We bought new hubcaps for our car and found a stem leak...drove to the closest tire center and were most definitely not disappointed! They were fast, courteous, and fixed the tire for FREE! They even have amenities while waiting, free popcorn, coffee, TV, and phone charging. Thank you for getting us back on the road and for being so nice!

Les Schwab in Woodland delivered outstanding service replacing our rear brakes. We unfortunately had to tow our car to them after a caliper failed and getting an Insane quote from the dealership. Les Schwab was fast, professional, and 50% cheaper than the dealer. Highly recommend!

Had my sons car in for low tire pressure , our local store said there was nothing wrong with his tire , yet pressure kept dropping. This store found a piece of metal in tire , thanks for being thorough

My son took his car in to have a leak fixed on a back tire.They called my wife and said the alignment was causing severe wear in the nearly new tires and needed four new tires or they could blow out at anytime and couldn t be warrantied because of the alignment issue.I called them back and spoke with the guy that was working on the car and asked him if that was what was causing the flat he said I don t know I think it s a bead leak but I haven t checked. I asked how out of alignment they were he said I don t know it s just really obvious , but the car drives straight with no vibration and they just put those tires on recently.I told them to fix the leak, Brayden called me back and said hey boss the leak on your Honda crv is fixed and your car is good to go. Kind of weird they told my wife it wasn t drivable and told changed there story with me. This is why people are getting tired of Les Schwab.

I m not sure how this place doesn t have five stars, from everyone else. Let me share my experience. I love this Les Schwab tire center in Woodland. These folks are friendly!!! All my vehicles have tires from here!!! I bought my tires at a fair price.I had a nail in my tire today .They fit me in, even though they were busy, and they took care of the nail in my tire. They patched me up complementary! Love you folks!

This place was a normal les Schwab (money money money) always trying to sell you something. The past couple times I've went in they run out like the commercials and have excellent customer service.

Excellent service! I took my car in for service and they found a bulge in the side wall of one of my tires. I drove straight to Les Schwab where they took me as a drop in, checked the tire, recommended replacement, and gave me credit for the remaining tread. I was already due to have my seasonal tire replacement so they did that too! All in the same day. I have always had great service from the Woodland Les Schwab and will continue to use them!

On our way to a funeral in Wenatchee and were already running late. Got a flat tire on our trailer. Les Schwab in woodland opened 15 minutes early for us so they could get us back on the road. Two new tires and 30 minutes later we were back on the road. Thank you Les Schwab in Woodland Wa for helping is out!! Much appreciated!!!

My equipment trailer exploded a wheel bearing on I 5 while towing my tractor early Sunday morning. I had the semi tow truck take both to the Woodland Les Schwab. They contacted me Monday morning and said that the repair was above what they could do. (The spindle was gone and needed to be cut off and replaced) They took care of my equipment for 2 days and never changed me a dime while I made arrangements to get both picked up.

My vehicle was brought in for service while i was out of town. They performed and fixed my issue, however when I returned my vehicle was damaged. Not sure if it was their fault or a different customer while my vehicle was in their care, but it was not damaged when it was brought in. Their technician denied damaging the vehicle and their cameras for their security system have not worked for 7 or 8 months (so I was told). I went through claims process and was denied. I was told by claims agent that I can't prove that it happened at their facility, so they won't accept the claim. How do you prove fault when nobody does a vehicle assessment upon delivery and their camera system is not work. It is my word against theirs. Very disappointing from a company that I have gone to for 25+ years. They are protecting themselves with lack of documentation and fault/non-working camera systems.

Les Schwab always knocks it out of the park! Found a large screw in one of my tires and went in right when they opened. As always I was greeted fast and with a great attitude. I waited while they fixed it which they got done in about 20 minutes and did it all as a courtesy! I genuinely appreciate the level of service I consistently get from these guys. I will always come back and hope they keep expanding what they do because honestly I would probably come to them for any service offered. Thanks!

Not that it matters- but they lost me as a returning customer. I was within the terms of my warranty, but they would not honor it. go figure corporate America. I will be happy to take my business needs to a local business.

For years, I would send people to Les Schwab they cost a little more but their customer service was always worth it . My elderly father went in today to try to resolve an issue. At another location, we paid for the tire sensors to be rebuilt. When we received the vehicle (new tires as well) the tire sensor light was on still. I ask the Technician, he said that they had been rebuilt and it would turn off after driving several miles.It did not turn off, so today my dad took it to this location (Woodland). Where he was told No we did not rebuild the sensors, the charge you received was for tire stems then proceeded to try to charge him $360 to re-rebuild the sensors. I ll include a picture of the invoice.Never again Les Schwab, for me or my family. This place used to have the best customer service, they were fast, professional, and treated customers with respect. Now they are just using an old trusted name to upsell people.

