Lazydays ? Seems to fit.I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience with your dealership in hopes of fostering improvement and enhancing future customer interactions. In a nutshell, my experience can be summarized as follows:1. Lack of Accountability: There seemed to be a lack of accountability across the board. The focus appeared to be solely on closing the sale without considering the broader implications for customer satisfaction.2. Communication Breakdown: Communication was severely lacking, both internally among your team members and externally with me as the customer. We received zero follow-up, and there were no calls from the salesperson, finance manager, or General Manager after the initial transaction.3. Exceptional Service Manager: The only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience was the exemplary effort put forth by the Service Manager. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident and deserving of commendation.Ultimately, I couldn't help but feel that once the sale was finalized, the level of care and attention dropped significantly. Where did the compassion go for the customer? It's essential for businesses to go beyond the call of duty, think outside the box, and make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. In today's competitive landscape, customer care is more critical than ever, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking in my recent interaction with your dealership. I trust that this feedback will be taken constructively and used to implement positive changes moving forward.

Spent 130k on a new RV, had a quick walk through because don t worry about it you have a 30 day adjustment period where we will fix any issues. Brought it in for the 30 day adjustment and mentioned the upper fridge door was scratched and it s only noticeable only in certain lighting. They won t replace it or fix it and want $340.00 for a new door. Glad I didn t buy the warranty from them and bought it elsewhere. Service took almost 2 months for the several minor issues, and other things said by sales were out and out lies. Avoid this unethical dealer. I ll deal with them in court.

This was the best dealership experience we have ever had. Zach went above and beyond being helpful to our needs. Very personal and polite. Would highly recommend to my family and friends and we will definitely be back. The professionalism and friendliness from your staff was much appreciated.

We had a new Service Advisor, Angela Thayer, who was such a pleasure to work with. She d call me back within 10 min when I had questions and gave a lot of information to my questions. I really enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend her.

Our Service Advisor was Angela Thayer- excellent customer service and experience. Angela walked us through the process and made sure we got what we needed with the best possible price. She kept us informed about any issues and explained all work done completely and honestly. This is a wonderful employee who made our experience positive.

I go here when i need a part or some input on repairing my travel trailer. The customer service is great. They always have what i need & they throw in confidence building "atta girl!! You got this" which goes a long way when I'm nervous & clueless about a task I'm about to embark upon.

I had recently purchased a used RV from this dealership and I had great experiences with them. First of all, I physically live in CA and considering the distance between us they made it very convenient and easy for me to not only see and test drive this RV but the entire transaction and paperwork went smoothly.Jim Cornett was my dealer, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He personally drove the RV from their dealership and met me at the Portland Airport with this RV so that I could see it and test drive it before I had to pick up my roundtrip flight back to CA. That way I didn t lose any time away from home or had to find accommodations in OR. Jim was very helpful and kept excellent communications open with me throughout the purchasing process. After I made the trip back up to Portland to buy this coach, Jim personally picked me up at the airport a second time and drove me to their dealership to fill out all of the paperwork and to make sure everything went smoothly. I was able to buy this RV and leave their dealership with it after just a few hours. The icing on the cake was dealing with getting it registered and title transferred to my State of California. This can be a headache and it was extremely time consuming as well as frustrating. When I contacted the sales manager about this at LazyDays in Vancouver for assistance, the manager who took care of this transaction put me in touch with their Tag & Title Clerk, Crystal Wegner.Crystal was absolutely AMAZING! After hearing about my struggles with my local DMV and still waiting to get the title transferred into my name as well as this coach registered so I could get new license plates and tags for it, Crystal jumped right in and took over this process for me. She literally made what seemed like a total headache into such a pleasurable experience. Any business would be so fortunate to have an employee like Crystal representing them after how she handled things with me. So thank you, once again, Crystal for making this process seamless and taking so much stress and frustration away after purchasing our RV. I received my plates, tags and registration within a week after Crystal took over and handled this issue I was having.Thank you, LazyDays RV in Vancouver, WA for making this transaction so simple and for the professionalism along the way. We couldn t be any happier with the outcome so far!

Ordered a new grand deign or 4 th RV so I knew what I wanted , upgraded almost everything gen set, upgraded solar for dry camp. Things started breaking on fit and finish on the way home.Called made an appointment a month out, I m the only person in my family that pulls it and I work out of town couldnt make the appointment ask if I could just drop it off a couple days in advance they said no we will make you another appointment. Again at there convenience , by then there was a recall on the axles, called on the day telling them I got off late but I would be there that day, mind you it was going to sit for 2 weeks because they were behind, service said no made another appointment now all my batteries are dead with an upgraded solar system like 0.0 volts they say your appointments in December just plug it in, and charge the batteries because your solar is somehow off line.I m done with this outfit I ll fix it myself worst customer service ever and I bought from camping world before. They just don t care about the costumer after they drive off the lot. Time to lawyer up ..

