Brought my Audi S5 in and they hands down were the best all around experience I ve ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a proper repair shop.

I had been taking my Audi S5 here for 7 or 8 years. Always very satisfied with the service; particularly the friendliness of the service managers; particularly Josh. I was disappointed when I had to move out of the area and therefore locate a new service center.Recently my vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. The damage was more extensive than originally thought. When it was discovered that an engine mount was damaged, I needed to verify it was due to the accident.WSC had recently replaced these and Josh went to great lengths and spent considerable time on my behalf. Of course, this was with the knowledge that I would likely be unable to have my car serviced at WSC again. I am very grateful for the considerable time and effort Josh put in and could not recommend him and WSC's higher. Rare quality people and quality work. Thank you.

The team at WSC has been incredibly helpful! I took a car to them for inspection which saved me $16,000 as they advised against purchasing. I bought a different car since and they re the only ones I trust with it. Josh and Nick are very friendly, kind and always give expert insight.

After having the misfortune of purchasing my dream automobile which turned out to be a nightmare. The folks at Woodinville sports car helped with clear an assessment of what needed to be done potential costs and options. Armed with everything in writing I confronted the dealer and they agreed to make the major repairs saved me over $4000.I later took off the car in for a new brakes they were installed promptly. when I noticed issue with a trouble light they checked it out immediately solved the problem and although I would have been perfectly happy to compensate them for their time they didn t charge me anything extra.As a pilot I rely on and demand a superior standard of mechanical excellence for my aircraft and these gentlemen exceeded even those expectations.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

I've been going to WSC for several years after a few bad experiences with BMW Service. WSC does excellent work and excellent customer service! Josh is always professional.. friendly and knowledgable...when I stopped in to schedule a service appt he offered to do a preliminary check of my tires and air pressure to reassure me it was ok to drive..greatly reduced my anxiety!

I have had a very good experience with Woodinville Sports Cars. I have an older BMW and have had a problem even finding a shop to return my calls. The crew at WSC have worked with my needs and have been very thorough and honest and up front with procedures and costs. They provided me with a service loaner which was a very helpful service. They also guarantee their work and parts for 2 years. It is difficult to find a shop that offers all of this. Woodinville Sports Cars has serviced both my 2006 VW Touareg and 2015 Audi S5. Their customer service is spot on, taking the time to listen ... try to work a schedule that fits my needs ... and communicating throughout the process what it is they discovered, how to fix it, estimating those costs, and performing the work on time (or providing a very good reason and extending the loaner car to cover for an additional day). I contacted WSC for the first time around a month ago and spoke to Josh. I explained what was wrong with my vehicle (2016 Mercedes GL450) - rear suspension sagging, amongst oher things - and Josh said to bring it in and they would diagnose and generate a list of recommended repairs (immediate & future). All ended up being exactly as discussed, the car is driving really well and I feel somewhat relieved that I have finally found a team of folk who know what they are doing. Making a loaner available while my car was being repaired made a world of difference. I needed some specific programming on my Audi after replacing a part. The shop had the right tool and got the job done. I felt well treated and understood when discussing what I needed. Cost to program was higher than dealer. (Dealer was willing to work on the half hour instead of full hour, though I can't guarantee that'll always be the case).

We have been using these guys for almost 9 years now and trust no one else with our cars. Josh is awesome to work with and always takes the time to explain what s going on and is great with advising on where to start. My girlfriend owner of a special & unique model of a BMW. Was very pleased with the work and service done by the mechanics at Woodinville Sports cars. A little steep on the repair price but so so worth it. I especially appreciate their honesty. Also she has taken a liking to the young man whom helped her with the repair of her vehicle. His name was Josh!!!

Personable, skilled, professional service with loaner cars available. If you love your old Audi they will keep it alive. I couldn t recommend WSC more! They are straight shooters. I took my CLK 500 in for inspection. I received a comprehensive list of repairs needed. It was then that they could have milked me for costly repairs. I received good advice because the repairs were more expensive than the book value of the car.Thank you WSCService: Vehicle Inspection

Woodinville Sports Cars is a great place to repair your high-end import vehicle once it comes out of warranty. They have nice loaner cars available - super-convenient. Special kudos to Josh, who is their customer service rep - the person you will most likely talk to on the phone - he does a great job of explaining the repairs needed and the urgency of those repairs, so you can decide what needs to be done and what can be postponed without impacting safety or drive-ability. Charged me $900 and quoted another $5,000 in work but was not able to confirm actual issue with vehicle. Car was returned with check engine light still on and performance of car only got worse after taking it to these guys. These guys are incredible. Super trustworthy, and did a great job on my Audi SQ5. I usually have to schedule a month in advance at the Audi dealer to get a loaner, however WSC gave me one for the day without a hassle. Woodinville sports car did a great job on our mini cooper. The dealer had advised the car needed a new engine that would cost $14,000 and tried to offer us to trade it in (and give us only $1000) toward the purchase of a new car. Woodinville sports car did a complete and detailed assessment of what the car needed and were able to repair it for substantially less than what was quoted at the dealer. They were honest and upright when they discussed the problems with the car and very much operated as a trusted adviser. They warrenty their services for 24,000 miles or 2 years. I would recommend them to anyone.
