legality of said interest. Bank loan officer included release of interest letter with personal contact information due to known washington state difficulty with understanding release of interest forms and procedure in Oregon state. I have had this problem for out of state vehicle transfers at this location but not others with the same documentation. I advise and will inform others to stay away from conducting business here and refer those parties to other locations. I am not interested in a response, debate or any assistance from this location on this matter here forward.

Amy and the team at Lewis auto have helped me register over 5 vehicles in the last 3 years. Very easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

Great to deal with! I have licensed probably 20 cars in the last 5 years in Washington. Lewis river auto licensing is by far the best licensing sub agent in sw Washington. I am moving out of woodland, but will be making the trek to use them.

We went in for a title in July, waited months and never received it in the mail, called to check for status and they had entered in the wrong address so we were told it would take another 6 - 8 weeks to receive the title, it's now November, still haven't received the title, called back and they said we got it in September and if we want a duplicate title it will be another $81. We never received the title, believe me, we have been looking for it. Very frustrated with this place, I would recommend going elsewhere for a title.

Good people with excellent service. They take cash or check only for payment, but there is an ATM in store.