Kudos to Service Advisor Angela Thayer, who goes overboard to take care of her customers. Personable, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated with us every step of the way during the repairs on our Class C RV. We will definitely request her to take care of us next time we need service.

Worst customer service experience ever! Horrible service department procedures! We were scheduled for a repair 8 weeks out. We were given a price by e-mail and told it would take a day or two. Upon arrival, the rep we worked with had quit and no one knew anything about our repair. We were the. Told it would have to be estimated. 4 weeks they had it and no progress on our estimate at all! We called weekly, left messages and were given no calls back; even when we spoke to Steve, he had no update or apparently a clue about good customer service. He NEVER called or emailed us once about our progress! Unbelievable they are so bad at communicating. Multiple people in their lobby expressed similar feelings!

I had a roof leak in my trailer that I found during the first rain of the season this September. The service staff at the Woodland location discovered the source of the leak promptly when I came in for my appointment.I was worried about the integrity of the water-resistance of my roof going into the the long rainy season, so I reached out to management. The service manager, Josao, reassured me that I would get a high-quality repair when I sought out a deeper consultation. The tech team repaired the compromised area promptly and sufficiently. I haven t had any leaking issues since throughout several heavy rains. These guys do quality work and provide excellent customer service. This is the place to go for RV service work in SW Washington.

Won't buy another there or recommend. Sales department is fine. Service department is terrible. Took our Leprechaun in for warranty service and I ended up fixing things myself. The hot water heater temperature would scauld you. They said they replaced the thermostat. First trip my grandson burnt himself. I said it had two water leaks. They couldn't find them and charged me for looking. When I got home it still leaked. A plumber friend and I fixed the leaks. This is just part of the things not fixed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the sales department

Decided to buy a trailer here so it was new and had a warranty. First year the dealership had my trailer just as much as I did. Once I had it back I called and complain that my slide still didn t work. They offered to schedule me 5 months later once I was out of warranty to fix it but then I d have to pay. Trailer slide is still stuck so I can t haul it or use it and now is leaking. Will NEVER buy from here again and have steered friends away. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and go somewhere else! This place is a complete scam.

I have had mixed experiences w services here but Angela Thayer has been really great to work with. We started out a bit bumpy in the beginning but I must say she has made up for our shaky start and definitely goes above and beyond.I had an appt on Oct 17 and when I arrived however was informed it would be three weeks before it would be started on. That sucks considering they called me and told me my parts were in months ago and it took me a couple months to get an appt and then to now have to wait seems a bit ridiculous. Not Angela s fault but not great service in my opinion. I would rather have received a call telling me when I could come inthat it would take a day to be finished. We use our RV a lot so it seems silly to have it sit in their lot for three weeks when I made an appt ahead of time.Anyway thank you, Angela!

Lazydays in Woodland didn t tighten the bolts of the hitch they installed, then hooked up my new fifth-wheel to it and sent me down the road. When I got home and found what the problem was, I notified the Service Manager. He offered to send someone to tighten the bolts (which come off EASILY) and pay for repairs. I responded the same day with my availability and he never bothered to respond or send anyone. I ve since started taking my truck to local shops to assess the damage and have to pay out of pocket. Apparently, most mechanics won t touch a hitch. But they ll charge you to look over a hitch someone else installed. I can t take the truck on the highway without risking sending loose bolts into oncoming traffic. The entire Service Department was apathetic and careless. When I first arrived, I waited at the counter for almost ten minutes while several staff stared at their phone or chatted idly. When they did finally come to the counter, they were short and discourteous. The Technician who hooked up my trailer was much the same. None of them could tell me how to retract the slides manually.Sales and Financing was friendly and professional. Parts was helpful and fairly knowledgeable. If I ever buy a trailer from Lazydays again (which isn t likely at this point), I ll have a third party inspect the trailer before purchase. I ve never seen a company take such a careless attitude toward their customer s safety. The attitude it takes to install a hitch the way they did borders on willful negligence. This is hands down the worst experience I ve ever had with a purchase of this size.

