During the recent snow storm in January, we arrived home from vacation unable to get up our long, steep, paved driveway due to the snow (but the main roads were snow plowed and bare in areas). We attempted to drive up our driveway, but we slid back into a ditch. We were stranded and desperately needed help that night with early meetings the next morning and our driveway was blocked with our car. We called AAA but they could not find anyone that would come out that night (it would be sometime the next day before they could help us). We called so many other towing companies and were losing all hope until we called Jack's Towing in Woodland. He came out and rescued us and what a life safer he was. This is a business you can rely on and they deliver what they promise. We can't thank this company enough!!!! We are so grateful for their quick response and help that evening!!

After being stuck on the shoulder of I-5 for 6 hours, Jack's towing came to our rescue. The road was very icy and he didn't have to but he took us as close to our hotel as he could. He was super! He hadn't eaten all day but was out helping people. We really appreciated his help.

We blew a tire on our trailer on the side of I5 and and we were having trouble changing it. We called two other places nearby and they couldn t communicate well and one wanted us to respond to text messages with web links that didn t work.Then we called Jack s. They knew exactly where we were, told us exactly how much it would cost, asked perfect questions about the quality of our spare and if we were in a safe spot. The stuff you should ask a traveler before you head out. And they were there in 25 minutes. Changed our tire, made sure I knew what pressure it should be at, and got us on our way. Professional. Nice on the phone and nice in person. Grade A.Service: Tire change

No one loves getting towed but I couldn t have asked for better help. I desperately wish I could remember the name of the tow truck driver because he was beyond kind. My car broke down on the side of a highway with my 2 year old and my Chihuahua who s nothing short of vocal. This man loaded my sons car seat in his truck and strapped it in, was super patient with me in a very stressful situation being miles from home and When we got to the parking lot we dropped my car off at before I could get it towed to a shop in Portland he waited with me. Then after all the paper work was done offered to wait with me the entire time(my mom was about an hour away from picking us up) because there was some sketchy people around. This is the first time anything like this had happened to me and I m beyond grateful for the above and beyond kindness and service I was provided. Thank youService: Car towing

I had the worst experience ever with Jack's, so extremely disappointed by the rude behavior. I will never use them again. We were waiting on the side of the freeway and a truck pulled in behind me. Thought it was the tow truck guy. It was instead the WSDOT incident response truck. He started to change the tire. Tow truck guy then shows up 5 minutes later. I roll down the window, saying I didn't know the WSDOT was really doing this. I wanted the tow truck guy to take my car to keep the WSDOT guy safe. Tow truck guy comes to my window, says great, you call me and then you cancel, and throws his arms in the air and walks off. Before I could even talk to him. Rudest behavior ever.Service: Car towing

Quickest response I ve ever seen from a towing company. Literally 10 minutes. My daughter was stranded 141 miles from home near Woodland on i5 northbound, coming to Gig Harbor I called Jacks towing and Carl showed up. My daughter said he was the nicest guy. She had a flat so he switched it with the spare tire and she was on her way home safely. Thanks Carl

I am an Allstate Agent and one of our insureds was stranded on the side of the road following an accident. He had noone to pick him up. They went out of their way to take him to an Enterprise. Driver showed up really quick, was knowledgeable about how to get the spare out from under the truck. He was very friendly and was very fast at getting the tire swapped out. Super helpful! Called them from out of state to pick up family members with a blown tire on I-5 over spring break. After some initial confusion about where exactly they were located, the driver (Nate = awesome!) was able to find them quickly. Highly recommend for superior service and helpfulness, plus reasonable pricing.

Had to be towed after being rear ended on I-5. Our car is still there. They were awesome to work with and so helpful! My insurance company wanted me to get it out of thier yard (obviously so they can save money) and not knowing better I called to find out how much I would have to pay out of pocket. They gave me a quote but after a while called me back to make sure I knew that that responsibility was not mine but the insurance company's. I wouldn't have known otherwise and so appreciate them taking the time to call me back. I can't say how much I appreciate them taking that burden off of my shoulders.

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable and I believe they great prices. The owner is friendly and his employees are very professional. If you need something towed from a car to a trailer these are your guys and you can rest assured your property is in good hands

I have used them twice now and both times they showed up quickly, within 15 to 20 minutes and promptly loaded my truck up and brought it home so I could fix it. Fair prices and prompt service.

Had flat tire on I-5, Just outside of Kalama, on our way to Portland for our youngest daughters first gymnastics meet of the year. Not only did they tow my car so I get the flat fixed, the owner was nice enough to drive my wife and two daughters to Portland so the youngest could get to her meet on time. Awesome service. If you find yourself stranded in the area call Jack s and they will take car of you.

Carl came to our rescue! We were camping near Cougar WA and had a mishap with our car that required a tow truck. Carl was dispatched immediately and arrived in about 45 minutes. He figured out the best way to lift our car and within 30 minutes, we were on the road again. Thanks!

They did an excellent job at a reasonable rate.took a little longer than expected to arrive, but worth the wait, we were taking a vehicle that was part of a celebration of life, and the driver went above & beyond, thank you so much!!

Picked me and my car up from the side of the highway, tried to inflate my tires, and then brought me to a local tire shop. These guys are really nice. If I was being towed in this area, there would be no doubt in my mind that I would call Jack's again.

My buddy and I went off the road deep in a logging area. Two tow truck drivers came. The first failed getting to the stranded truck, and the second refused to take his "$80,000 salvage truck" on a logging road. It was until Jack's towing came, willing and prepared with two vehicles, that we were able to pull the truck out and get home safe. These guys will do everything it takes to get the job done.

I broke down in Battle Ground during harvest days! The local places wouldn't be there for over 2 hours. Jack's driver was there within 30 minutes, loaded my truck in under 5 and drove us home, chatting with my children and making them feel like it was an adventure in a tow truck rather than a bad day.
