Same story as the other reviews. They sent me a unrefurbished turbo that had broken bolts/studs in it. They offered to pay for the labor required to drill out the broken bolts. It cost $250. When I presented them with the invoice they stopped communicating. After installing the turbo for $1500, it was determined that it was never refurbished and was likely a used core return they got from somewhere. I removed the turbo they sent and sent the item back to them. Delivery has been confirmed. They never processed the refund or paid for the additional $250 it cost me. They never reached out and apologized for any mix up or acknowledged fault at all. They will likely reply to this feedback with some vague scripted phony response. Avoid these guys!

Ordered part from eBay, seller was promptly communicative and helpful to ensure a proper fitment. Can't say anything regarding "core" refunds as other reviews have complained about, but as a seller and good place for parts I have no complaints. Parts arrived in 2 days, on a weekend!

Spent 3k in repairs that last two months. Do not trust this guys. First the repair will take forever and it will not last. Their warranty doesn't mean anything. When I went to check the stage of the repair caught the mechanic looking up on YouTube how to put back together my transmission. Avoid at all cost. Thank you

Crooks! They tell you to pay a $500 core charge then claim that they never got the cores, even though I ve got the tracking that said they got them. So whatever price they give you just add $500 to it because that s what they re going to charge you in reality.

Purchased a part through eBay. And I agree with these other reviews, these guys are crooks. Don't seem to know what they are talking about, refuse refunds, then ghost you when you show them photo proof of your claim. Don't do business with them. I would leave a zero star if google would let me.
