Most convenient mechanic appointment I ve ever had! They were able to schedule me an appointment the following day, provided a quick and thorough diagnosis, communicated the repairs efficiently and offered reasonable pricing options. I had trouble with my work schedule not aligning with their hours of operation, but they were so accommodating and let me leave my car with them while they repaired it. Also, as a woman, I often am made to feel belittled when working with auto repair businesses, but never once felt that way in this experience. Overall great visit and will 10/10 recommend anyone looking for an honest, reliable local mechanic.

A+ for this company. Carl & the amazing Staff are honest and upfront about everything. A local Ford dealership told me my breaks were in the red zone for needing to be replaced so I decided to get a second opinion at Chuck Jones Automotive where I was making an appointment to get my transmission maintenance. After checking I was told I had at least 6 more months before needing it done. When someone like me is retired & living on a monthly Social Security check every penny counts. Thank you to everyone and I hope you enjoyed the Blueberry Muffins as a small token of my sincere appreciation. You have my support & business. Many thanks

I could not be more pleased. From the first telephone call until I picked my car up I was made to feel that they really cared. Everything was explained before they even started. I will not only be using them for any mechanical work, but I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Have a hybrid was not sure who to trust, being a single female and knowing nothing about cars. Took it to Chuck Jones they replaced the water pump and another sort of valve. Had issues with a problem light and my check engine light popping back on, they took it right back in and figured out the issue and then the tech rode with me to make sure the lights didn't come back on explaining what had happened. I asked the tech about the classes he needed for hybrids and he told me about his certifications and classes. Feel like they are more than certified to handle my car and know where I will take it now!

Always find Chuck Jones and staff to be honest with my automotive needs. I was recently told by another company that I need brakes. I made an appointment with Chuck Jones automotive.They checked my cars brakes , took everything apart to find nothing wrong . Carl at the front desk kept me informed as always in the process . Highly reccomend taking your car here. They always do a great job and are super kind. Since my last mechanic retired I've been coming here and have had nothing but good experiences. Carl is who helped me this most recent time, he was especially kind and helpful. Great and honest people here!

Love this place! We have been taking our cars here for a little over two years. Chuck and his team are always willing to answer any questions or concerns we have. I've stopped in a time or two because a light came on or something wasn't sounding right. Not once did they make me feel silly or feel like I was wasting their time. It was usually a quick fix and I was told anytime I'm worried just stop in. Thank you! I also like that they are honest about what the car needs to have done now and what can wait. You can't go wrong with these guys. Your car will thank you.

Had a water leak somewhere in car. The great folks at Chuck s quickly found the problem and a few days later sunroof leak was fixed. As always everyone was so helpful, informative and nice. We have gone to Chuck s for years and they have always been wonderful!

fast and nice to work with. listen to what i had to say and fixed it anyway. ac works better then ever had to turn it down for the first time in 3 years. I was even happy with the bill. not bad chuck not bad.

Very friendly service. They were very quick to get my car into and the work was done very quickly. I appreciated the convenience of the shop as well and very fair pricing. I ve come in to the shop very nervous about the cost and have been pleasantly surprised every time with the reasonable cost of my repairs.Honest, friendly, efficient service. Purchased a new (to me) vehicle and found it needed some repairs. Every other shop in town would not work on my vehicle due to the height of it (semi lowered but not slammed) and being unable to get it on their rack.Phone call to Chuck Jones, they were happy to take a look and see if they could get it on their rack which was true after seeing it.Additionally, after seeing the vehicle and what needed repaired, Chuck was persistent to not let me drive it home due to the risk of additional damage that could have caused me to be in an accident. I appreciate the thought of my safety and well being. Furthermore, he was nice enough to store my care inside overnight without issue.Chuck kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and only recommended repairs related to my concerns.Repairs were made and an alignment was attempted but was not able to be completed to spec due to another part that needed replaced. I was not charged for the alignment at that time and was able to safely drive my car home.After purchasing the needed additional parts for the repair, I was able to drop my car off the same day and they immediately got to work on it.If that's not going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and returning customers, I do not know what is.Thank you Chuck Jones Automotive!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Super impressed with Chuck Jones! They got me in super quick. Diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner quickly had the parts ordered and worked around my crazy schedule to get it in so quick. I love that they guarantee their work for 3 years and seemed to be slightly cheaper than the other places I checked on.

Excellent service! The staff are very friendly and professional. I was never left wondering what was happening or what was going to happen next. The mechanic identified all of the problems and outlined the steps to fixing them. The work was done quickly and my truck was ready to go when they promised. I was driving from Seattle to Portland for a family emergency when my car just stopped running. I was towed to Chuck Jones Automotive after closing hours. They called me early the next morning and told me that my fuel pump needed replacing. They graciously went above and beyond to get the repair done quickly so that I could take care of my emergency. I recommend Chuck Jones Automotive highly; they were fair, honest and friendly. Thank you from a very grateful customer.
