Bought a New R7 from them back in September. Process was super easy and quick and I had no regrets. Fast forward to today, I had gap put on my loan and I called Taylor in finance and he went to work right away to reimburse the money. I recommend doing business with guys who will answer the phones and help even long after the sale!

We called about a motorcycle we were interested in on Friday, and got financing squared away and details settled over the phone with an employee named Bill I believe. Came in the next day and we were able to be in and out loading it up within about 35 minutes! Much appreciated as we drove over two hours to get there, and we hate going vehicle shopping. Dealer fees were high, as expected anywhere. But their riding gear for sale is way overpriced! However, the staff was all friendly and efficient. Taylor in financing was pleasant and made sure to be thorough. The store is very large and has clean bathrooms. Most dealerships will offer you water bottles or snacks while you are there but this group does not.

Ride saved us during the pandemic. We over-paid but there was no inventory. What we re left with is a side by side that we ve had a ton of fun with.And fun for the whole family.But aside from the obvious, with a dump bed, drop down tailgate, it s our workhorse too. What used take days moving felled trees and the resultant logs now takes hours.We also use it to pull our ride mower through the steep spots. We used to rent a machine. Now we have Can Am 700.It s been great in all ways. Thanks Ride! To think I was going to buy my son a used ATV for his birthday ;)

Great dealership! Everyone is nice and helpful. They are not pushy and will let you just look. But they are ready to help at any time. My husband is super happy with his new bike and we will be purchasing more from them in the future.

Really easy buying experience, inquired about an ATV and got a call back first thing when they opened. Bill made sure the vehicle was ready and got us out the door same day. Really great people, we will come back here for future purchases.

I recently bought a new 2023 Vitpilen 401 from Ride Motorsports and have been very impressed with the service and professionalism. I got stranded out on my first ride because the bike wasn't starting. They picked it up the day of since I lived reasonably close by. It turns out that a ground bolt on the alternator was loose from bike assembly. Alex from the service department was great. Communicated the issue promptly, fixed the problem, and dropped of the bike free of charge to make things right. I'd highly recommend purchasing a bike from them and using their service department. Great work.

You know a place is good when the same crew has been there for years. Great folks up there. I've gotten a couple of bikes from them, new and used, along with parts and service. You also know they are good when you deal with other dealers and they just don't compare. Ride on!

Excellent staff. Everyone I've spoke with during multiple visits was very polite and helpful, even with numerous questions. Very patient and knowledgeable. This store has an excellent inventory and selection and seems to genuinely value customer satisfaction. I'll absolutely be returning to this store as the primary place for any motorcycle and outdoor sports needs. Thanks RIDE!!

Anthony has always taken care of us, from purchasing used atv s from us and giving us the best prices on street bikes, SeaDoos and whatever gear, parts or maintenance items we may need, great parts dept and service dept!

Haven't decided if I'm buying a motorcycle or not but it has nothing to do with Ride Motorsports.The service is amazing. I contacted the store a week before actually going there, talked to Bill on the phone letting him know what I'm interested in. Bill gave me the run down and we scheduled an appointment. Got there, every thing was set up and ready to go. I'm going back there to try more bikes but I can't recommend anything else. I had a bad experience twice with the Lake city location, avoid it if you can.

I have purchased 2 bikes from Ride and have visited their parts counter numerous times. Bill H. is the best salesperson. He's polite, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and follows throught. I highly recommend Bill.

Brought in my 2006 SeaDoo 215. I had to swap out the gauge cluster do to sun damage. Discontinued part from SeaDoo so bought a used one on eBay. Needs to be sinked up with the computer. There tech couldn t make it work and said it was probably a bad unit. I wasn t too sure as he didn t seem super comfortable with what he was doing and they still charged me the $60 fee.I contacted eBay seller and he laughed and said send the computer/gauge to me. He said a lot of tech have no clue what there doing and that s there nothing wrong with.It. A week later got them back working as they should.Basically out $120 in shipping, service charge, and 3 hrs of my time. Would recommend finding an actual trained tech to work on your SeaDoo.

Called them from Canada after Husqvarna said they might have brake pads the day before an 18 day dualsport ride. They held the parts for me and even provided a hammer to help with installing them when we drove through town the next day. So thankful for their planning, kindness, trust, and friendliness.

Rachel & bill are amazing as the rest of the staff. My loaner was a horrible experience & almost impassable to work with. Rachel went above & beyond to make sure we finalized the deal that day. I had traveled 3hrs plus a ferry ride & she made sure I left with the bike I wanted. After half the day spent there, I left with my brand new mt 07. They were so amazing & even fed me lunch! Thank you so much to the whole ride motorsports team/staff! Highly recommend them!

Had my Can Am Ryker in for service and was really happy with the effort and attention to detail the service depatment put into my machine! They went above and beyond in helping me understand what they were doing and why, and managed to repair a small item I hadnot noticed! Really pleased with all the effort by the service department and the whole store as I wandered around looking! Well done!

Have a Yamaha Rhino that needed repair and brought it to RMS. The moment I walked into the place everyone was friendly and willing and eager to help. The repair went flawlessly and economically and when I came to pick up Anthony, the owner help me with my transportation. I m a customer for life.

Place is clean, good layout, good quantity in gear and machines. How ever, trying to get assistance on gear or a machine it seems to rather difficult as if I am interrupting thier personal life. Customer service definitely not quality.

I've bought 3 motorcycles from this business over years past. I don't know what happened but it's no longer a place I can recommend. I went in this past weekend prepared to BUY. I wandered the shop aimlessly and got zero attention. It was NOT busy (I now see why) and looked over the whole lower and upper showroom. I finally find an employee and ask if he's in sales and he confirms he is. No greeting, no apology for delay. I tell him what I want and I let him know I'm serious. I even wanted to buy up the warranty. He didn't know answers to some of my questions so he introduced the finance person who was supposed to call me back. Never heard a word. So later on that day, I sent him a detailed offer on the bike. This was last weekend and I never got a word back as of 5 days later. Whatever this business WAS, its best days are behind it and I recommend you not waste your time. I don't think they'll be around long at this rate. If they ARE, they're not getting any more business from me....

The service rates are expensive but with good quality. The service department is great in this shop! I have been having them services my bikes. Mike is a great mechanic with excellent customer services. Very pleasant experience.

Test drove and bought the bike I have been wanting since they started making them... an M109R and it's a sweeeeeet ride . Awesome place great service and super staff . Highly recommend it to anyone.

I ve been buying from this store for about ten years. So far I ve purchased four snowmobiles, four motorcycles, one jet ski, three trailers, and a side-by-side.I kind of feel like Norm from Cheers when I go there. Everyone knows my name and the staff is friendly and fair.The service department is just great. I can t leave well enough alone and always upgrade my equipment. They know what to do and how to do it.The manager and owner are also good people. They ve earned my loyalty and have become my go-to company.I ve sent a lot of friends there and each of them has shared the same experience as me.

Rachel and Bill are awesome. They showed me several bikes and went over lots of payment options. They had a lot of cool bikes in stock! I didn t buy a bike yet but I ll be back soon!

Took a while to get an employee that could help us, and after we did they weren't very enthusiastic. They have a nice selection of motor toys though.