Every time I come here, it's an hour AND A HALF! for less money and less waiting. Superior Tire IN LONGVIEW has better customer service, and they don't take your custom vale stems

We took our single tire in to be fixed. Right off the bat the lady at the front was very rude. She first asked if it was a Les Schwab tire and said if it s not they probably can t fix it??? And then she was very rude when we asked how long for a late. Us and the people in front of us walked out. You are loosing business because of the rude girl at the front

Went in for a same day tire repair, and I left within 30 minutes fixed up and for free. Great service and kind people.

Still waiting for a single tire replacement after 2 hours. About half an hour ago they moved my car into the shop. Never given an estimate of when it would be complete. Lady at the front desk never even told us to have a seat cause it'll be a while.

Had a sudden flat on our new tires we purchased at Les Schwab's in Newport OR. We pulled in and within an hour and half we had the tire fixed. They were super busy but the squeezed us in.

The staff is very rude, especially the lady in the front desk. After leaving my car for them to do the alignment, they never called me back to let me know the car was ready. After almost two hours, I went to pick up my car and I found my car parked in front of the business in an handicap space unlocked, without the alarm set. They guy who gave me the keys didn t explain well what they did to my car and didn t even reply you re welcome when I said thank you . First time using this place and they lost me as a customer.

The quality of service from Les Schwab tires has gone down so much in recent years. They used to run out to my car and ask how they could help. However they still offer great tires and have a great warranty.

I always have great service here. Unfortunately I had to replace my wheels since one of mine had a major crack and a replacement couldn't be found. They got my spare on and I made an appointment to get the work done (I didn't have time that day). I brought the truck back for the appointment and was in and out in an hour as promised!

Had a flat tire on a semi trailer pulled in there thinking it was like every other Les Schwab's that I've been to thinking somebody will be right there to greet me and ask what is the problem but that didn't happen here. I went in side the store talk to a man told him that I had a flat tire I need fixing almost 2 hours later I rolled out of their Bay they fixed it but it took about 2 hours to put a patch on a tire. This Les Schwab is certainly not like all the other Les schwabs that I have been to this place is very slow. but they did have clean restrooms

We had a tire blow out on our ancient RV on I5. Luckily we were 1/2 mile from Les Schwab. The friendly receptionist gave us directions, the competent technician told us our options (tires and wheels no longer made in that size) the hard working associate put on the spare. We were on our way in a couple hours. So grateful! A wonderful company!

Excellent customer service!!! Very friendly and helpful! On vacation and my rental got a screw in the tire of course! When calling to notify I was towing it to their location the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful giving me all of the options if they couldn t repair. Upon calling to check the vehicle arrived they were friendly about discussing ETA. They got it looked at in a very reasonable time. Then when I picked up the car they told me it was an easy repair and complimentary. I have no idea why they did that for me but it was such a nice surprise I was able to take my mom out for dinner instead of paying for a flat repair. No one should get the impression from this that services like this should ever be free! But after that nice gesture, Im reminded how important customer service is. While I don t live in this area, I will definitely be looking to Les Schwab in my area for future tire needs! And my local family will look to the Woodland location for their needs. Thanks guys!

Left home with a dashboard alert of low tire pressure. Stopped off at Les Schwab in Woodland and was greeted by service tech Anna. She cheerfully checked tire pressure in all four, left front was 10 lbs low, so she filled, and during her inspection found a nail in that tire. We left the car there at 9:30 for repair, and returned at 1 to pick up. We were surprised that the tire was fixed at no charge! Outstanding customer service, with a special high five shout out to Anna, who was marvelous! Thank you LS and Anna!!!7/30/22 Here's another 5 stars for Les Schwab! Had another alert of low tire pressure on another tire. Pulled into shop, greeted again by Anna who checked tires, finding LF down 10 lbs, and filled to correct pressure. Suggested appt to check, which we did today and they found a small nail causing the loss of air. Repaired as a courtesy with no charge! They are the best!! High Five!!!10/5/22 Can't praise Les Schwab enough for their superb customer service! Had another incident where I awakened to find a flat tire on my car parked in the garage, after picking up a nail. We called Triple A to change out, and I took the damaged tire to Les Schwab in Woodland. Upon arrival a tech examined an said it could be fixed. Courteous Mikayla set my appointment. I returned next morning to pick up car, greeted again by Mikayla and tech Anna who cheerfully helped me check out. LS didn't charge for this service, quite incredibly! They are wonderful!!!

I went in for a flat repair and possibly new tires. The service was great, my tire was repaired within the hour very late in the day. I didn't realize they did free flat repair even though I didn't buy the tires from them. I didn't purchase tires yet but they had what I needed in stock and gave me multiple options with no sales pressure. I am glad to have them in woodland.

I just had 4 tires installed on my pickup and was greeted and serviced by very professional employees. They did an excellent and timely job and will definitely return to this store for other work.