We just completed purchasing a Raptor 415 from B Young in Woodland. Our salesman, Jim Cornett, was very knowledgeable about the product we purchased as well as the other RV's we looked at in comparison to what we bought. Juan, in finance, was terrific. He made the financing process one of the easiest I've ever been through. We even got to meet Bruce Young the day we bought our RV. It was very cool that he came out to the lot and chatted with us.We picked up our new trailer Saturday. Everyone was so nice and helpful while we were there. We spent 4 hours doing a walk through with Stephen. He explained everything thoroughly and was incredibly patient and easy to understand.I don't normally give a full 5 star rating but after much thought and the great feeling i had Saturday when leaving the dealership I thought they deserved it.I major factor to my rating is;We had a few minor hiccups along the way with calls not returned and not feeling like we were listened to the first day we visited. Then there was a pretty big misunderstanding about our goose neck hitch on the day of delivery lending justification to that feeling we were listened to.In the end, B Young did the right thing and treated us like our business mattered. Sometimes stuff happens....it's the way it's handled that allows you to see the true colors. I think B Young did a great job. They gave us a fair price and provided great customer service.

Service department is absolutely the worst! Waited 3 months for an appointment, my motorhome was there for 5 months. Getting info was like pulling teeth, most of the repairs were either subpar or not completed! Lets add insult to injury my Catalytic Convertor was stolen on their lot. They won't return my calls or emails asking for information on the repairs that they did. This was a service bulletin that they completed such fine workmanship.

I purchased a new Grand Design 23G from Lazydays RV of Vancouver, WA. Overall, very satisfied with the RV and the support from the dealer. A few problems arose early on (as is typical) and their Service Manager, Joe assigned to me an Advisor, Jeffrey Dietz. Jeffrey has been outstanding in attentiveness to my concerns and his willingness to go the extra mile is refreshing. Their dedication to customer satisfaction sets them apart. I would not hesitate to buy again from them.

I took my rig in to have it winterized and to repair my entry steps. The timing offered to complete the job was nearly exactly what they said and the price was as quoted. My experience was totally to my satisfaction

On 6/2/23 we were towing our new trailer on its maiden voyage. We were having serious sway issues, so we stopped in Woodland WA at Lazydays RV. I went in to ask for some advice and Steve Garvey, Service Advisor, came out and looked at my hitch setup. He decided to get the Service Manager (name forgotten but I think it was Steven) to take a look.Steven(?) offered some advice on how to adjust my hitch, and suggested that I would be better off with stiffer 10 ply tires. He also said the hitch had been installed incorrectly by the selling dealer.I asked if they could reinstall the hitch properly expecting the normal sure we can in about six weeks you get from RV service shops. Instead, Steve Garvery thought they could squeeze me in right away. I was blown away. These gentlemen offered me 15 minutes of advice without any expectation of getting paid for it. It was my idea to ask if they could reinstall the hitch that day. These guys treated me like I had bought the RV from them. They went way beyond what the normal dealership would do and both are a real credit to their employer.Lazydays RV is a top shelf outfit in my opinion. You can tell when a business has a great corporate culture. Next time I need an RV I am coming here.

Be careful about giving information. I had two hard checks on my credit without any permissions. They didn t even consult on which institutions they were using, which I would have said no..Then they sent a text saying financing was resolved, then turned around and said , oops

Angela Thayer, who works in the Service Dept at Woodland WA, was our Service Advisor while we had some warranty work done on our Grand Design Fifth Wheel. Working with her was an incredibly positive experience. Her attention to detail, her follow-through, and her communication skills were impeccable. We felt a real connection with her and trusted her implicitly throughout the entire process. Anymore, this type of high-level customer support and service is practically unheard of. Based on our experience with Angela, we highly recommend the Service Dept at Lazydays in Woodland WA.

Must not be too eager to sell any motorhomes, considering I have tried calling in 3 different times and greeted by a robot asking which department I'm calling for and saying sales just to get a voicemail for a receptionist immediately.... Speaks volumes as to how the rest of the communication will likely be with this dealership

I had to take my Hideout trailer in for a recall on the propane regulator. I was able to provide them with information on the regulator so they could get preapproval from Keystone to do the work and order the part. This allowed the job to be done in one day (a few hours actually) so I didn't have to make 2 trips and spend a lot on fuel and time. The dealership is very nice, clean and open with lots of models to look at.

Worst dealership to buy from. Bought a new 2022 trailer. Only had issues from day one water leaks all over, bad floors, bad roof, bad rear makers lights letting water in and a lot more I could mention. The trailer falls apart just sitting have had it for over 7 months used one night. It s a nightmare don t trust towing it do to poor quality. They take forever on fixing it months at a time. Never call back, also hard get ahold of. I feel I have been robbed by them. There products is garbage. Definitely will tell all my family and friends stop buying from them. Everyone I know rides and hunts they will loose a lot of service. I know a lot of people. Will be calling the manufacture and claiming a lawsuit taking it to arbitration. Thanks lazy day, your name says it all.
